Picked up my husband's sport jacket from dry cleaning on a Saturday. All the sea shell buttons were broken at pick up. I told the attendant immediately. He said he'd fix it and gave me a receipt stating $0.00. Received a call Monday that it would cost $50 to repair and to return the call to give them the green light to fix. So basically--- the sport jacket it out of commission for over a week because of them and they are asking for me to pay for their damages. If you don't care how your clothes come out-- this is a great place to go. If you want your clothes damaged--- pick Super Cleaners. Otherwise, you should go elsewhere. read more

My experience with this Super Cleaners was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I went to their Blue Diamond location and entrusted them with cleaning my wedding tuxedo and two tuxedo shirts, depending on their promise of same-day service to get these clothes back the day before my wedding. Frustratingly, despite what their in-store business cards state, they do not provide same-day service at their Blue diamond location. While they do not offer same-day cleaning despite what they advertise, an in-store associate guaranteed me that a "rush" would ensure my clothes were ready by 10 AM the next morning. This was the day of my wedding! When I arrived the next day, I was informed that my clothes were at a different location and would not be available until 1-2 PM unless I picked them up myself from their location next to the strip - about half an hour away where I was staying. Needless to say, I was stressed. The anxiety of this last-minute scramble overshadowed the joy of my wedding day. To make matters worse, when I finally received my clothes, I discovered that one of my tuxedo shirts was stained with ink. So I basically paid 20+ dollars to just get my shirt stained. The manager didn't apologize and would not compensate me, so it seems like unprofessional work is standard practice for this business. Frankly, the lack of any accountability was disheartening. I would strongly advise anyone considering Super Cleaners to look elsewhere. Their unreliability and lack of customer care have left me deeply disappointed. Update: as you can see in the comments below, Super Cleaners paints me as the bad guy for purchasing their service on the basis of an incorrect guarantee by their employee and calling them out when they did not deliver on it. Additionally, this business did actually mess up my shirt. Look at the final picture where their tag is still on the shirt if you have any doubts. It's difficult to walk away from this business satisfied, when their official customer service response is to passive-aggressively attack me for bringing my shirt to them so close to my wedding day (when I'm doing so because of events out of my control) and then claim I'm lying about it despite me sharing photos with their tags on it to show that I haven't worn the shirt they messed up. read more

Living in Mountain's Edge, Ive been coming here for the past two years for minor alterations to my clothes and have always had a nice experience. The seamstress who is usually working the counter is always very helpful and accommodating to my requests and get my clothes altered in a reasonable amount of time. The prices are affordable and are not continuously raised like what I've experienced with other similar businesses. So I came here because I wanted to get my bridesmaid dress altered. And she was able to hem my dress but didn't want to fix the zipper. The dress was a little to small so I was going to see if she could make it work. However, the whole time she was telling me she couldn't do it and just to cover it with my ribbon. I was surprised cause I know it's more money but isn't that good for them. She even told me to lose weight since the wedding is far. She didn't want to do the extra work to fix the zipper so that rubbed me the wrong way. Then when I was trying to ask for the price, I was telling her how on her Yelp it has the 25% off and she told me it was only for dry cleaning. Now on the yelp app it doesn't say specifically only for dry cleaning. Because of that I left. I just felt like she wasn't being honest with me and I don't like going into stores like that. Came here because it was close to home. Store is impeccably clean and I were served instantly! I needed an outfit dry cleaned and the pants to be hemmed and the prices are very fair! I came in on a Wednesday and needed the outfit to be ready for pick-up by Friday and it was! My hats that I brought in expecting to be "dry cleaned" were not serviced in such a way and instead I was inform that they were "hand washed" and now they are completely ruined to the point I can no longer wear them now. The brims of the hats are completely destroyed, broken and uneven which is not what was expected when I brought them in. Then I was told while she laughed and said that, "We can not fix them but next time I will not charge you." Do you honestly think I would bring anything else more for you to destroy?! These items are irreplaceable and I was trusting that they would be cleaned & handled with care and NOT completely ruined when they were returned back to me. I stopped by this morning, been waiting for a day to go here to try and support a small business. Only one lady working, maybe the seamstress. I said good morning, got no response. Placed my 5 suits on the counter, she got up proceeded to place tickets on clothes she pulled off the rack. She then without looking up at me went away and started to clean up safety pins at her sewing machine around the corner. She came back placed those safety pins at the counter up front and disappeared around the corner completely ignoring that I was standing there with my suits on the counter waiting. I waited a couple minutes and she didn't return, so I picked up my suits and left. I could have gone to a 24 hour drop off at tide cleaners but was just trying to support a small business. I've use this location before with no issues and never seen this lady but unfortunately won't return. read more

The lady/owner was so wonderful that I thought this place merits a review. I called on Tuesday to have a dress altered. Mind you it was double layered. I bought a bridesmaid looking dress online and obviously those dresses are always made for tall people. So she had to alter the straps and the bottom. The bottom trim costs $30 for one layer and that was like a 3 inch cut. The top was $15 for one layer as well but it was pleated and stuff. Total cost me $90 because of the double layers but it was worth it. She got it altered by Friday because I needed it ASAP and she did it perfectly. Feb. 2021. I found super cleaners on Yelp, Amy was quick to respond to my alterations inquiry through the Yelp messenger. I went to the 8090 Blue Diamond location. They're closed on Sunday's, like most cleaners, but open until 3 PM on Saturdays and 5 PM on the weekdays. I had a few dresses, including my simple elopement wedding dress that needed a hem and strap adjustments. Yunni was amazing at taking my measurements, asking questions to make sure I feel comfortable and fulfilling my requests. She is so kind and caring in a motherly way. They have a little dressing room at the back of their shop that I was comfortable changing in. I brought my wedding shoes with me so the lenght was perfect. Upon pick up, Yunni also pressed the dress so I did not have to steam or do anything to it prior to the wedding. Price was also very reasonable. Keep in mind the type of fabric and how many layers Yunni will be altering. I also asked her to save some fabric so I could use it for a mask and she was able to do that for me. My clothes were ready quickly, and they were understanding when I picked it up late. I absolutely love how my dress turned out. It didn't drag or get dirty at the bottom, it was perfectly hemmed at the right length. The straps were adjusted to size as desired.
