Please be careful when taking your clothing to this location! my husband dropped off my wedding dress two weeks ago and they have still not found it! The store associate was very casual about it when we went to pick up the rest of the items. We were told it was still being cleaned at their separate downtown location. We were able to pick up the rest of my husband's items and assured they would notify us when the dress was ready. They never reached out to us and it took two calls from us to even get an assistant manager involved. Maria was very dismissive of my concerns and told me they haven't even started the review of their cameras to locate the item! She said they thought they were looking for one item that we had already picked up! My husband and my sisters had to call them numerous times today before Maria even called me back. I followed up with her two hours after (two calls plus a voicemail) just for Maria to tell me she won't call me again until tomorrow, despite me asking for updates as they have shown they do NOT care about this. She then hung up on me. The most frustrating part of this experience has been the blase, casual tones used by everyone I've talked to, like this is normal for them to lose a WEDDING DRESS. read more

No I wouldn't trust your wedding dress here. It's a lot of money to get cleaned but if u want it done right - choose somewhere else. I'll leave pics - they used SAFETY PINS to attach and HOLD UP my dress on the hanger since the hangers they use are those plastic ones and since obviously the dress is heavy the plastic hooks wouldn't hold up the dress and they're hangers don't have grooves to put the straps of my dress in - so they used SAFETY PINS to HOLD UP MY PRECIOUS DRESS which left two holes!! The dress is also not ironed or straightened but the tulle is so ruffled up and scrunched together!? Don't trust ur dress here!! read more

I hope whoever the owner is now sees this and contacts me about this. I've been coming to super cleaners for about 14 years. I have always had great interactions and never one a single issue Today I picked up my clothes. Over 15 pieces in the $95 range. I was told that they miss rang one of my shirts for laundry instead of Dry Cleaning and I owed another $2.25. This was surprising. I never get shirts laundered. I asked which shirt and of course they couldn't tell me. I considered saying I'm not paying it. I don't know why this ticked me off so badly but I told the cashier I'm probably never coming back again over this $2.25. If they made an error they should just own the error, not make me feel like I'm being nickeled and dimed now. And how do I even know this was an error. Enjoy your $2.25. read more

Yikes! Don't come here. My husband dropped a pot of spaghetti on our laundry bin. I wanted to throw away the clothes, but he wanted to see if a dry cleaner could clean it or not. Super cleaner said no problem, they could remove the stains and charged us $200. When we came to pick it up, they said they couldn't remove the stains and wouldn't give a discount. So basically we paid $200 for stained clothes that I would have thrown away anyways. read more

This place is a joke. I dropped my clothes off two days ago, and asked about alterations. I'm told the seamstress is there everyday 7-12, and that my clothes would be ready in two days but to come in before 12. I call at 1030 to verify the seamstress is there, I tell them I am 45 minutes away( eta 11:15). I arrive only to be told the seamstress just left and also my clothes won't be ready until 3. The lack of professionalism will keep me from ever coming back. read more

DO NOT come here for alterations. When i first came in i had one main concern which was the stomach area and he kept telling me it's fine it'll be fixed. The man was rude and when i came in to do my second fitting and asked to fix the area he kept saying he couldn't. I came home and realized he had also ruined my dress. The bottom Of the dress is not straight. I am upset that i paid a lot of money to get this dress altered only to have it ruined where i no longer want to wear it anymore. read more

I had been looking for a good dry cleaner and came across this awesome place! I had brought in a white jacket with down feathers inside that I regretably tried to wash myself. It had left a residue on the sleeves like a tan/brown and I was mortified! I decided to risk bringing it in to see if it could be helped and when I picked it up it was restored to its marvelous glory! They make wanting to buy white clothes safe again! Haha. Asked around for a reliable and honest cleaning service in town and this was mentioned. We decided to give them a message and we were impressed with the swift responsiveness so we chose to drive across town to give Super Cleaners a try. Not only did the gentleman provide the best customer service but gladly took the Yelp coupon! He also gave us a heads up that because we were requesting to have a wedding dress, formal dress and suit jacket to be cleaned that it wouldn't be ready for a few weeks with holidays around the corner. We had no issues about the wait since we didn't have space in the closet for the dresses. Upon pick up, the same gentleman was working the counter and remembered me! He even asked about my wife! These people need to be shut down!!! They will rob you so PLEASE stay away!!! I took my dress there to have a small hole sewed up in the seam and it was supposed to be $10. When I went to pick it up they said we changed the price to $25 and refused to give me my dress. It was outrageous!!! They are doing shady business so they are trying to overcharge after they get your property. They will get rude and nasty with you until you pay. Very scary!!! Stay away!! And one more thing to this Dry Cleaners, don't bother leaving a BS response to my post, everything you say or claim is a lie. You steal from your customers and are rude and argumentative when questioned. In my last post on google you said "please contact the owner for a solution" I did, no one is fair or reasonable at that business, so it's a complete fraud. Ramon the owner is so kind and he was able to take care of hemming. 3 dresses for me. When in got there he explained that he had just sent his tailor home, but instead of sending me home, he decided to still just do the measurements himself. He was attentive and gave quality service. When I picked up my dresses he remembered me and knew I was going on trip and wished me safe travels. This is the type of service that is so great and personable that is lacking in big cities. I've been coming here for the last year and it's been a mostly decent experience. Sometimes my shirts are on the hanger traditionally and other times I receive my shirts folded in the hangers. Nonetheless, I've recently brought some hoody's and sweatshirts(some brand new) in to be cleaned because I hate washing them in the dryer and risk them shrinking. When I got my items back recently I'm noticing they're fitting tighter and seem shrunken.....I'm 6'3 and buy everything oversized so the sleeves and pant legs are long enough so first thing I'll notice is the fit. Makes me wonder about the process used at this particular establishment. read more

I'm really sad to make this rating. The service has gone down hill since the guy that is usually there (Ramon?) is no longer there. He went away due to a family member passing and said he was going to be back in 2 weeks. 2 weeks past and I asked the worker there when he will be back and he said he won't because he has been fired. I hope that wasn't the case because lots of these good reviews were because of him. Since he's been gone service has gone down hill since. Every person I have interacted with either is very rude, doesn't know what they are doing, or both. I was a loyal customer for years and now I won't be stepping foot in this place again. read more

Ramon is awesome, personable, friendly, and extremely honest. He never takes a day off and is always there to greet you by name and take care of your laundry needs. The service is excellent and they take very good care of your clothes. Ramon always checks to make sure stains are removed and everything is as you expect it. If for some reason he thinks a garment won't be able to be cleaned to your expectations, he will let you know up front. I've been using Super Cleaners for years and will continue to do so. read more

I was treated with indifference and plainly told that they would not accommodate a simple alteration in a reasonable time period. 1 week to do somthing that takes 5 minutes is unacceptable. I found a seamstress that did it while i waited for less money. Super? More like super fail. read more
