Let start start off Zero stars whoever the owner is need to consider customer service training to this onsite attendant. She is very rude and very aggressive when speaking to customers. My first and last time giving business here. I was not aware of the 5 dollar wash card which does not apply to your wash load. She was angry that I did understand the process or give a better and warm explanation other than you pay and that's it. Wow unless she discriminate towards African Americans. read more

Washer were fine, the dryer were the worst part, half of them won't get hot enough for the 10 min timer they had, I had to continue put more cycles in to d dry my clothes. I would not recommend going here if you plan to use the dryers at any point. read more

First and last time here. Ruin most of my clothes with odd stains that makes it appear if I have random wet spots on clothing.Washed my bedding as well that was ruin in dryer feels almost burnt. I could understand if it was my mistake but the attendant helped with setting up dryers. I used same temperature and time on my regular clothes yet that was still wet only difference I can see was I used bottom row dryer for bedding. read more

I have never been to a laundry mat this clean! This is by far the best laundry experience I've ever encountered! When we I walk in the attendant Betty is so helpful and immediately me. HORRIBLE!! Horrible service both cleaning and customer. I took my blanket to get cleaned and it's was damp when I picked it up they put it back in the dirty bag that I took it in. When I questioned why was it still damp. The "man was non chalant and stayed speaking in Spanish as if he didn't give a care it smelled like dirt and fabric softener. Never will I ever! The facility is ok. But, they force you to use their payment card system, which means you usually end up wasting a bit of money each time by loading up money onto a card. Even worse, they make you PAY for the card. If you're going to make people use a special card to pay, the card should be free. Secondly, there are three places to sit in the entire space. God forbid you need to sit down for a bit while you're waiting for your laundry. The machines are in good condition and the facility is clean (for the most part). read more

This is a cool little laundromat. I like the fact that there is always an attendant on duty to assist if need be. However, don't let your kids eat the gumballs from the gumball machine...there were WHOLE LIVE roaches in it. read more

I'm new to the area & being a laundromat virgin (minus the college experience), I was looking for a legit place. It's $2 to get a card, which you can then load up with the cash amount that you want. Place is pretty big, plenty of machines (in various sizes), attendant was very nice & working hard. Machines were very clean. There are a variety of laundry supplies that you can purchase from behind the counter. They also offer free soap & dryer sheets on certain days. It looked like they had a fluff & fold service as well. Fully stocked vending machines & video game machines for the kids. After trying the coin laundry place across the street & being vastly disappointed, I will definitely be coming back here. Lots of tv's & you can change the channel if the remote is free. Not the most modern place, but it's clean, with washers and dryers available on the Saturday afternoon I went there. They also give free coffee, which I thought was a plus. Only downside is they don't accept credit cards in their machines, you have to put money on a laundry card, but the attendant is always available to give change. The attendants are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean, the bathroom is clean, the machines work... I drove a few miles to get here, but it's worth it. The laundromat by my home is not as clean and the staff harasses the customers. This might just be my new laundromat. :) read more

I came to this laundromat to wash two of my California King size comforters. I knew about it because I work in the South Bay area. I was highly impressed. Reasonable prices, clean location and the attendant on hand was very helpful because I forgot my detergent and fabric softener at home however that was not a problem because I was able to purchase some there. First time here at Coast Laundry. I'm not familiar with this area, but needed a open 24 hour laundromat. It's big, has a lot of washers, ranging from 10,20,40,60lb, and lots of dryers. It's about 10:36 on a Tuesday, night and not crowded. I have 3 stars because I wasn't too happy about having to use a card for the machines. I prefer the quarter machines, call me old school. read more

Great service! Our washer broke and I went there to drop my clothes off for wash and fold service. Sunday was super busy, but they have so many machines that I can't imagine anyone needs to wait. The receptionist is pleasant and she quickly attended to me. 1pound of clothes is $1 to wash and fold. Bargain if you hate laundry as much as I do. All the clothes came out beautifully clean and nicely folded. They even sorted out ( for the most part) our clothes! Dropped off another load, sad, knowing that the end to this bliss will come soon, after my washer and dryer arrive next week. read more
