The washers are crusted with grime, the dryers look like they haven't been wiped down since the 90s, and the floors are revolting. I wouldn't even let my dog walk on that tile, let alone put my clean clothes anywhere near it. It's an insult to the neighborhood. Listen carefully. I will never bring any of my clothes here ever again. I have used this laundromat for many years, and the quality of the machines along with the cleanliness level of my clothes after washing, shifted for the worse almost over night. The water pressure is not sufficient at times and today I had the worst experience. Whomever washed clothes in the machine before ne must've been lice infested, because after I washed a load of white t-shirts in the large 6 dollar washer, the nits with hair strands still attached to them were everywhere. In the second washer that I used, my colored clothes came out full of dog hair and rug dirt. They close the doors early today for the 4th of July so they were not able to accommodate a re-wash, nor would I want them to at this point. The staff is typically friendly so I don't blame them, the up-keep and maintenance of their machines is the main problem. This business cuts far too many corners. Came in to wash my own clothes. While my clothes were washing a attendant who works there stopped my clothes that were washing based on a article of clothing she said were making the machine leak. Once she drained my washer she didn't replace the soap that it took to wash my load of clothes but just started the machine back to the beginning. This is unacceptable to say the least. It was hard to dry my clothes because the machines dont read the cards properly so you have to swipe multiple times for it to add more time to your drying process. I also got wash and fold from this location multiple times and my undergarments came back broken (literally snapped and half) and my sweats had mustard stains on it? So they are not cleaning the clothes well or adding stains because my sweats didn't have mustard stains when I brought it in. read more

We came here just after going grocery shopping at the Aldi's next door, since we just moved into the neighborhood. How convenient, right? But just one time and we won't be back. Of all the machines available I'd say easily more than 50% of them were out-of-order, and the remainder of them looked like they were on the verge of conking out or blowing up from how old and decrepit they looked. The worst part however, is that half of the machines take quarters and the other half require loading a card. Neither of which options is unusual, but it is unusual to have a split of both, so you have to guess how much cash to exchange for quarters and how much you'll need to load the card (that costs $1 but are just left out) for the few machines that are available and not taken. And the computer system that runs the cards apparently also has an unresolved issue where the points they give out for free wash/drying time cannot be tracked, with no ETA on when it will be resolved. I sure hope any previous customers didn't lose their points! The prices are also incredibly high, for example $3.50 for once cycle of a single-load machine where my complex's machines are half that. The female staff was very friendly and very helpful. I haven't been to a laundry mat in years and she was so kind to help me load money into a debit card of some sorts. You insert this card into the washing machines instead of quarters. Pretty good idea, I wish I would've thought of it. I'm not sure how much the loads of laundry costs or even the large washing machine. My yelp review is no help at all. My favorite laundromat in Gardena. This has been my goto laundromat for a few years. They are fully staffed and very helpful. I mainly use their wash & fold drop off service but they told me now that they have a pickup & delivery. It'll be super convenient since there is an pandemic going on in the world. Their wash & fold service is excellent and my clothes always come out clean and smelling fresh. My whites always come out brighter than when I would do it at home. The price is $1.50 per pound. Only takes about 2 minutes to drop it off. Its usually done the next day but sometimes they get it done the same day. When you drop off your clothes you give them your contact info and they'll send you a message when it's ready to pick up. For self-service , they have plenty of washers ranging from small top loads up to $7.75 80 pound washers. Half the dryers are coin and the other half uses their debit card system. You can earn points on the card for free washes or redeem for gift card. They also have got some snacks, an arcade to kill some time, and detergent if you so happen to run out. Greetings, I returned to your establishment today, only to be greeted to an older Hispanic lady who told me I needed to use the washer before I dryer my clothes, when I washed my clothes prior since my home dryer broke down. I thought that didn't make any since and she said she'll allowed it this time, but her manager will be in and she'll tell you the same thing, little dust she know we were there on Saturday and didn't have any issues with the manager, and she was very welcoming. Please talk to your staff, they are going to jack up your reviews. Will I return again? Maybe, but if you have these two women there on the weekdays disrupting the customer for no reason, forget it. For starters, its quite pricey i feel, compared to other places. (I moved recently, about 10mile difference, so the prices shouldn't be so drastically different. Where I used to pay $2 for a small load ($2.25 with an extra rinse cycle) . Here they're $3.75 ... ridiculous. That's almost twice the price. But, laundry has to be done anyways. 2nd thing. This might have been a regular, assuming based off her confidence to approach me the way she did. I went over to a group of empty dryers, there were 3, I got 1 of the top ones, as I open it and i'm about to put in my 1 mattress cover to dry, she comes over to me touches my shoulder to get my attention and asks me, "Are you going to put your clothes in and leave?" I didn't understand her question... surely I wasn't going to put my cover in and just stand there in front of it, I was going to leave and go sit down while it dries. (As i had other washers to attend.) But maybe she meant if I was going to leave the laundromat, but why would I leave ? I told her, no, i wasn't leaving the laundromat. She then told me it's because was going to need them. She didn't say "hey, I'm actually using these" or, "I'm about to use them" she said "I'm GOING to need them" yes... i know... Everyone here is GOING to need a dryer... So now my wet cover lay over tables near the window to air dry since I wasn't allowed to use 1 dryer of a cluster of 3 unused bc one other mighty patron was GOING to need it. This particular situation could've gone much differently, imo. Lastly, im not crazy for the prepaid wash cards. The reader on a LOT of the washers must be under maintenance (out of order) or sometimes it takes up to 4 times for the card to be read.. Horrible service. Our home washer broke down and we tried this laundry mat. Right off the bat the guy working there was rude. I asked him how do things work and then it pointed me to the back wall where you get a card. I walk to the back to get a card and the sign says see attendant if you need a new card. I went back to him and again he pointed me to the back wall. I asked him how much he thinks I should put on the card based on the amount of laundry I had. He pointed me to the signs above the washers. There are 4 different types of washers with different prices. The guy speaks English but refused to provide any customer service to help make the experience smoother. I then asked him more questions and he gets short with me pointing back to the signs. Horrible service. My Latina wife spoke to him in Spanish and he helped her with no problem. So, if you're not a Spanish speaking woman, go elsewhere. I even went there with the intention of asking about the fluff and fold service but based on this guys attitude, I wouldn't trust him with my laundry. Recently needed the dryer only in an emergency situation. We washed our diapers at home with our washer and our dryer went out as we were drying the diapers. My husband rushed out to use the dryers at this location because he knows they dry quickly and they could get the job done. He was turned away and the worker rudely let him know that the last wash was at 8:30. He let the man know that all he needed was a dryer. The man says that he would have to talk to the manager. I then call to let them know our situation and that they need to be responsive to the needs of the community. He sites that people come in and wash items in the sinks and then use the dryer. We have come here everyday for the last 2 weeks to get our laundry done. We met a very helpful lady work in the weekend; however, we met a men who work here today 9/20/23 and that was our worst experience ever compared to all the places we have been before. We have done the wash load then divided them equally to 3 separate dryer for the same amount of time around 7:45pm. We left to ran errand and came back around 9:40pm with a locked door. We knocked and the man opened the door with an angry face. When we came in, 2 of the dryer were dry but one of them (dryer #14) was not. My sister tried to ask the guy if he knows any problem with the dryer. He immediately mad and yell at us, seem like we did something wrong. He said we have to be here while drying the towel, not this time. We know the close time, we came ahead and the towel just done drying just about 20min. Whoever did my laundry made me realize I've been doing laundry wrong my whole life. My clothes came back better than they've ever been. Also the No Contact is a breeze. Their software shoots you a text within a 20 minute window of when they will arrive. You leave your bag by your front door and presto! You have clean laundry delivered the next day. If you have different options I would def go somewhere else, besides being dirty and half of the machines being "out of order". When it's HOT I'm talking 79 degrees outside they will not turn on the A/C so you will be sweating only will open the doors. So you will smell everyone's odor ! At first it was the best thing I ever experienced, now after my last 3 drop offs I've experienced having someone else laundry included in my bag. Also I've noticed things were missing such as I'll pick up my bag and realized I have only 3 correct pair of sock together and 10 others that has no matches. The hours are really decent. They are open until midnight with the last wash by 10:30 on Tuesday. There may be signs everywhere, but not for the dryers. The one we used gave 13 minutes of drying for .27 cents. The current employee told me that it was .27 cents a minute; maybe he didn't understand my question? I came here around 6pm on a weekday so it was a little crowded, but still made it out by 7:45. I didn't have a problem finding machine to use. They have a huge variety of different sized washers and dryers. They have special cards that first timers pay .50 to obtain. They also use the card that you need to purchase as a rewards card that you can collect points on. I don't think you get reward points for using the dryer. I used 2 of the three load max washers for $2.69 each and 1 of the one load max washers for $1.19. I did 3 loads of laundry and 5 drying cycles. Spending almost $8.00. Not too bad for my laundry, I suppose I just wish there were more places to sit, but it really wasn't that bad. I just stood near my clothes in the machines for the most part. I love Super Laundry! I have the Wash and Fold Pickup & Delivery bi-weekly service. They communicate the time the driver will come pickup / drop off via text message. My clothes are picked up on Monday and delivered back clean, folded and hung the next day. They follow any special instructions on how you like your clothes washed and dried. I'm no expert of laundromats but i guess this place was good. I happened to need to wash my comforter and pillows so i need the extra large machines to do it. They use a debit card system which is fine by me, since it makes it easier than have to deal with $20 worth of quarters pulling down your basketball shorts. This does allow them to charge interesting amounts: $2.69 for a 3 load machine, and $3.79 for a 4 load machine, or $.27 per 15 minutes of drying. Ample parking space (located in the shopping center with the Smart & Final) They also have a computer so you can surf the web while waiting for your clothes to wash.
