STAY AWAY! I hired Bravo Limo for my daughters Sweet 16 Party. The driver got lost and kept stoping along the way to ask for directions. Didn't know how to use the GPS. Then on the way home he stopped the limo in the middle of a highway and tried to shake down my daughter and her friends in the back of the limo for cash. He made them all get out of the car and threatened to leave them there if they didn't pay. He was driving really slow on purpose several nervous passengers in the back of the limo said in a written statement to the police who were waiting for the driver when he got back as several nervous parents had called the police. The driver did not want to give any information or a receipt for the cash that he forced the under age children in the back of the limo to pay. The police reprimanded the driver. They told him that it was illegal to do what he was doing and made him give his license and registration. They also forced him to provide receipts for the money he black mailed everyone in the back of the limo for. The party in the back of the limo have pictures and recording of how the night went down. A police report was made as well. The drivers name is Aurliu Bustor. The owner of the company's name is Mike. This company out of New Jersey has a blatant disregard for minors. It happened that we made our rental arrangements 3 days before our actual big day, they took my call after hours and waited till I returned back the signed contact, the lady on the phone was very helpful (I feel guilty for forgetting her name). After calling few places and getting extremely high rates for different limos, I can say that I almost lost hope in being able to rent one on such a short notice because I was definitely not willing to to pay so much money just for transportation, yes - I need it, but if the price is not reasonable I'm not gonna take it! Bergen gave me a more affordable option, because they already had another job (or something on their schedule) they offered a round trip for my wedding, which was actually what I needed in the first place! The driver came on time (even a little early) so we had plenty of time for pictures, we departed as scheduled and the driver was prepared with our destination and took us straight there. We also got a bottle of champagne on one way only, I know that it's standard and that most companies offer one for weddings, but it was still nice! On our second trip, for after the wedding, we were greeted by a different driver, who was as nice and sweet. I used Best Limousine after I checked out of my hotel and when I needed a ride to the airport. I started calling numbers in the hotel book provided and it turned out most of the Limousine companies were either outdated or out of business! So I consulted Google for an actual LOCAL NJ limousine service and I found Best Limousine. I'm glad I found them because they were extremely responsive and accommodating. I spoke with a Peter. Peter was able to have a cab out to me 45 minutes after I called. I give them 5 stars for being exactly as described in their services section. After they dropped me off at the airport, they made sure to open the trunk urgently to give me my luggage. Firstly, I would like to say thank you for excellent customer service and for taking such a good care of us on our wedding. Before booking limos from this company we researched a huge amount of other limo services but at the end agreed to go with this one. Honestly, we did not regret for a second that we chose these guys. Our drivers arrived 15 minutes earlier, were very polite, friendly and drove very carefully. Another great thing about this limousine service is that they are one of the few companies that are actually honest about the price. I had a attended my sister's wedding this weekend in NJ and we needed last minute limousine service because the previous company was a no-show. After seeing the negative feedback below I was really scared to try this guys up but finally those reviews have proved completely wrong because this guys are amazing and the service they gave me and my gf are totally fantastic. I would give them a 9.5 on 10 the driver was patient even when my gf had been late for almost 1 hour and he took us to Miami Beach and took us to a never seen beautiful place we had a really good time with this guys. Needed a car to pick up my grandma at JFK airport and take her home to Wayne Nj. It was a challenge since she is 76, was traveling home by herself and needed wheelchair assistance. Have used Best Limousine twice. Booked them for my little sisters HighSchool prom. With many pickup and stops in between and after. Picked everyone (24 teens) up on time, took them to prom in Long Island, then to after party in Manhattan, Then to a diner at 3am across Manhattan, then back to queens to drop everyone off at 630 am.
