These guys really went above and beyond. I was very surprised at how quickly I was able to get a response and how fast they were able to outfit my friends and I with a nice sprinter Mercedes van so we could head to different parts of the borough. This was completely on the fly and it was due to their stellar Yelp reviews that I even found about Mondrion (also known as Level Limo). So many car service companies, especially of the limo variety feel somewhat scammy -- almost like they're trying to hustle you into agreeing on a price. Alex was extremely professional with me and went as far as to ask me what my budget was so we could work within it. He helped ease my concerns with the number of passengers I had and was very good about recommending various vehicles to cruise in for the few hours that we had. All in all, it was roughly $80 an hour with a standard gratuity of 20% for use of the Mercedes Sprinter van that included a very cool driver who I simply gave directions to while he drove us in various parts of the borough. My invoice was provided via email as I asked and the ground rules (there are many) were laid out prior to us stepping into the vehicle. All deposits are non-refundable, so ask for all the information you can get before you commit. Some fees that folks should be aware of: $100 for carpet / seat burns. $250 for sanitation issues. They stress no drinking in the car and smoking is not permitted. I appreciated the upfront rules and it was never an issue with our trip. I'll be ready to give them a call again when I'm ready for another motorized tour / group excursion. This review is long overdue. Our wedding was in May & I feel so bad that I'm writing this review this late. My then fiancé wanted a specific blue tuxedo for our wedding day. During his search, he stumbled upon Mondrion Limo (they also rent tuxedos). He decided to go check out the tuxedo at Mondrion, where he found the exact style & color that he has been looking for. While there, he was asked by Alex & Rachel if we were interested in renting a limo for our wedding day. He was offered an amazing price for not just any limo, but a stretch Rolls Royce limo. We weren't planning on renting a limo for our wedding day as we felt that it wasn't needed, but we just could not turn down the deal they were giving us. & A Rolls Royce? Come on! When my husband brought me to meet Alex & Rachel, I felt like I've known them forever! They are so personable & they really do treat you like family. You can sit & converse with Rachel for hours.. which my husband & I did. We discussed vacationing, her wedding, her kids, details of our wedding, etc. You can tell that they really want the best for your special day. We were not the easiest bride & groom to deal with, but they were very patient with all of our wants/needs/requirements. The driver was professional, punctual, & very patient. Myself & my bridal party were extremely (almost 30 min) late & the driver waited patiently for us at the hotel to bring us to the ceremony. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! My cousin booked a party bus for today, 8/18, for another cousins bachelorette party, not only did the bus not show up, no one answered multiple calls. We had to quickly come up with a plan B. Later, after calling from different numbers to get a response we received nothing but excuses including, we can't answer the phone on the sabbath and the driver got in an accident. They sent a dirty bus out 2 hours after the reservation time and insisted on not only retaining the cash deposit, but that we pay additional money for the bus! We refused. Do yourself a favor and hire a reputable company. This is not it. They flat out told my cousin that they would not give her the deposit back, in spite of the fact that she paid for services not rendered. read more

First off the limo driver used my phone as the GPS; so professional. Secondly, the limo was the scorching hot inside. The heat was sweltering inside the limo because the AC wasn't even functional. Next, the aux cord was held together by tape(so safe right). The seats stained the clothes of me and my friends with a white chalky substance. Unprofessional company. Both my fiancé and I changed our work schedules to visit and view their limos, just to find out that was not going to happen. The guy flat out said to my fiancé "you're so lucky you called, because the car you were coming to see is actually not here" - despite having scheduled this tour with us a week ago. My fiancé then asks "why wouldn't you call and let us know the car is not there?" and he offered no explanation except that someone booked the car we were looking at for the time we were scheduled to visit; but he never thought to call and inform us. I understand that the nonchalant attitude can get you somewhere in the sales industry, but the disrespectful, irresponsible and unprofessional tone and mannerism won't get you anywhere. Those differ. Mondrion provided a Rolls Royce, a stretch limo and an SUV for my wedding. Pricing was lower then the several other companies I spoke with. Arsen & Nathan were extremely professional and handled every detail of the transportation. The night before the wedding they provided contact info for each of the drivers. All of the cars arrived early in great condition and the drivers were dressed well and extremely professional. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! On May 20th I proposed the my girlfriend, now fiancé. I had set up a date and time for a limo to pick my fiancé and the limo was set up at 5:15PM on Saturday, May 20th. Everything went as planned. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMO SEVICE. I had ordered the limo a month before to make sure there were no scheduling issues. Two days before I called the limo service to make sure everything was set and there were no issues. I spoke to a female and she told me that she was very busy and would call me back in 10-15 minutes. I NEVER got a call back that day. I then called again the next before to verify everything was set I spoke with Sergy. I was told everything was set and the limo will be picking me up at 5:15PM on May, 20th with a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate. Sergy sent me an email with the drivers name and contact information. My fiancé and I were standing outside at 5:15PM and there was no limo. I texted the driver to get his estimated time of arrival. I was told 5:40PM. Now I had reservations for 6PM at a restaurant to meet our family, which was surprise for my fiancé. I again texted the driver that I had an appointment at 5:15PM to be picked up. His response was "Stuck in major traffic jam on the way to you." I could understand being traffic and being 5 minutes late. But being 25 minutes late when I have reservations at 6PM. I was 20 minutes late to my reservation, thankfully the restaurant was very accommodating and understood. I will never use this limo service again. We were in the Rolls Royce stretch limo. The champagne was warm and disgusting, probably a 5 dollar bottle. The limo sounded terrible we couldn't even have a conversation due to either the exhaust or the undercarriage is damaged. I have the limo service one last chance before I wrote a review. I sent an email explaining how disappointed I was, which I got no response from Sergy Roytbak. If you have a important event in your life engagement, wedding, Birthday, etc... Please shop around and do your homework. I just had my senior prom on June 9th, and i had to call to call Mondrion Limo last min, due to my previous reservation getting cancelled with a different limo service. as soon as i called they picked up, we spoke and arranged a price point that my peers and i could pay. while every other company was charging us way more. since we where last min, they did have an other service right after us, even though everyone was in a tight space for time, our driver made 3 stops to pick us all up and take us to our prom. i really thank Alex for making this happen, he went out of his way and also the company's way to make this happen for my Peers and I. Ordered the Mercedes Sprinter for a funeral. Not pleased with the service, very unprofessional. First, the driver was dressed in a black puffer jacket, I expected some form of professional attire and he helped no one into the van. He stood about 10 feet away. Luckily we had our own gentlemen with us to help the ladies who had on dresses and heels in into the van. The seats had cake icing on them from what must have been a previous party and a half full water bottle rolled from under the seats We almost sat on the icing with black clothing on . We had to clean the icing off of the seats ourselves. The driver was unapologetic. Arriving to the funeral, same routine, never helped anyone out of the van, stood about 10 feet away looking elsewhere. I called to complain a few days later. My wedding was on 9/14/18 we booked the 20 passenger Cadillac I would suggest requesting to see the car before spending the money on this care. So the first problem was that the driver didn't know where he was going! at first I though that he knew a short cut because we were already running late but he kept driving in a circle a 15 min drive became a 30 min drive which we had to pay the extra time for!! Ok so let me go back a little to when we went to go get a quote we first dealt with Nathan who gave us one price we told them we wanted to think about and came back about 3 days later My husband met with Alex who told us he could not honor the price that Nathan gave us because it was the "wrong amount of time" ok we did the deal anyway Alex assured us that we would get a ride back for the bride and groom. After our wedding no one came to pick us up we called Mondrion and they told us no one was coming to pick us up because it is not in the contract we informed her that ALEX assured us that he would put it in there and he did not! On July 8th, 2017. My wife and I rented two party buses and a sprinter van from this limo company. It was a for a wedding so we had to be on time. Unfortunately for us one of the party buses (Driver's name was Daniel) was 20 mins late. It was supposed to arrive at 1:30. It didn't get there until 1:50!!! So we almost ended up being late. My wife and her bridal party was supposed to go on the second trip which never occurred so they had to uber and take another transportation company's van. Then on way to the church, the driver got lost and we had to give him directions. Then after the wedding, we had a sprinter van. The driver Fabian was nice to my wife and I. But her family had to take it to the Bronx and Manhattan from New Rochelle. The driver was very rude to them. Even though we had paid the tolls and everything before the trip, the driver Fabian made her family pay an 8.50 toll! I would not recommend using this company if you want to be on time. The buses were in good condition and fairly clean. The other party bus driver Robert was great, nice and on time! After the wedding, we called up the limo company and told them all of this. They refunded us the 8.50 toll and a half-an-hour of time about 50 dollars. I think we should have gotten at least half of the money back. These buses are not cheap and we had an expectation they should be on time. Once again I do not recommend this limo company. The drivers didn't seem prepared which almost turned our wedding into nightmare. read more

Limos never showed up, the Limo broke down as I was told F@#$ no Limo. It was supposed to be for 1:30, a sprinter and a 6 seated SUV showed up at the funeral parlor at 1:57 to take us to the crematory. I keep my cool because my mom passed away. These people has no heart. Returned back to the home, call up the Limo company was told that the manager will talk to me. I could not be more disappointed.. the church was two blocks away from where I was getting ready. The limo driver picked us up and missed the turn for the church twice. . Making me late, really late. Would not open the partition so I could tell him where to go. The ac was not working and everybody was soaking wet from sweat. We went to get the photos taken at a park that was 10 minutes away and when we were finished he held us hostage at the park sitting in the limo for twenty minutes until he got paid. I hired a limo from them for my daughter's sweet sixteen this past weekend and everything flowed so smoothly from the time I made the reservation 2 weeks ago to drop off. First, making the reservation was super easy on their website, second their follow up emails, confirmations and reminders were thorough and efficient. The night of the party the driver, Marvin, arrived a few minutes earlier than the time I had requested, putting my mind at ease. Called and set an appointment to go over the quote provided over the phone and to see the limo. Although we showed up 5 minutes early for our appointment, we were kept waiting for over a half hour. When we were finally seen, he explained he was not able to get in touch with the person who had the keys to the lot, therefore we couldn't see the limo. I was polite and showed my interest about the limo , one guy came out of the office , speaking a different language , the next 5 minutes another guy came looking unsure of what they have to offer . I asked for a stretch limo for 8 , and he was offering me a limo that's for 18 passengers , and quoted me for $1500 ... He never really told me the reason why there's no limo , for eight .... Should he had told me , it's not available a certain day , which was ten days ahead of time then I understand .
