If I could give negative stars, I would. The first man I encountered was very helpful and got me to put a down payment on a mattress to save the sale price. I go in four days later to buy my mattress in full and the second salesman I encountered was rude, pushy, and overbearing. He didn't want to give me my initial receipt back (literally stopped me from grabbing it off of the table and acted very shady.). He talked down to me the entire time (probably because I am young and a woman) and was very aggressive. I still paid for my mattress but left VERY upset. I immediately went to another mattress store and got a much better deal down the road at mattress firm. I will never again go to best mattress. I am STILL waiting for my refund to be processed!! Waste of time and money at this place! read more

The salesman, Troy, was great to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very easy going to work with. No sales pressure at all. We also dealt a bit with with Joe and Steve who were very accommodating, as well. There are tons of places to buy mattresses and it can be very overwhelming. Save yourself the leg work and just go here. Their prices are fair and the selection is good. We got a Cal King adjustable split with a Simmons latex foam mattress. LOVE the whole set up. Great to be able to adjust the head and leg positions. Sheets are hard to come by, but can be gotten on line. read more

3 yrs ago I purchased a mattress set from them after trying out the mattresses in the store. What I recieved and what i got were 2 different things. the mattress in store was sturdy and firm.. I was delivered a mattress that had the same fabric as in store but was extremely too soft.. IT swallowed you after about 6 months the mattress made me feel like a taco. I should have gone back but heard that no matter what you do to try to get money back or replacement you would not get it, they would put in hidden clauses to your purchase agreement. I would not trust this company far as I could throw them. I went to RCWilley and got a new one WHAT an amazing difference in quality. Best Mattress has horrible quality generic beds. And could you even trust your getting what you purchase from them? Shameful company. read more

Any store can sell a product but what happens after the sale is just as important. I have purchased several matresses and have a sagging issue. Steve in the past and Shawn recently helped get the inspector sent to my house and I was able to get a new mattress with out any problems. They employees are great, the prices are comparable and the service after the sale is the best! Do go anywhere else for a mattress! I also recommend the mattress protector that they sell. NOTHING can get through it. Worth the cost to protect your investment. read more

I stopped by here to kill time , yes I was looking for a new matte but this location was almost the furthest from where I live but I needed to kill time in this side of town and fortunately had an incredible customer service experience. After leaving I took my husband to a store in our side of town and quickly realized we were not getting the service expected. We went to a few other matress places before, including the sears in the same shopping center. Shawn was the most knowledgeable sales person by far. He was patient when I had to play Goldilocks to find the right mattress but we finally did! I really appreciate the knowledge he had, which I find so rare in customer service nowadays. After making my rounds at many mattress and furniture stores around town I went to Best Mattress. I was promptly greeted by Marcus!! He was very friendly and attentive. Not pushy at all but very personable and helpful in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. My adventure into buying a high end mattress started elsewhere, I got a bad vibe from that place and was going to give up and go home. I saw this store and decided to go in.....I am so happy I did! I was greeted by the most knowledgeable, and personable guy that I've met in a long time. SHAWN, you sir are the best! Shawn told me something he was taught.... "People don't care what you know if they don't know that you care." This May sound a little cliche or whatever but I truly believe that he lives by this mantra. I truly believe he cares about people. Shawn went out of his way to ensure that I was taken care of. He made phone calls that he was not obliged to make, he spent at least an hour just answering questions and helping make informed comparisons. So.....Yes I bought a bed. Next came the delivery and setup of my new bed and the removal of my old one. Wow!!!! Talk about Neat, Clean,Efficient guys! They were extremely respectful and careful with my home and even worried about damaging my outgoing bed. True professionals! I feel bad that I didn't get their names but they were great. Wow! We took my father in-law in just to look at prices ... We met Shawn and man he blew us away with not just his genuine personality but he knowledge of mattress and actual sleep studies. moved here from Hawaii and needed a bed on the first night, Josh helped us, he let us try the different kinds of i comfort! he helped us decided which bed was best for us by asking us about what kind of bed we have used in the past, we were able to settle on a bed in less than an hour and had it delivered that same day! Josh is very knowledgeable and humorous! My girlfriend and I visited Best Mattress after seeing their July 4th specials. We were skeptical at first, because so many furniture stores don't actually deliver on their advertised deals. The salesman was very friendly and assisted us in getting the right mattress for us, which ended up being the mattress and adjustable frame advertised. The price was as advertised and didn't include any "gotchas". The delivery guys were very friendly and set up the adjustable frame for us so it sits within our existing frame. The mattress is very comfortable and we sleep so much better now! We highly recommend them and we will be buying our next mattress here. read more

I usually do not write bad reviews, but more and more bad things happened with this company. I bought a California king mattress a couple weeks ago for more than $2,500 and then I bought a bed frame that fits a California King Mattress. As soon as I put my new mattress on the bed frame, there was a HUGE difference in size between the two. I decided to measure the mattress and realized that it was 69x80" instead of 72x84" which is a normal California king mattress size. I called Shawn Spierer the store manager, and he said he will send someone from the company to come measure the mattress. The employee came and after he measured he saw that the measurements I sent were correct and that we really did receive a smaller mattress than what a California King should be. The next I called Shawn again and he said he will send me a new mattress. To my surprise, HE SENT THE SAME mattress with the smaller measurements. I called shawn again, and he said he talked to the manufacturer and that that's the size they have and can't help us it is what it is. I am very disappointed that they gave me a different size than what it should have been and they're not willling to help in any way. They call this place "BEST Mattress" I would call them "THE WORST Mattress" They need to change their name!!! Be warned and do not buy from them. I wish I could give them 0 stars. read more

We visited several mattress stores before buying our mattress in this store. They allow a 120 day trial will a no restocking fee, whereas other stores had a restocking fee. Cameron, our sales representative listened to our desires and helped us find the mattress to best match our needs and desires. He was knowledgeable about mattresses, willing to answer questions, patient, and did not pressure us in any way. We have not received delivery if the mattress yet, but are very happy with the purchasing experience so far. Shawn, the other sales rep added helpful delivery information. The two sales reps expressed that if one if them is not in the store when we came back, the other person would give us good service. I like that respectful teamwork. If we are as happy with the mattress as we were with the purchasing experience, we'll have sweet dreams for years to come. read more

Great experience with this company! Shawn helped us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We found the mattress we wanted which came with a price match guarantee leaving out the hassle of having to shop around. They were having a sale so we also got 2 free pillows, a set of sheets, and free delivery (and exchange if we didn't like it within the first 120 days). Delivery was prompt, next day. Delivery staff were EXCELLENT. They helped bring the mattress upstairs and after noticing some dirt from inside the plastic THEY told us they'll switch out our mattress for a new one. We didn't even have to ask. That is honestly the best kind of customer service and this company should be proud to have employees like that. Customer service all the way around was excellent. We needed a mattress for one of our guest bedrooms and visited a number of mattress stores in Henderson. Because it was a guest mattress, we didn't want to spend a king's ransom, but also didn't want to provide our guests with a horrible night's sleep. In each store, the salespeople were either overbearing and pushy, or would immediately show us either their cheapest, lowest quality mattress, or something that was just unreasonably expensive for a guest bedroom. When we got to Best Mattress the experience was pleasant and stress-free from the get-go. Troy and Steve worked together with us and totally understood what we were looking for. And each time we were set on something, they would come up with better but even cheaper options! We got exactly what we needed at a terrific price.
