Didn't want to go all over town looking for a mattress! So we ended up here! The place that has the sheep on the commercial! Sales man greeted us, asked us some questions. Gave us a pillow, and had us lay on a bed, and asked us what we thought about it. So from there, he put us on another one? And another, and another. We finally narrowed it down, and picked one that was best for us. This was a very easy process for us. We scheduled our delivery date: The delivery guys called in the morning to make sure we were on the same page. Great, where good to go! Then they called me 15 min before they were here! The initial service is good (which it should be when giving someone your money), but please be aware if you have any defective materials or a need to request warranty support. We purchased a defective mattress, which was subsequently inspected by the manufacturer, and agreed to be defective and would be replaced. Our only alternative was to purchase a new mattress (which of course costs more) and apply a partial credit from the defective mattress. Once the delivery/exchange was scheduled, the delivery driver decided to deny the exchange since he noticed a stain. This was odd since the bed has been covered since day 1 and previously inspected when the initial claim was honored. The mattress, despite its defect, was in exceptional overall condition. This whole process felt more like a scam vs. dealing a true customer service-focused company geared on selling quality merchandise and honoring their brands when that's not the case. Best Mattress simply passed the buck, and I'd venture that this is not the first time. Shame on this company. Be weary of the local, 'family-owned' companies. read more

One of the last big ticket items for me was a king bed for the new digs. I had purchased an iComfort at a Best Mattress in Miami, so I went back to them here in Vegas. I was helped right away, and given great hospitality and service. Offering a complimentary ice cold bottle of water is a simple gesture, but goes a long way in this heat. I mentioned we were return buyers, and got a nice discount on top of the fourth of July sale, which made it even easier to buy through them. They were also very quick to deliver the bed the very next day. And to top it off, it seems that our mattress cover got stained somehow between getting home and the store, and they replaced it with no fuss. This place is wonderful! Upon entering you're immediately greeted by the friendly staff. Sean was the person who helped us, he was very informative, friendly, patient, and didn't pressure us at all. He basically, asked us questions to ascertain what bed would best fit our sleeping styles. Some mattress places try to get you to buy the most expensive mattress in the store, but not Sean, he actually showed us every model in every price range---his main concern was that the bed was comfortable. Not only is the staff very friendly, but the delivery service is great too! We walked out of the store at 1pm, and were told to expect a delivery between 1pm-5pm that day! We got a phone call at 2pm, and they said they would be arriving within 15-20minutes, and they did! They installed the bed quickly and efficiently. I purchased a new Simmons Beautyrest Black mattress wirh box spring and frame back in May of 2019. Thats less than a year ago. It sags! Bad! It has strings hanging from every button attachment. QUALITY SUCKS!! This is their top of the line product! Best mattress sent out a independent investagator who measured the sag, mis-reported the measurements, refused me a copy of the actual photos. Best mattress then said "IT WASN'T SAGGING ENOUGH" after 2 months of use. the follow through has been horrible! The customer service has been horrible. I brought this amazingly comfortable Sherwood mattress and at a fair price! Thank goodness for the Memorial Sale. I just moved here from Hawaii and wanted something at an affordable price. Great experience with Kris at this store. Let me start by saying that I think the mattress industry doesn't make the process of selecting a mattress easy. There should be standards that can be used to compare mattresses from level to level, brand to brand. Visited two other stores by the competitor you see on every corner and was either not helped by staff who didn't know anything, or had to deal with a pushy sales person trying to steal me to something I didn't want. So far a great experience in finding and buying a mattress with the help from staff member, Dennis. Both my friend and I were looking after just moving to Vegas. When I first gave Dennis my price range for a firm mattress he showed me exactly what I asked for. He then offered some other options with NO pressure, or BS chat just some polite advice and concise information. My friend wanted something slightly different and he was able to help both of us at the same time. Very disappointed!!! I purchased 2 queen sets and wanted to return the unopened, unused because the other matress was simply too soft. I am unable to return a matress that is new and unopened Ed becuase it doesn't qualify for their matress guarantee, I can return the other one that I paid 700 for ...Provided I pay almost $240 bucks and tax on the return fee. Being a repeat customer, I understand the matress is a " personal item" but I am more than willing to keep the one we have used...My only options are exchange with a fee or return the other set with a fee almost half of what I oaid for. I am very disappointed... They are great when u want to buy...Not being satisfied 100% is not well recieved!!! read more
