You know if I write a five star review, it is legit because If you read my yelp review history you know that I don't waste energy or effort writing reviews unless the product or service rises to the level of superior excellence. Such as the case with "Best Mobile Screen Service". This is a company owned and operated by a gentleman by the name of Brad. This is an owner who takes the perfection and customer service to a whole new level. After having an old screen door accidentally walked through by one of my installers when moving in, we called Brad who although very busy, found a way to schedule an estimate and repair. Upon his (on-time) arrival, Brad quickly assessed the type and style of screen door required. He measured, measured again and then measured one last time for good measure. His meticulous installment and the explanation that followed reassured me and my wife that the job was done right with the final price being lower than originally quoted and certainly lower than the other local companies listed. So impressive was his attention to detail, I sought his service in installing a roll-away screen door for our front door. Four days later, Brad returned to install the "roll-away" screen door and just like the week prior, we found Brad's careful and professional approach reassuring -- especially in light that the front door presented unanticipated challenges structure wise. After his work was completed and payment was made, Brad noticed one of our 2nd story screen windows was in disrepair. He eagerly offered to attack and repair it without asking for a single penny more. There is a reason why it's called "Best Mobile Screens" and here is a few more. Best mobile screens is owned and Operated by the same person so that means the guy you speak with over the phone is the same person that shows up and does the work. I called Brad at 9:00 a.m. on a busy summer day with an urgent request for 5 custom screens for a house that wasn't even built to receive screens, (it was that kind of old house.) I needed them done by 5:00 p.m that afternoon for one of my window cleaning customers and "Best Mobile Screens" was the 7th screen company I called trying to describe a certain custom screen that was required for this particular house. It was an older house at the top of a long bumpy dirt road that would deter any one with a work trailer from taking the job. I told Brad about the road and I tried to paint a picture of the kind of screens I thought I needed and expected to hear a long pause and to be told he was booked out for 2 months like the other screen guys had told me. I thought he was joking when he told me he would meet me there at 3:00 p.m that afternoon! He wasn't joking and he knew exactly what I was looking for even though I really didn't.
