OK today I learned about retractable screens. I had three and one was 20 years old. These little jewels cost $600 each new. I found you can rebuild them with new screens and parts for a lot less! I highly recommend Alberto from ScreenWorks. He has 22 years of experience, three employees, and very competitive prices for screen repair, windows, or doors. He taught me all about Phantom and Clearview Screens. I taught him all about surveillance cameras, outdoor infrared lasers, and body heat sensors for each room of your home. ‍ We both had a great time. Give Alberto a try for any screen door or window problems.

I just got my second screen door from Alberto! I love it!! We will always come back to him for future work. He is the best!

Alberto was timely getting back to me. Listened to my questions and provided my family with the screens we needed. The install was quick and our new screen doors are awesome! Alberto was professional, friendly and his prices were great.

Albert is great. He shows up on time, gets you the screens you need at a fair price, and installs them - no fuss, no muss. You don't have to go anywhere, measure, or try to install them yourself and end up frustrated - he takes care of everything, all you have to do is point at the color you like best. I never knew how much I needed screen doors until we got them! We got 5 vanishing screen doors including 3 that cover double doors. Some are for doors that open out, others are for doors that open in, and they are all great. We've had them for a month now, and I couldn't be happier. Great job, highly recommend!

I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

They built my sons patio cover and he referred them to me. Minor issue: the round column head and bottom are same piece. They did save some of the good posts and beams as I had asked. When installation came, they took my wood! They did not completely replaced the rotting fascia, as I was told they would during the sale. There were some unfinished points that were corrected after several calls. The shades I had were not able to be reused because they were too heavy for the aluminum so Wilfred volunteered to run to Home Depot to get some. But...when I asked for the receipt I was told it would be e mailed, which never happened. After several calls and e mails. i finally went to Home Depot myself and found out he had charged me about double. I sent a message with pictures but still no answer. I am a senior person who trusted and was grateful. Very disappointing.

Steve, the co-owner, was most patient and thorough in accommodating our needs, including drainage and lighting, and helping us think through the design and materials. The price was reasonable. This review concerns only my experience with Pacific Patio's bidding process. The proposal I received did not include any meaningful detail about the materials that would be used. When I asked specific questions--such as whether the support posts would be steel or aluminum--the salesperson refused to answer. Instead, he responded sarcastically, "Do you want me to tell you what kind of bolts we're going to use?" My answer is yes. The materials matter. The type of bolts, fasteners, posts, and other structural components affects the durability and safety of the finished product. Lower-quality hardware may perform differently under wind loads and over time, so it's reasonable for a customer to know what is being proposed. I repeatedly asked for a list of the materials that would be used, but the salesperson would not provide one. Without that information, I had no meaningful way to compare Pacific Patio's proposal with competing bids. Just as importantly, I would have had no clear basis for holding the contractor accountable if different materials were substituted during the project. The salesperson also became increasingly dismissive as I continued asking for this information. That lack of transparency and professionalism led me to award the project--worth approximately $100,000--to another contractor. I'm sharing this experience so that prospective customers know to ask for a detailed written description of the materials included in any proposal before making a decision.

Joe, the manager, and Rick design rep, Darrin construction manager, Andrea production coordinator, Dianna sales coordinator, and others that came to do the work on site, were all professional and a real blessing in getting my new patio cover designed and put together with the features I wanted. The crew that worked on site demonstrated much care and passion in the work they did. The crew took time to answer my questions and even made a video on my phone so I could remember how the wiring was done for my patio light and fan.
