Service descriptions are limited, making it hard to know exactly what you're booking, and choosing a technician is largely based on photos without much information about each person's specialties or experience. Once I arrived, however, the experience exceeded my expectations. The live piano player created a relaxing and unique atmosphere that I wasn't expecting and truly appreciated. Rose, the owner, took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences. She thoughtfully communicated them to the nail technician who worked with me, which helped me feel heard and understood. My nail technician was gentle, attentive, and considerate throughout the appointment. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would return. If the booking platform provided more detailed service descriptions and technician information, it would make an already great experience even better.
