She does not honor the $25 gift when you refer friends (I've referred 2 friends and she changes her story every time concerning the $25 gift for referring). I was also there Friday 9/26 and the air conditioning was not working and she did not send anyone over to fix it. It was so uncomfortably hot and the employees had to work in those conditions all day. She is not a good business owner as she can be very rude but I continue to go because of Thao and Anna is also a great nail tech who gets a 5 star rating.

I was there for a gel pedicure, and even though I arrived 15 minutes early, she got me started right away -- no waiting! She offered me water, made sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly attentive throughout. But here's the part that really impressed me: I've had a splinter lodged in the side of my toe for what felt like forever -- through several pedicures at other places, no one ever took care of it.
