She does not honor the $25 gift when you refer friends (I've referred 2 friends and she changes her story every time concerning the $25 gift for referring). I was also there Friday 9/26 and the air conditioning was not working and she did not send anyone over to fix it. It was so uncomfortably hot and the employees had to work in those conditions all day. She is not a good business owner as she can be very rude but I continue to go because of Thao and Anna is also a great nail tech who gets a 5 star rating.

During recent visits, I've had to remind staff of missed steps, and my last two appointments were mishandled, either the second service was forgotten or not communicated properly. At my most recent visit, the same technician as last time seemed unaware of social cues. I was clearly reading a book and hoping for a quiet session, but she kept interrupting with questions, so I had to put it away. I also had to tell her multiple times that she was being too aggressive, despite me directly saying "this is uncomfortable and I am not enjoying this", she didn't adjust her approach. I'm now left with broken skin. Condescendingly when applying the polish she added a question "does this hurt." I don't think this tech is licensed. Meanwhile my second service was completed I had to remind the 'tech' to add the clear coat. When it came time to check out I noticed they added an unadvertised additional fee. Still giving them a 20% tip this was a stressful servicing. It may be time for a new fav salon.
