It's my mom's birthday. I called at 10:17 am to see if they had an opening for 3 manicures and they said to come on in. We get there and they ask us to take a seat. We were on a tight timeline because we had to pick up my grandpa at 12 from the mall for our lunch reservation. He doesn't have a cell phone so it wasn't like we could just take longer if we wanted. I had dip on my nails and was getting dip so they took me first, about 20 minutes after we got there. They didn't take my mom and her sister to a table until 11:45... an hour and a half after they said they had time for us. Moral of the story, if you're too busy to take clients just say that and provide a realistic timeframe you can do the service. My mom had to spend 2 hours in a shitty nail salon and my own nails didn't even turn out that great. read more

Meh. I figured I would try this nail salon because I was at the Dollar Tree next-door to it and I needed a pedicure. The price was right when I went inside so I decided to have it done. I only waited about three minutes before they told me to come back to soak my feet. Then it was another 10 minutes or so before someone started my pedicure. The technician was really friendly and nice. The pedicure it's self was OK but it could've been better my nails were not cut or filed down evenly and the paint job was a bit messy to be honest. The shop is not dirty but not the cleanest place either. Actually I'm not sure if it was just messy or crowded or just not the cleanest. I may or may not be back here depending on whether or not I need a pedicure the next time I go to that Dollar Tree. read more

Such a disappointment! This place is dirty, the guy that did my nails was sloppy, and he couldn't take his face out of his phone. The whole time he was doing my nails he was watching a show on his phone, didn't pay any attention to what he was doing, didn't even file my nails appropriately, they're all different lengths and some are jagged. I came here with my mom last Saturday. Well, I came here with my moms, I should say. Yep, me and my mom were joined by my birth mother and we had a really nice time. We all got our piggies painted. The staff here ensured that the three of us could sit together and that was important to us. A really sweet team of technicians scrubbed and buffed our feet to smooth and shiny obvlivion. Of note, there are two smaller pink butterfly stations for your little girls to get their toes done at as well. It is a nice touch. Also of note, bring your own bottle of polish. The ones here are getting old and need to be replaced. Had I thought to do so, my piggies would be Barefoot in Barcelona, rather than sort of candy apple red. One more.... they had the soccer match on and that made me very happy :) read more

I visited this nail salon on November 12, 2015 with one broken nail and another "fixed" nail. I'm on vacation and refused to walk around with horrid nails but I'm also very funny when it comes to my nails and hair! I tried to give them zero stars but it wouldn't let me. My best friend's mother is a regular here and she referred us to the shop. The woman who did my nails was rushing, made my cuticle bleed and made 3 nails crooked. I asked her several times to take them off but she reassured me she would fixed them towards the end. Once I notice nothing was changing, I kindly asked her to remove them. This woman made a huge scene and tried to kick me out ( while the manager watch). Apparently regulars get treated better than new customers. Ive been waiting for 45 minutes and had TWO regulars pushed ahead of me. No explanation, no apology. 1 hr in, another technician apologized but still no nails for me. After 1 hr and 10 min my tech comes over. Instead of soaking off my old set, she loosened them with a fake nail and popped them off. Ouch!! I explained numerous times to "Amy" that I wanted a squoval shape (square on top, oval on sides) but after filing half of my length off, I still have Jersey Shore flared tips. I was so frustrated, I paid my $40 for gel tips and left without allowing her to finish. NEVER AGAIN read more

I have been coming here since 2014 for my eyebrows and I have always been impressed with how they do my eyebrows and when I have gotten my nails done I've never left disappointed. The owner is personable and down to earth. What a great business, the only thing that would make it better is if they offered a soda or tea while you are getting services performed. This was the worst place. I walk in and ask for their price. The nail tech says it's going to be $30.I agree sit down and when I ask for coffin nails he says it will actually be $35. I was still willing to pay. While he is gluing the nails he starts to tell me the price will actually be $40!! Mind you I had been in there for less then 5 mins and the price had gone up twice already. I have never paid 40 dollars for nails even when I have gotten a design. I came to this place a month ago and was extremely unimpressed. Looks nice from the outside but once inside its nothing like the pictures on here BTW. Everything is very run down and broken. The selection of polishes is terrible and very low quality as well. I guess they're acrylics are much better but the basic manicure and polish was comparable to something I could do at home. I don't get my nails or feet done often, but when I do I always come here. This nail shop is very clean and welcoming. They know their regular customers by name and that speaks volumes. When I do get a mani I am always satisfied with the results. I do a lot with my hands so to go in with rough hands and leave with soft model ready hands are a plus. It has been a week and my mani is holding up. I do receive pedicures from time to time and they have the best massage chairs. So while getting my feet care for I can get a nice relaxing massage. They always service children and that is wonderful because I have a daughter that loves getting her nails done. The only down side is there is a difference in language and that sometimes can be a bit much. If you are a regular as stated before they know what you want and always leaves their customers satisfied. read more

I found Elite through Yelp and decided to give them a try. The decor is very nice and its clean. I got gels and a pedicure. Service was good. I would have rated a 5 star except the tech scraped the skin off my foot. You're probably saying what??...hold on..lol. I'm partially to blame. I felt it but it was feeling too damn good to stop him. Then when the tech went to get my nail color he left to go smoke a cigarette. My friend insisted we go to Elite Nails because she said they did a good job on her nails for her graduation. Well, that was not the case for us this time around. The service was ok, although they weren't really friendly. They had us dry our nails in mini fans instead of professional nail dryers. Which turned out to be a bad idea, we both got bubbles in our manicures!! To make matters worse, our nail polish started chipping two to three days later. I could have painted my nails with Sally Hansen polish with a base and top coat and it would've looked better and lasted for about two weeks. read more

Came into this place and was seated for an hour and a half before I was sat in chair. After that, it was another hour before anyone sat down with me. Ridiculously understaffed. Came here last Sunday with my sister in law and she got a pedicure and it was amazing! The colors turned out well and they made a cute tiger stripe on her big toe. She said the massage and all was fantastic too. This is the reason I won't give them 1 star. My experience on the other hand was not as pleasant, the guy didn't cut back my cuticles - which has always been done for me when I get a full set - so a week later it looks like I've had them on for a month instead on 1 week. Half the nails are too small or too big. Even the pai. Job was crappy - and I got charged for nail art even though I only got 1 color and french tips, but that I guess I could let go... The worst part came when I spoke to them about it they told me they don't cut cuticles unless you get a manicure, which I was not asked in the first place, it's not like they have a list of all services offered posted ANYWHERE. And when the guy looked he said "nails grow". Um no. It's been 1 week dude. They look awful. And he told me he can cut my cuticles for $12 and give me a fill in at whatever cost that was... I left. I was so annoyed. And of course they were yelling across the room while multiple people were waiting in whatever language they were speaking. Super unconfirmed. Super upset. Now I have to go and pay for another full set somewhere else just so I don't have to look like a moron. read more

Horrible experience, I went in to get a full set and came out with my cuticles bleeding and swollen. The guy that did my nails glued our hands together and ripped them apart, then he sanded the glue off my hand, leaving it red and irritated. I asked for my nails long and pointy but they came out short ovals. Even after I told him it wasn't how I wanted it, he ignored me and told me not to worry about it.
