Both were messed up before I left. They quickly took the polish off of the messed up nails, and reapplied. I sat there waiting for it to dry for the second time. Within minutes of getting to my car, my thumbnail was already messed up as I put my charge card back in my purse. I immediately went back in and told her once again, my nails were not dry! She said "There's NOTHING I can do about it! At home, I bumped my little toenail in the poliship globbed right off (by now, the pedicure had been completed over two hours ago.) The OPI Infinity Shine, you used was NOT APPLIED properly! From the OPI website; Step 1: Prep your natural nails to ensure a strong adhesion. Aka, trim, file, and buff. Step 2: Apply 1 thin coat of Infinite Shine Gel-like Base Coat and cap the free edge. Allow nails to dry for 1-2 minutes. Step 3: Apply 2 thin coats of any Infinite Shine shade and cap the free edge of each coat. Allow each coat to dry for 1-2 minutes. Step 4: Apply 1 coat of Infinite Shine Gel-like Top Coat over nail polish, cap the free edge, then let nails dry. You did not use a base coat Infinity Shine or a top coat Infinity Shine, so it couldn't dry properly! All you did was blame me and told me there was "Nothing I can do about it!!!" If you do not intend to use the proper base coat and top coat for Infinity Shine, use OPI's nail lacquer! I use it at home all the time. It dries within 15 minutes!
