The guy who does manicures did a really bad job and my fingers are sore from how rough he is! They way too thick and they charged me an extra $10 bc apparently they're "coffin shape" even if they just shave off the sides a little to straighten them. I went to get my nail dipped and was looking for Lynn she is the best nail tech that was there in my opinion. Lee never touched my nails he's probably one of the better one's I'm not sure. Let me tell you my nails were chipping only after 5 day's of being done my bill came to 64.ish and I Tipp the heifer 5$ all she did was scrape the nails and made it look worse than before. I showed Lee and he didn't say or do anything so I told them I'll never be back and I wouldn't suggest anyone of color to go there they suck! Not a good experience at all. 2 stars!!! I have been going to the salon for years. Today will be my last day there...I was treated so rudely by the person that did my pedicure(she also did another family member and was rude to her as well. I have always had good service and someone willing to try to match what I am looking for. I showed her a design that I had done in THAT salon and she informed me we do not do that here and "you do not pick much here". Since when can I not have input into what goes all in my nail as far as a design goes? I showed her a different pic and she said yes she can do that... but then didn't follow the picture!! Did not get what I was looking for and still paid the money and still tipped even though I don't feel she was worth it. At the end,, She asked how I was going to pay, took my card ...handed me my receipt and walked away to take care of another person and did not come back to thank me or take the receipt. I could have walked out with it and not paid at all for all she knew. She is middle aged/younger. Never again! The owner may want to review customer service skills with his crew. There are too many salons around to continue supporting a local one that obviously doesn't care I if I satisfied. The pic attached is the design I HAD DONE THERE BEFORE AND SHOWED HER AND TOLD NO! They are always so sweet to me whenever I go in for nails and they genuinely listen to what I would like done.

I decided I could really use a pedicure and really haven't been going to do routine mani- pedis in several years. I used to have acrylic nails for years so I'm no stranger to these places. Since I haven't gone for awhile I didn't have an idea which place to go. This area has pretty good parking but they're not too busy and as a walk in I waited only about 10 minutes, which if you go as a walk in, that's not bad on a busy Saturday early afternoon. I promised my 12 year old granddaughter I'd let her get a manicure, so she was looking forward to going. So, with that being said a middle aged woman took her to the chair to start her nails. Rather than talk to her, a man, I can only presume is the manager and this woman kept yelling questions to me. "You want manicure? " No, she does. " You want her to have gel?" I said whatever she wants. "She wants this color but we don't have that in gel- pick another color if you want gel!" Whatever she wants I said, just ask her. Jeez! So a nice older guy calls me back. I thought he did a great job and although NONE of the staff spoke to any customers other than to clarify needs and wants , all spoke to each other in Vietnamese ( I'm guessing here). I am not paranoid or think they're doing anything or saying about anyone negatively. I really do believe unless someone's being a total jerk that they are just socializing with their co- workers. It would be nice to be able to converse with the people working on your nails or feet but it doesn't bother me. My limited stars were not for me but my granddaughter. I guess because of her age they didn't take her as a serious client. One of her nails wasn't completely covered with polish and she is so shy she refused to allow me to "embarrass" her by asking the girl to correct it. She also had polish on her finger smeared from the person who maybe tried to correct her painting and left it on her hand. I was disappointed in the 8$ plus I gave her a few for a tip for the 7 minutes she spent doing her nails. They were not shaped much more than what they already were so it was mostly an"kiddie" paint of the nails and done. So, although I liked the guy who did my pedicure she is my sidekick 99% of the time. We likely won't return because I was unhappy with how she was treated and she was unhappy. My best advice to these hard working men and women- remember that regardless of age, very old or very young, best to treat all the same way. read more

One star is a joke. Went for a quick pedi with a friend. One of the worst experiences we have had. They cut my friends heel so bad with the cheese grater tool she was bleeding. After grabbing a third gel polish light, my gel polish was bubbling and I asked if they would cure ok... since their lights seemed broken... (I do my own gel at home but wanted to be pampered so I went out this time... BIG MISTAKE) and she just looked at me. After paying, and leaving more of a tip than she deserved, she literally ripped the towel out from under my feet rudely. I'm home now and my gel polish is lifting. Super cool. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Oh yeah and she cut my toenails so stupid. Lol wow. How do these places even stay afloat?! read more

The worse pedicure ever! So I just got a pedicure by the older lady (she's at least 60 years old) that works here. 1st, she seemed annoyed that she had to do my pedicure, she told me the color I picked was too 'light' for me, she rushed my service (it was probably done in 15 mins), she was rough and when I asked her was she in a rush she shook her head as though to say yes. I only came as a recommendation from someone but I will NEVER come back again and certainly not refer anyone to this place. I would love to give it zero stars! read more

It was a horrible experience! I had told the lady previously this was for my sisters wedding that I wanted a pink color to match my dress, she showed me a pink shade in dip. Did my pedicure just fine, but once we got to the dip the color changed to red. I had said during it, why is it changing red? she said it's because it changes differently on your skin?! im like that makes no sense. I told her I wanted it pink not red, she said she will have to charge me again for the second time. This is my first experience at this Salon and i purchased a mani pedi, reasonably priced, but when i went get the mani done i paid first, and tipped the lady because she did a good job with me and my ticklish feet. Anyways, getting the manicure, i told her i wanted acrylic but she said no, she was going to do the regular paint on my nails and next time i came in i could get the full set. Overall it was upsetting, because it was part of my vacation. I would recommend this place for quality of pedicures. Because that was wonderful. Very nice! very professional. I had some time before class and I wanted to get a mani. After reading other reviews I was scared to go here because of its 2 stars.The shop was super busy and the phone was ringing off the hook. I was sat down right away. There was not allot of gel color selections buy the lady recommended a maroon with pink overlay. I was scared that I would not like it because it was so dark. I ended up looking rich and dynamic. The manicure treatment was quick but I really needed it. The manicurist took the time to FULLY cover the edges of my nail which makes a difference! She also put 2 thick coats of gel. I am very rough with my hands. I work out every day, wash dishes, work on the yard. I also have a condition where my hands get too cold and develop ulcers. I get allot of compliments a week later after my initial appointment! read more

I'm mad I even had to select a star to be able to leave a review. This place is horrible and I definitely would NOT recommend it to anyone. I went in and while I'm signing in a woman employee comes up to me and advised they don't do designs. Okay, fine I was there for a new set and gel polish. She takes my old set off and Lee put my tips on. After he files them before putting on the acrylic he tells me it will be $70 ok no problem. So I said well if I am paying $70 for a full set I might as well just get a pink and white set which they were doing for a lady sitting next to me for $65. He told me it would be $90. When I asked why he said because my nail beds are long and my nails are hard to do and my nails are long. Listen my nails were sporty length and the same length as the woman sitting next to me. So I told him it was ok and to finish. After he shaped my nails before putting the acrylic on I noticed my middle finger was crooked. Once I told him it was crooked he suggested that I go somewhere else because my nails are too hard to do. So, I was left at 6:40pm trying to find a nail shop to finish my full set. The experience was average and they are slightly over priced. I've never had a nail salon charge me tax before so that was new. My nail tech was on the phone for half of the time and talking to the other nail tech the other half. First of all they were taking way to long to do my nails . For a fill in alone I was in there for 2 and a half hours . He asked me before I sat down if I was wanted my nails cut and I said yes . He never once cut my nails down (they asked me multiple times and every time I said yes) . They took forever to take the polish off . I told him my finger hurt and he then filed my same nail with a lot of aggression . I have never had 2 people work on my nails before . And it took them forever to paint my nails . They told me that it was 35 +15 for gel but in the end it was almost 60 dollars because of taxes . I all around had a bad experience and I 110% will never go back . read more

The WORST nail experience I've EVER had. I wouldn't go here for a free manicure that's how bad it was. I've been getting my nails done for years so I know how to judge a good, heck even decent salon and this salon doesn't fit into either category. I'll give them that they were busy on Saturday May 12th around 2pm, but the way they bounced back & fourth between clients was ridiculous. I was getting a shellac polish change and was there for 1.5 hours from the time I sat down at the chair, no lie. They had me soak my nails in the acetone to remove the polish for a good half hour. She sat me down to soak and then went and did another customer and forgot about me. I took the tool and scraped off my own nail polish b/c I had been soaking so long. I said pretty loudly "this is crazy". Another lady that worked there heard me so when she was done, she took over. I'm like finally............Well spoke to soon. She put my base coat on (2 coats) and I'll be darned if she didn't start on another ladies pedicure. I'm FUMING at this point. I said loudly again across the room to my sister, this is CRAZY. She finally comes back to me & I tell her I"m in a rush and need to hurry please finish me. She finally did and the polish looked crazy & was sticky upon being done. I'm not the only one that got rubbed the wrong way because another customer at a pedi chair was going off on one of the workers. This place is an utter disorganized cluster (fill in the blank). I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Like I said, I wouldn't even go here if they offered me a free manicure. Take your money elsewhere, seriously. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this nail salon. I only go there for pedicures, but I'm seen in a very timely manner and I'm satisfied with every pedicure I get.
