Tried to close out and book from the very beginning, and I get an error message that I've exceeded the maximum number of requests to try again in 12 hrs. About to call one more time, but I'm betting I'm not going to get through. I was really looking forward to trying this place :(

I appreciate it that they have washed my hands when I arrive. They also showed off the room where they sanitize all the equipment. You get to choose your scrub and lotion sent as well as your color. I was going to get the spa manicure but they were running late so I just got the basic one. The technician did a wonderful job on my nails. She made sure I was happy with the color before she painted them. She created a custom color based on what I was looking for. I would definitely come back the next time I need my nails done.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Real surprising twist here: they served fresh fruit and drinks to the customers! (And even gave some fruit to me patiently waiting in the corner!) I didn't see much hand washing from staff, and work surfaces didn't seem to be getting cleaned between clients (concerning since there is so much nail dust from the filing.) First they had to remove my previous manicure from my nails, which took a while but I did not mind because I'm trying to keep my nails healthy. My cuticles grow fairly fast, so they also needed to be trimmed, and during this, my manicurist nicked my cuticles on numerous fingers- causing them to bleed. The manicurist was aware of it and apologized throughout the appointment. The manicure also wasn't the cleanest job I've had either. She was still very apologetic for my cuticles, and gave me a coupon for my next visit to make it right, acknowledging that this is not a normal experience. Yet, no one seemed to care that I was going to have to wait at least 30 minutes. This was a Sunday afternoon, and they open at noon. In 11 years of living less than 10 minutes away, I had never heard of this place. I'm so glad I found them, though! They were all welcoming and took me right in as a walk-in. I asked for a pedicure and SNS. I was immediately seated for a pedicure and started on promptly. The pedicure was the perfect length. Not too short, but not so long that I was over it. For the SNS- Although I had cut my own nails down to the length I wanted, they respected it and did a beautiful job! These are the most perfect, natural-looking nails I've ever had done. She actually built the nail up a bit with a natural SNS and polished it with gel which surprisingly feels so much better! The price was comparable to all the other salons I've been to in the last couple of years. I especially liked that they didn't have a lot on the walls.
