I came to envy for a pedicure. Staff was busy early in the afternoon and asked me to come back at 3:30. She was nice and I liked my pedicure but the polish seems to be cracking slightly and it's only been two days. I haven't been brushing against anything or wearing close toed shoes. She takes her time and listens to what I want, even if it is something out of the box! I always do acrylic with gel, which seems to be her specialty! The salon is super cute and comfortable. My first time visiting this facility was yesterday evening. I thought I was doing the right thing by scheduling an appt at 6:30 for both a mani and pedi a few days in advance. Once I arrived, I walked in and was asked what services I would like. I then told them a mani and a pedi, I had a appt scheduled. I then also signed in and wrote down the services that I requested. Not long after having a seat I was asked to take a seat in a pedi chair. The gentlemen who did my pedicure did a great job...but quite frankly he was rude. Throughout most of the process he was grunting instructions at me or just staring at me, waiting me to read his mind as to what he wanted me to do next. When he was finished, he told me to have a seat at the dryer. He walked away and then a few mins later, brought a small piece of paper to me that had the price listed for the pedicure. And that was the last of my conversation with him. I then sat at the dryer for 40 mins waiting for them to call me for mani. The place was busy, so I just assumed that they would get to me when they could. At 8:00, I finally had enough and just couldn't wait any longer. I grabbed my purse and proceeded to the register. I spoke to one of the technicians that just came available and said, I cannot wait any longer for my mani, I have to leave. At that point, most of the technicians in the facility started to stare at me. A few apologized, stating that they didn't know I was needing a mani as well. Needless to say, I was not happy. I portrayed to the business in three different ways that I was there for a pedi AND MANI!!!!! Although the few ladies did apologize, they did not once say that they could get to me right then. They were just prepared to let my business to walk out the door. The lady checking me out, apologized again and stated again that they didn't know I was still waiting for services. No, this mishap is not just one person's fault in particular. But being someone who works in the customer services industry (Optometrist office) I know that you cannot just be oblivious in that setting and not pay attention or listen to your customers. If I had a patient waiting on me for 40 mins, I would not expect to keep their business for long. It will def be a long time before I return, if ever. And it is a shame because their work was not that bad. read more

I haven't had my nail professionally done in years and I am so glad I went to Envy. I got a pedicure and my fingernails done. There was absolutely no wait for me, just went straight to the pedicure station. It's a quaint little place and it was SO relaxing. Mindy did my pedicure and she really took her time when massaging my legs. The staff is friendly and they are experienced in what they are doing. I love envy. The designs are always super cute and the Instagram page is always updated so you can see the newest designs. I got gel polish for the first time here, and I'll nevvvvvver go back to acrylic. It's really nice to hear employees call you by name and greet you. I love that. Let me just start off by saying if I could pack Nicole up and move her with me I would. My family relocated to Texas a few years back and my daughter and I still miss Envy Nail Bar. Nicole did my families nails for 5 years and no one has compared since leaving her. If you love great service and a clean enviroment then Envy is the place for you. Overpriced and terrible service. The young ladies at this salon are very disrespectful. There is no welcome to the salon, no eye contact, or even attempt to converse. If they did a good job, then I would tolerate the lack of service, but quite frankly my nails aren't even fully painted. I would not recommend this salon. read more

I got a mani/pedi here last week. The first thing I noticed was that all of the polishes were super watery... so I was skeptical. I didn't feel like going somewhere else so I went ahead and got my nails done and sat under the dryer for 20 minutes. That night about 4 of my 10 fingernails already had chips in them. The next day my nails looked awful and all 10 had at least some chipped off. Definitely not worth it! read more

It's kind of hidden so if you don't know where to look for it you may have trouble finding it! Once you're inside the staff is friendly and I have been greeted right away every time. The atmosphere is very clean and relaxing and I haven't had any problems with the services I have received. I receive compliments on my nails a lot and recommend Envy to them. read more

I've been a loyal customer since the day they opened. My loyalty is based on two things 1) the quality work of all manicurist in the salon and 2) the manager is extremely accommodating if you by chance have a problem with your nails (which for me was only 1 time). I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I have seen lots of places, but Envy Nail Bar is by far my favorite. They look at the actual condition of your nails and will not simply "give you some nails" if you have serious nail bed problems. The nail team are up on current nail design and trends and do very good work. If you come often, they learn your "nail personality" and make suggestions which for me I love. As for waiting, yes I've waited before but quite honestly they will serve you a beverage (soda pop, water, or wine) and if you just ask they will honestly tell you how long you can expect to wait and them you can make the decision if it's worth it or not. Worst nail salon! I had 2 bad experiences here and will never return. I had an appt for 12 o'clock had to go to work later that day. I got there and there wasn't a lot of ppl there which was good even though I made an appt. I was sitting for 30 mins before someone even came up to me to start my nails, after 40 mins go by, the manager decided she was going to have a salon meeting right in front of the few ppl that were in there, she didn't shut the door or anything! I heard the whole thing and she was getting onto her employees and I felt like they were wasting my time when that should have been done AFTER OR BEFORE HOURS! not while u have an appt waiting or even anyone in the salon! Very rude!! After 1 hr went by before nothing has been done at all to my nails I got so mad I walked out! Never returning! I am a hair stylist and I know a lot about customer service and I would NEVER think about putting the customer last. read more
