I came to Think Pawsitive for puppy class and was impressed by the professionalism of the instructors. We learned a lot about the basics and behavior modification by means of positive reinforcement and rewards for good behavior. When we "graduated" we where asked what our goals were. After some thought we enrolled in basic agility class and have not looked back. My dog and I enjoy the challenge of this sport and Think Pawsitive is a top notch training facility. With a large indoor turf floor and up to date equipment, it is a place to keep your pooch active year round. A swimming area for K9 splash is a nice way to get exercise as well. The instructors let you learn at your own pace and really helped us to build a strong relationship. Their workshops are fun and help make that special bond between us even more enjoyable. One last thing, this place is CLEAN. With all the dogs in and out of the place, that is no small accomplishment.

I'm allowed to be in the room and watch his movements. He's a very shy pup so I think it helps to have me in there as well - probably feels less like punishment The staff are wonderful and so encouraging. Our silver lab puppy attended the 2 week Board & Train at about 5 months and then again at 1 year. We were given all the tools ( leash, E-collar, cot etc. ) as well as a training session for us . We learned how to follow up and consistently apply the training strategies that they had worked so hard to instill in our pup. Our sweet girl is coming along beautifully with such commands as heel,, sit/down, stay, here, and staying on place. "On place" is awesome! When put on place, our dog will remain comfortably on her cot and will not leave it until we give her the prompt. Great for when guests come to the door, when we are eating, when I need to get some cleaning done. Every member of the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and very very devoted to the health and well being of all the dogs. They are there for you when questions or concerns arise and dedicated to helping your dog be a well mannered, well trained member of the family.

I live in Cudahy and they came to pick my dog in the mornings and dropped him in the afternoons. They've taken my dog to dog parks, various trails, beaches, state parks, and they send pictures and videos to let you know your fluffy friend is happy. They care about where they take your dog too, so if it's super hot out they find a place to cool off for the day while still exercising your doggo. If it rained out, they check the pH levels of the beach to make sure it's safe and will avoid if it's not. They're timely with pick ups and drop offs too, and their super trust worthy; in fact I gave them the key to my house and they were nice enough to feed/water my pup and gave him a treat before they left. To cap things off they're some of the kindest people I've ever met. If you need someone to watch your little tail wagging friend, call these gals. The price is fair, the service is awesome, and I would recommend them to everyone. No regrets.
