I simply wanted ANY piece of information, and was denied. She told me that she "wasn't going to go over the details," which is suspicious in itself. If that were the case, I would have wished she had told me she couldn't look at them in the first place and saved us both the time. It wasn't a timing issue, my partner and I were the only customers in the store from arrival until departure. I am young and a minority, I was openly uneducated about the jewelry, and I can't help but feel as if that all amounted to her poor treatment of me. She claimed to have decades of experience, but her patience and decorum did not emulate that.
