My husband and I went in last week looking for a specific vehicle. We contacted Danny on offer up. He was quick to respond. Found it, it had just got on the lot and wasn't ready for re-sale. We told Danny we really wanted it. He told us when it was ready for selling we could buy it, and he would let us know when it was ready. He kept his word. I've always been skeptical of the smaller used car dealerships because I HATE playing "the game." Over here, we had chats about cars and the sale was totally up to me. In fact, I had to initiate the discussion on buying the car with Sargen, one of the nicest, helpful, and humble car salesmen I've ever met. It seemed as though he was only there to help me gather information on various cars I could consider, with no expectation of me to buy something. A true "NO pressure" experience! I also went through the paperwork with Wilson and we had a great time talking about our families while fitting in explanations of the forms I had to sign (a great time??!! ... I know, right?!??). This place has more than taken care of me. I bought a car from them a few years back and that car "nissan moreno" was the best used car I have ever bought. It lasted forever and if we were not hit by another person it would still have been a great car. Then I came back and bought a new car again. They got me in the finest nicest car available when everyone else wanted to turn me down and wouldn't even try and help me. My credit was ruined because of fraud and divorce and now they have helped me turn that around and it's jumped 102 points in a month no joke. I'm now driving the best car in town for a great price actually let's call It the Best Price cuz it's literally Best Price Auto Sales. This is only the tip of the iceberg because then they did even more for me that I can't even fit in this statement. As an advocate through V1ST.ORG for veterans that have actively served in the United States Armed Forces, I was approached by a combat veteran and wounded warrior whose vehicle of some twenty years had become inoperable and unable to be repaired. As we searched the online advertisements we came upon this dealership that advertised a comparable vehicle for $12,995.00. We immediately called and after two or three conversations with members of the dealership, confirmed we would be down on Sunday to further evaluate it; distance made it impossible to go down the same night. However, by the third (3rd) call we were informed we had to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to see the vehicle. The individual said that they would call us back the next day with a date and time. The woman from the dealership did call back the following day only to reveal that the soonest opportunity to see the vehicle would be sometime after September 7th. When I explained that we would work out the details, I then contacted my veteran and explained the same. My combat veteran called the dealership back only to discover (suddenly) that the price of the vehicle had been increased to $18,995. My combat veteran was also informed that EVERY FRIDAY the prices are adjusted accordingly. However, having my legal team review the entirety of the site and the terms associated therewith, we have found no mention of these terms. Therefore, based upon this experience, I would have to deduce that this dealership engages in allegedly unscrupulous business practices and "bait-and-switch" tactics and therefore, not to be trusted. I will also be forwarding a copy of this complaint to the various bureaus for their further investigation. My office may also help to underwrite the filing of a lawsuit as well. read more

Was shopping around for a used car and came across this place. They immediately came over and offered to show me around, but didn't pressure me into doing anything like a lot of salesmen I've seen. I found a car I was interested in and they offered to hold it for me for a few days, even though I told them I would have to think about it. I ended up buying the car and have been very happy with it. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. it seems like they get a lot of repeat business. While I was there I saw many other people looking around and the owner remembered their names from when they'd been there before, and acted like they were old friends. ok turlock:: this car lot is very dishonest and don't stand behind there vehicles they sale. now i know some of you have got good deals but hear me. i bought a vehicle from them less then four hours of buying the service light came on and took it back and told them about it and the windshield fluid tank broken and i was willing to pay for it to be fixed and order it and then i found leaks in the tran and oil pans asked about them and they said theres no way because they took it to sanora all the time with his family and so thats cool but really i really only wanted it fixed and just a little help fixing them then i changed the oil and one tire was bad so got that fix then shocks was out in front. got them fixed windshield leaking very bad and there was just there were it's been leaking for a while here's the problem i just asked for a little help with the fixing of what was wrong just a little but they said they did not want anything else to do with the vehicle or myself and all i'm asking for here if any one wants to have proof of what i'm saying please look me up be gladly to show you. i'm in the process of look to see if there's any laws against what happened to me because it's not right with a warranty we had so maybe someone else on a fixed income don't get burned like i have. thank you for reading. read more

How Not to Sell a Used Car (and where NOT to buy one) First part of the sales process was very nice. They were polite and did not pressure us to try to close the deal. They answered all of our questions and everyone was very nice. We located a vehicle that we really liked and made careful note of the details so that we could accurately research the suggested retail on Kelley Blue Book. We then asked if we could have an independent mechanic do a safety inspection of the vehicle the following morning. They had no problem with that and we made an appt. with the owner to take the vehicle to be inspected early the following morning. The Owner was going leaving out of town the next day so "here's Daniel, he'll take care of you tomorrow." The next morning, no Daniel. After 45 minutes of waiting and asking the associated auto repair service to call him, he showed up. At this point it was too late for us to take the vehicle to the mechanic and still keep the rest of our busy schedules for the day. And was there any apology for keeping my wife and I waiting? NONE. (Rule number one of selling: never piss off your customer and if you do, apologies are cheap and can save the sale.) But I had also researched the suggested retail blue book and discovered that this value was much less than their asking price. Furthermore, the suggested retail was for a vehicle in near perfect condition. While this vehicle was in very good condition for its age, it didn't meet the criteria specified for the blue book value for "Excellent". And when we had pointed out the defects the previous day, the owner offered to fix them, BUT FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE! Thus the true asking price to compare to the KBB value was several hundred dollars more. But hey, it's a free market. A seller can ask any price they care too and if they don't want to come down in price the are free to do so. Just as we are free to walk away from the sale when they were unwilling to lower the asking price by any significant amount. But what really soured the experience was the follow up call from the owner to my wife scolding her for not buying the car! He tried to tell her he had spent all this effort prepping the car for us--going on and on--not letting her respond and claiming that with the price he was asking he was losing money on the deal (NOT LIKELY!). Really? Like that's going to persuade us to come back to the table and discuss buying a vehicle from them? NOT LIKELY! read more

Worst place to buy car, they are nothing but frauds here. My brother got his 2004 g35 with only 60,000 miles on it and now his transmission is slipping makes no sense to me when confronted about it they tell me its my brothers fault he drives it too crazy (really?).They told him they'd change the fluid for him free of charge but it should have been changed before he left the lot then when he goes to have it changed they tell him it'll be 150 what the hell. He has signed paper saying they'll fix his paint when he goes to have that done they say no we can't do it till the summer time, can i get an explanation as to why.. last i checked it isnt raining. Do NOT buy a car here if you do you will regret it, i give 1 star because they got us good and we believed they were good people selling good cars. These cars are masked to look good but under the hood is a different story. They will not help you they will only blame you for the problem..we were told they were going to put a copy of the carfax in the glove when we look it's not there, i know its a used car but really people come on..Horrible read more

My husband and I went into this used dealership earlier this week to check out a 2006 BMW. The car we checked out had over 60k miles but was in decent condition. When looking at the interior it was obvious the original seats had been replaced. There was not a wrinkle, a crease or any discoloration that you would expect to see in a used car. Not having the original seats was not a deal breaker for me but what was the two dealers trying to convince me that these were original. It was insulting to be treated as though I was buying my first car. They even went so far to show me the car next to it that they claimed also had original seats with over 80k miles and a much rougher interior. Clearly those seats had been replaced as well with what I'm certain is vinyl not leather. Needless to say if someone isn't being honest about the small stuff you cannot trust them about the big stuff, like motor or body work. read more

They were all nice at first to reel you in. Then they next day they gave me the run around. They tinted the Windows and saidd they would call me when it was ready. Never did. So I waited over 3 hours. They finally called and said is everything ok. I was like yeah. I told the lady that no one called like they said they would when it was ready. I had a salesman (Harvey) and the owner (Wilson) say. If u have any problems within a month to come back and they would fix it. I had a issue with the car and they acted like it was no big deal. Had the cat for 13 days. So I show up the next day he said to be there at 8 no one was there. And now ignoring my phone calls. Such bs. They will take advantage of you. If u don't want to fix it then don't tell Ur costumers u will. I feel like they took advantage of me knowing that I'm a single mom. Saying they would help me out then treated me differently the next day. They told me one thing then did another. It was a mistake from buying from them. Finally an enjoyable car buying experience!! Drove out with my new BMW X3 feeling confident and secure as opposed to regretful like many of my friends who bought from other dealerships :( I had gone to different dealerships in the Encino/Woodland Hills area but I usually felt like the salespeople weren't listening to what exactly I wanted or could afford, and instead were trying to push any car on me. However I remembered Best Price when I was visiting the area and needed repair of a tire I busted on the road. Even though they didn't have the exact tire in the auto shop, they went out of their way to call around and see who could help me. When I went back to look for a car to buy, I was comforted by how they let me look around and ask questions without any pressure. The guy, Harvey, spent a great deal of time trying to find a car with my expectations and budget. He and the financing guy were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and managed to find a much cheaper monthly financing plan than the other places. I knew I had expensive taste, so I had searched extensively beforehand on many other listings with similar models and year, and I was shocked by how much cheaper I was getting it here. Literally by the next day, They had the car inspected, cleaned very meticulously, and with plates and registration ready! Overall, the atmosphere was very relaxed and they reassured me i could come back at any time with concerns/questions. As a woman, you can bet that I definitely would have questions, and they went out of their way to doublecheck everything. I've been driving now for a few months and have been extremely happy :) !! These people were honest, down to earth, and didn't play any games with me like others, and I truly appreciate it. My friends were in shock about the deal I got so I have recommended this place to them as well! read more

We bought a 1998 Toyota Camry from this dealership over a year ago. It was not the car we had originally wanted but because of some past problems with our credit, it was what we got.I do have to admit, the car itself has been a good car. We purchased it with over 180,000 miles and I commuted back a forth to the bay area to work. It has well over 200,000 on the odometer and it is still going strong. The car is not the problem, it is the owner of the car lot that is. First, we were told the car had never been wrecked. He even produced the Carfax report. The only thing was, he did give it to me to read but instead read it to me and flashed it in front of me. This is my fault for not saying I wanted to read it my self. It could have been for any car. The front fender and bumper do not match the color of the rest of the car but this was not noticed until the next day when we were looking at it clearer in the sunlight. Then there was the license and registration. We were told we needed to put an extra $1000.00 down because of our credit. This was so that he could get our new tags and license for us. He was going to "take care of me" because I drove to the bay area every day. We did not have the full amount so to cover the whole $1000.00 so we gave him $500.00 more that day and gave him a post dated check for the remainder for 2 weeks later.. We ended up changing banks before the two weeks and I called and asked them not to deposit the check because we had changed and I would come in on the weekend (which would be 3 days later than the original date) and pay them cash. The lady on the phone, with a heavy middle eastern accent, became very rude and told me if I did not come in, they would have to have the car back because they needed that money to purchase the new tags. There was no way I was able to make it in until the weekend as I left for work hours before they opened and made it back home after they had already closed. They got their money on Saturday. I had to make several calls about the registration and still It took over 2 months before we received anything from them. Once we did receive it, it was for only the month remaining of 2015 and only the registration, no stickers and not current registration that they needed the extra money so that they could get.. The tags currently on the car were for 2014. When I called and told them he said, "oh you didn't get the stickers, let me check and I'll call you back" to this day, still no call about the registration! After receiving a ticket for expired registration, I finally paid for the 2016 stickers myself, for the second time! Now it is October and the car has been payed off since May. I have not received the title from these people. I have called several times, always getting the answering machine. I leave my name and number asking them to call me because I have not received the pink slip yet and they have not even attempted to call. All my payments were made using bill pay from my bank account and I have every single receipt with the dates showing they were paid on time. I think 5 months is a little ridiculous to have to wait for the pink! read more
