Bought a Hyundai Accent from this place. Overall I had a good experience with office staff. But the car gave me issues within few weeks. Took it to them about the wheel making sounds and he told me go to this tire shop and I did but it did absolutely nothing. Noise never stopped. Two months later catalytic converter goes out & I repaired on my own because it was out of warranty. Now the wheel bearing needs to be replaced which is the sound that is coming from the wheel. They sold me a horrible car and I'm sure they knew about this all. Absolutely sad that I had to put 3k out of my own pocket & they have been no help. Never again. I really didnt want to put this review. I really wanted to do a positive review at one year. The guy promised for a year if there was any problems contact him. Well last night electronic issues truck wont start. Called to tell him. Nothing but problems. Check engine light on and off multiple times, still never fixed the jumping from day one, never replaced door handle from inside. Major issues and now hes saying contact warrenty i bought. He failed to inform me that it would be more than the 100$ deductible when I asked him repeatedly that if anything ever went wrong that it would JUST be the 100$ and he swore it would be. If I could rate zero stars I would. I bought an Infiniti fx37 from these people. To start off I went on a Saturday and I had finished signing the papers then I was told return on a weekday to get the car. They changed the monthly price as well. When we finally picked it up they told me that everything had been recently changed and a week later my radiator blew. When I called them they were so rude , they were cussing at me and telling me that they weren't my slaves. I asked to speak to a manager and they told me he was out of the country, I called again and a teen boy picks up and says he's the manager while I can hear the other guy whispering stuff in the background. They kept laughing and hanging up the phone. And to top it off they let me leave without insurance!!! And had me running around like a chicken with my head cut off for a week because they kept saying that I will have to return the car if I didn't get insurance. I bought a 2015 Kia optima from a private dealer 3 years ago and paid it off right, no problems ever, was a great car. I decided I wanted to upgrade to a suv family car because my credit was really good after the first one I purchased and paid off. I was looking around and seen a suv at stark auto sales. Went to look at it and they had to jump start it so that one was a no. Then I seen a 2018 Kia sorento and it caught my eye. My husband and I took it for a test drive and noticed it was low on oil. We did like it tho so we told Kay which was the dealer who sold it to me and told him we liked it but if they could put oil it. I only had it for 2months after it broke down on me. No check engine light came on or sensor indicating I needed oil. It just completely stopped on me on the highway. Had to tow it myself to my house. The warranty they sold me didn't even want to help with the tow. Then they had me take it to two different repair shops and it ended up at Kia modesto and the breakdown was $2775 dollars just to see what was wrong with it. Come to find out there was so many issues wrong with the engine. Bearings were melted together from diving it for a long period of time with no oil. They told me it was guna be about $13000 for a whole new engine because of all the damage in the engine. I tell the dealer ship I purchased it at and the guy who sold it to me didn't work there nomore. Like really? And we'll the warranty didn't want to help me because supposedly I'm the contract it says lack of lubricant is my fault. I only drive the car for 2months and used about 2000 miles. Wasn't even due for an oil change. They obviously knew something was wrong with it. I then spoke to the owner of the dealer and he didn't want to help with it. He said things happen. Like dude we know how to take care of our vehicles!! They are scammers!! I repeat DO NOT go to this dealer they do not care about you they just care about your money. Now I'm in debt for more than 20k and my credit is obviously going to go down. I'm not the only one this happened to either because the first repair shop I took it too told me and showed me paperwork of other people getting screwed over by them. So I wouldn't even dare go to them yu will regret it and being in debt because of their scamming ways. read more
