I am confused by the reviews because my experience here was good. I only brought in one short sleeved silk blouse with sewn on beads. This always makes me nervous because I had a dress that was messed up from a cleaners before. I expressed to the young lady and she said if they are seen on usually are fine. Glued on beads fall off (makes sense). I picked up a few days later. It was reasonable priced and fast and pretty easy. I will definitely bring more to them as they did a good job and the shirt looked great! read more

I submitted the info but BPC has customer phone numbers and claim numbers on their system. Again - this FAILURE to resolve the matter has continued for more than six months and over 17 visits to resolve the matter! Very deceptive business practices, shows one price on Facebook, another price on a poster in the window of business and charge a higher price compared to what's on Facebook or sign in the window. Owner states, this isn't false or deceptive advertisement. Sad part of my experience is- the owner that broke the law with false advertisement, calls me immature and disrespectful. When I have an email from the owner, stating "false advertisement isn't against the law in North Carolina". However, the state of North Carolina sent someone to the business to ensure they know it's against the law and inspected the location for misleading signs/information. In order to get me to remove my complaint, owner offered me a free meal at his restaurant. There's a reason why the business only has two stars out of five after numerous reviews. I have stopped by to pick up my cleaning during open hours, only to find a handwritten note on the door: "Be back later." No estimated return time, no explanation. I reached someone today, I was told, "No one worked today, so come back next week." That's not just inconvenient--it's disrespectful to paying customers. Unsure of the bad reviews. I dropped off some sweaters and they have returned to me with no issues. The pricing is very affordable; if you see my receipt, it cost only $7.05 before tax to dry clean 3 sweaters. If you see my other review of Page Road Dry Cleaners, they charged me $7.10 for only one sweater. They are quick, as they do the dry cleaning on the premises. I was told I could pick up the next business day after 5 PM. Their racks are also full of clothes, so clearly, they have clients. I didn't have any issues with the staff; in fact, when I said I was a new customer not in their system, they said, "Welcome!" I don't mind taking my items here thanks to their convenient location and quick turnaround times. read more

First off, I started using this location because of their in before 9am out by 5pm same day service. My very 1st time inside I witness a lady who had a wedding dress dropped off on a Thursday this was a Monday and it hadn't been processed yet. But, I was there and tried them out. My first trip was a smooth one after giving my name and number and they require prepayment. My clothes were ready on time. The following two times I had zero issues. And then NC weather got cold. I would show up before 9am on a Thursday and be told they wouldn't be ready until Monday because it's too cold and the machine is frozen. This happened at least 3 different times. Then, the last straw for me was after dropping my shirts off on a Thursday and being told Friday after 5pm, I call Friday at 3pm hoping maybe they got them in early and I could pick them up, they tell me no clothes from Thursday were processed, it would be Monday after 5pm. Said I should have received a call and of course there was no missed call no anything. Not even an apology, just a Monday after 5pm, you should have received a call and a salutation. Rather than do what's right, customer-NO-service tries to pay off the TH tuxedo trousers at $29??! This place is a joke, they are not a business, Cleaners that cannot handle people's personal property NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS. Period. UPDATE 3/31: after contacting the store owner via email, I received a response and a reimbursement for the cost of purchasing new trousers. -Dropped off 10 shirts, 2 came back with bleach stains. -Owner was immediately dismissive and defensive. He said that it's impossible for the damage to have occurred at the store, it's impossible for it to not have happened at the store. I noticed the stains (picture above) as soon as I got home. -I emailed them pictures of the damage 30 minutes after picking up and I never took the shirts out of the plastic. -He said that it's up to me to inspect all items before leaving the store. Was rude and unapologetic, refused to pay to replace shirts ($40 a shirt was more than reasonable). -Gave them the chance to make it right, I understand that mistakes happen. I did not appreciate the proposed solution of washing a few shirts for free, and I especially did not appreciate the attitude of the owner. -This was not the right way to handle this problem. te had used BPC for many years with good results. But, they lost our King-size comforter more than a month ago. I have been trying to get satisfaction, but the staff is useless. Although they promised to call me with updates, they never do. I submitted a bill for our new replacement comforter, but still have not received any response. There does not seem to be any way to speak with 'the boss' as the only phone numbers on their website is for the individual locations. I have also submitted feedback on the 'contact us' page of their website, but am not optimistic that I will receive a response. read more

I really enjoy the quality of work at the location. I bring my comforters here to get cleaned and so far so good. They do have an issue honoring coupons from their website. I showed the cashier the coupon from their website and she insisted that they couldn't honor it and then told me that that wasn't their website (it was though). I also had a credit on my account that I wanted to apply to my order and she refused to apply it. Again, the workmanship is great. If I could I would give a zero star. This morning I visited BestPrice Cleaners, in Brier Creek, to pick up items. Entering there was no one at the front area, stepping to the side I was able to see two women in the back chatting away. I waited for a couple of minutes and no acknowledgement of my presence so I called out hello and one women looked and and yelled something to me but with the loud music I could not hear. I tapped my ear and indicated I could not hear her so she yelled again. At this point I sat down on the one of the chairs and waited them out. Approximately 7 minutes later a young lady came to the front and retrieved my items. I thanked her and suggested she and her co-workers learn what customer service is and start to apply it for after all your slogan is "We love our customers" so please act like you do. Needless to say, after several years of using this cleaners, I will look elsewhere for a dry cleaners. They may become another business which could close their doors in 2023 and it is their doing. Best Price is one of the many discount cleaners in the area. Most of these places get their traffic by virtue of their proximity to their customers, and this just happens to be the closest cleaner to my house. Quality is OK most of the time. I occasionally have to have a shirt re-pressed, and I don't take my really expensive shirts there. I'm sure they would do fine, but the risk of having a Charvet damaged sours my soul. That said, I've been pleased with their service (although you do have to be patient some evenings) and will continue to go there. read more

Dry cleaning can add up and I was so happy when I found this place! Men's dress shirts only cost $1.10 and pretty much any other articles of clothing are $1.87 or less, which is an awesome deal. They even do same day at no extra charge as long as you drop your clothes off by 8 or 9 AM. Comforters are the most expensive to dry clean and usually they cost $17.00 here, but they have coupons that come in the mail pretty often where you can dry clean your comforter for $9.99. Customer service isn't the best here, but it's to be expected I guess when dry cleaning's that cheap here. A group of depressing teeny boppers (who make it very apparent that they hate spending their weekends working here) operate the place and I'm pretty sure I haven't seen anyone over the age of 20 working there. But hey, they get the job done and for prices like this, I can deal with a few grumpy teenagers. read more

I brought in a load of laundry for their wash and fold service. When I went to unpack the bag, one pair of sweatpants were missing. I returned to this location and asked both women at the counter if they had them or knew what happened. The woman with the black hair immediately became defensive and said whatever was In the bag goes into the washer and that's what comes out. She repeated this statement several times. At no time was there an offer of what can we do to compensate you or even the slightest of apologies. I've consistently been bringing my clothes here for laundry and dry cleaning since September. Whenever I tried to speak to the manager in person, I was told by the staff that he was not there and would contact me. The manager would avoid my calls and never contact me back. Everytime I take something white to this dry cleaner it comes back dirtier than when I dropped it off. I dropped off a 200 dollar white jacket with a belt not only was it dingy the belt was missing. The dry cleaner couldn't find the belt and said there was nothing they could do. Unacceptable!!!!! As a gift, from my wonderful girlfriend, I received a very nice Brooks Bros. designer dress shirt. On 9/3/14, I went to pick up my dry cleaning and it was brought to my attention -- after many attempts by the girl at the front desk trying to hide it -- that my awesome gift from my girlfriend was destroyed. The sleeve was torn to pieces. Nobody attempted to try and apologize. The lady went as far as saying that the shirt already had a hole in it? What? Hello, McFlied....who buys an $70 dress shirt from the dept. store with a hole in it? Self ignorance took her over, which lead to the guesstimating for which that comment was related. Best service, best quality is on their signage above the building....it's a lie, save yourself, your energy, you time, and your money! This company does not stand by their words. You deserve better. For the price I could deal with the zombie like service and the mostly wrinkle free clothes. I was coming here because of convenience and price. I won't be returning, after recently dropping off my clothes and attempting to pay for them, I was told that they don't take my card. Best Price Cleaners has applied too much heat and pressure to several of my garments. They damaged buttons and interior linings beyond repair. Also, all of my clothing recently has had a very strong sour musty smell after Best Price has cleaned them. They have tried re-cleaning them, but they couldn't get the smell out. I had to take my clothes to a different cleaner to get the smell out!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND HAVING YOUR CLOTHES CLEANED/RUINED BY BEST PRICE CLEANERS!!! I've used Best Price cleaners for several years for all of my cleaning needs. For me, this is a weekly trip with lots of garments. I've found their service to be affordable, reliable, and of quality. When there have been issues, for example a button broken or other minor matter (happens everywhere in time) they have always handled it with kindness and professionalism. They do typically have a line, but that's the cost of low prices in my opinion. I've used Best Price Cleaners about 15 times since moving to Brier Creek and I kept waiting for something to go wrong given how cheap this place is. I have had zero issues with my orders which usually average about 10 pieces each order ....I've dropped off comforters, dress shirts, dress pants, dresses, jackets and suits and everything has come back to me in great shape. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful each time. The only thing I can't stand about this place is the computerized "Hello" and "Good-Bye" sound that greats you in and out each time. I understand the idea behind it but it's better to hear it from a real person and not a machine. read more

If it was possible to give a lower review I would Buyer beware. Early this week I dropped off a comforter and was given a receipt noting pickup on Thursday at 5pm. Perfect I thought because I need it for Friday. Well to my disappointment I came in Friday at 4pm and they couldn't find it. The owner I believe looks and then comes to me and says sorry our boiler broke a few days ago and it just got fixed an hour ago. Come back tomorrow. Now I understand stuff breaks but when I asked why didn't anyone call me. This is where I got really pissed off. We couldn't call you because we didn't know when it would be fixed. REALLY!!! How bad do you have to be at running a business to say that. Then he tells me don't worry I will take care of you next time. Destroyed a silk comforter. I would really like to give zero stars. I picked up the comforter, and discovered the comforter was destroyed after arriving home. I took the comforter back, and the manager smiled dismissively, shrugged, and slightly chuckled when I asked him to fix the problem. I received zero compensation, but boundless attitude from this disastrous establishment. A Goodwill store is located across the parking lot. I suggest you simply donate your belongings at Goodwill rather than render for destruction at Best Price Cleaners. (A donation at Goodwill Will make you feel Good. A cleaning at Best Price Cleaners is the Best way to feel Bad.) By the way, Brierdale and Sherrill's both have better ratings on yelp. Lost item. Poorly run business. Did nothing to fix the problem. I brought a suit to be cleaned 4 days prior to needing it for a formal event. I came to pick it up 2 days early. In this time they managed to loose the jacket and only have the pants. The manager then lied to me an told me that his machine broke and that it may be at another store. It wasn't. What happened was it was sent home with another customer's order and not ever found. The owner said it is his policy to wait 14 days. A policy that he just made up and is posted no where (he admitted to this). After 3 visits and 3 phone calls they have blocked my phone number and done nothing to resolve the issue. I have to go buy a suit and get it tailored right away. The owner then had the nerve to say that while this was inconvenient for me (having to buy a new suit) that it was terrible for him. read more

I was the only client in the place (first time client as well) Girl working the counter had a major chip on her shoulder. I asked if she could also do wash and fold in addition to my incoming order-- She said "No he doesn't like to do that service" Who is "he"? Her co-worker looked at her with this incredulous look on her face as if to ask her why she was telling a lie to a customer. After I prepaid my order for services not rendered, I was told order would be ready on Saturday. My sweetheart showed up on MONDAY to pick up the order (two days later) and she shooed him away and told him to come back after 5:00 pm even though ticket stated Saturday pick up. Compared to some of the other dry cleaners around Best Price is a good deal in my opinion. I've been going there for a year now and they have never lost an item and all of my clothes come back clean. It's not the fanciest service around town and the inside of the store is very much a high volume operation but they get the job done and it's VERY affordable. Not really a lot else to say. They also seem to have recently started a rewards program where you can get 3 items free after you check in 4 or 5 times with their new system. Considering how low their prices are already this makes it all that more attractive in my opinion....Oh yah, they also clean comforters for something cheap like $13 which is awesome. read more
