Update: I ordered the two supplements that could not be fulfilled from BPN from another company. I received the order in 4 days and it was the exact same product. No headaches, problems or manufacturing issues. Less expensive as well. As for the other product that I am still getting from BPN, well, it looks like it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but now it is returning to sender. It's funny, because the customer service rep had stated that they could not return to sender and that I would have to send back if I did not want it and she could not refund me at that time. Well, you didn't refund me and kept the product! Nice Job! One has to wonder if this had anything to do with my original review. The order was in transit and showed an estimated delivery day up until yesterday, now all of a sudden this. Either this company is absolutely awful at fulfillment and has customer service that lies, or they retaliate against those who have had an unfortunate experience with their company. Perhaps, both. Jordan, you stated it was because of your systems and that they are 6 weeks old. If that's the case, why are there reviews from 2023 and you stating the exact same excuse then. I thought they were 6 weeks old? Every review you reply to states how successful you guys are and how you have multiple locations in the Chicago area and blaming issues on the manufacturers, rather than taking responsibility. If I am not mistaken, YOU choose what products you carry and who you partner with. So, if you are going to continue blaming them, maybe don't recommend or carry their products? It seems that it is a normal practice to accept payment for a product you do not carry or have in stock (probably to limit your overhead of carrying all of the products), hold onto a customer's money for several weeks without any notification that the product is not in stock, and then order the product and hope that the customer is ok with 30-day shipping even if they paid for something different, and then do not refund the shipping cost. There are about 50 more 1 star reviews on TrustPilot stating the exact same issues over the span of 2 years. Paid for a product that was out of stock and never heard a thing from BPN until the customer calls and finds out and then blames manufacturers. On 14-Jun-2019, I placed an order with Best Price Nutrition. The item was for Vitamin Code Raw, multivitamin for men, 50 and wiser. The package was supposed to be received on 19-Jun-2019. When it was not received, I looked in the tracking information through USPS to see when the package was to be received. It stated it was being returned to the sender due to an insufficient address. When I looked back at the order, all it listed out were the numbers of my house. No street address or zip code was listed. So I called to complain because I have placed orders with them in the past and have not had a problem. Moreover, I know I entered the complete address upon ordering the item. The first person I spoke to was Kayla. She didn't bother to look back through the previous order history and insisted I placed the order incorrectly, saying their system could not possibly make a mistake. So, I requested to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to Natalie next. She apologized, stated their system obviously made a mistake and offered to resend the item. But, she stated the order wouldn't be sent until Monday and we wouldn't receive it until mid to the end of the week. I told her this was unacceptable. Obviously, if they wanted to, the order could be shipped today and overnighted at their expense due to the error. It was about 3:15pm. She acted like she didn't even care. I told her to refund the order and I wasn't planning on ordering from them again. She still didn't care. Instead, I would order the vitamins through Amazon.com, where I should have ordered them to begin with because they were cheaper through my Prime membership. She stated she would refund the order, including shipping, but I am still unsatisfied. She should have offered to overnight the vitamins. It was their mistake and they should have tried to limit customer attrition. They absolutely don't care about the customer. Filed a BBB. I'll also file an attorney general report with the state of Kansas if they fail to properly refund my credit card. read more

After a shipment is missing for more than 30 days, where neither the online tracking, nor a direct contact with the carrier brought me any further, BPN is responding the following to my detailed email complaint: "Hi Thomas, Thanks so much for reaching out! Get excited!! Great place to get health focused products. They've got great prices on Trutein, which is my protein brand of choice. They've got lots of good deals and prices on all the stuff I'm in the market for. They're local, so when I order online I usually receive my products before the delivery estimate. They've got a knowledgeable staff that personally review the products they use. I've had a few discussions with them to figure out which product I should order for what my goals are. Most of the time their prices are better than Amazon, but with more knowledge, expertise and communication. I've never had a bad experience with the staff or the products. I found this company online when looking for supplements that were sold out elsewhere. They had stock and offered great prices. I don't live anywhere near their store. I got an immediate confirmation email with a friendly tone. My vitamins were shipped promptly, well wrapped, super fresh with an expiration date more than two years away. I would find another supplement company - Best Price Nutrition took my money & ran for the hills. I tried to get a refund but they refused to offer it despite their 100% money back gaurantee on the website. I'm out $52 dollars but far wiser now. I hope nobody else gets ripped off. I know the FDA & FBI are looking into some their shady practices. Most of the products are out of date which is why the prices are a bit lower. Hope this helps someone else read more
