When I 1st called to inquire about Sign Setters and how they work, I got a voicemail box and started to leave a message. Dave, the owner, calls me back before I finish leaving my message, and he says: "I'm sorry I missed your call, not even 10 seconds into my call Dave did the same again today as I was just leaving a message for what to do with a knocked down sign. Dave again called before I finished leaving a VM msg, he placed a request to get sign up as soon as they are able. They prefer you email OR use your account to place orders or request removal, but when I do call in, Dave is always available, and saves me a step and enters request into the system duri g our conversation! So I wanted it done well, and planned on having my local tinting company to install. The image arrived and well packed, but as soon as I opened it i seen the random line that was the same color as the qr code. I immediately covered it in marker to try and fix it, and i regret not taking an image first. Still, its pretty clear there's a line covered in marker there... so I emailed them. When I got no response I was getting pretty pissy, and if I'm being honest my email made clear I wasn't happy this wasn't caught after print. This morning I decided to leave feedback on their website, that got their attention. Within minutes I got a phone call berating me over my comments. Telling me he would have been open to reprinting but doesn't feel to do that because of my comments. The conversation came back to my unanswered email, and he admitted that would change things, and he would look into it and call back. He was true to his word, and truly a jerk. Condescending, arrogant, and full of excuses! .... that line doesn't show on my screen, it could have been part of the artwork, we can't contact everyone for every possible error." After all that attitude he reluctantly says he will reprint in effort to keep his customers happy. Well after those two calls, there is no going back to 'happy' with this company, and my soul is not for sale. Live, learn, share my experience, and let y'all decide for yourselves.
