If I could give SBT 10 stars I would! We had some decals made for a racecar we built and the night b4 delivery we were putting the finishing touches on the car (which included putting on the decals) at around 11:30 at night. It was only then we realized I messed up and only got 1/ea of one of the decals needed wherein we really needed 2/ea. I called SBT as soon as they opened the next morning and they were able to print the one more decal needed before we had to deliver! Saved our butts! They did SUCH a great job. I had never been there and there is no way she could have know who I was, so that was great customer service. Then I had to reschedule out Ribbon Cutting so the date on the banner was wrong.
