What a disaster. First, they only wanted to accept cash and not take a debit or credit card. I was later called and advised they do use a square reader, the technician just didnt know. We exchanged half a dozen phone calls, Then I was called and asked if I could move my appointment to the next day for a discount, which was understandable and 15% off. I was fine with that, business happens. Next, the cleaning. They sent two very polite ladies to the home. The bathrooms were done well, the rest of the house was a disaster. No blinds in any room in the home were dusted, the sweeping and mopping was poor at best, dirt was left behind, surfaces like the microwave were not cleaned, and then the customer service. I called back and asked for a quality control rep to come by to see this so they could remedy it corretly. I was never called back after my complaint, they simply took their money and ran. To achienve my business multiple calls were made. Poor work quality, mixed with bad attitudes and a lack of concern for customer service. read more
