Maybe the worst customer service I received at a bank in general. Walked in to close an account and…read morewas told I needed a cell phone to check in the lobby by the manager. Told them I left it in my car with my wife and the teller is rolling her eyes now. I work in the industry so I know how it works, they prefer to virtually check everyone in, but the workers can also do it. Spent about 5 minutes talking before the manager said I can have a seat, as I walk to a seat they are yelling for me and direct me to a banker who was available to assist the whole time. Banker tried to help the situation but in the process made a few jokes about a customer which is a big no-no. Overall, the lady behind the teller line was very poor customer service and the manager didn't know how to handle a situation where a client doesn't have their phone on them. I Don't recommend this branch.
