The person who is certified to install the 3M tint can only install it on certain days (no Mondays or Fridays, if memory serves me correctly). The day of the appointment comes and goes, and no phone call or window tint. I follow up after the weekend and leave a message. Two days later, and I still don't have a return phone call or window tint. It's unfortunate because they're one of the only 3M authorized dealers in the area for me, so it isn't a good reputation for 3M either.
