When I called them they said it would be ready the end of the following wk. that made wk 5 of them having it. I called them the next wk he said that they had to order some more parts they missed to start with that it should be ready the first of the following wk. week 6. I called, He said now they found frame issues, it should be ready by the end of that wk. I called, He said when they were putting it back together they noticed the impact bar hadn't been ordered. It had been in a wreck you would think an impact bar might be damaged right? They didn't. He promised me it would be ready by Fri of that wk. When I called on Friday he said it was ready but it was to close to closing for my husband and I to make it there because it was an hour from where we live. It was a good thing we didn't go pick it up because he called Monday and said when they drove it they decided it needed wheel bearings. I finally picked my care up today March 26. I'll post another review later to tell you if the repairs are right. If you can't do without your car for 2 months then I suggest you take it somewhere else.

The customer service we received from that call through completion of the replacement was exceptional!! Due to our travels it was difficult to fit in an appointment, but the Safelite reps worked tirelessly with us to find the best appointment and location for the replacement. On the day of the appointment, it rained unexpectedly, and we had nowhere to provide cover to complete the service. However our tech, Michael (from the Asheville, NC office) encouraged me to think creatively to find a location and stayed with us for 30 minutes while we found a solution. He then drove an additional 15 minutes to a local garage where we could safely under cover complete the work. Michael willingness to think outside of the box and go the extra yard was unexpected and extremely refreshing! As the owner of Yonder Luxury Vacation Rentals, we subscribe to the policy of "exceptional hospitality", which basically means we will look to do everything and anything to create the best guest experience for our customers; so, it was refreshing to see Michael & Safelite exhibit that same exceptional customer service to us!! HIGHLY recommend using Safelite!!!

Poor experience all around. Booked a mobile replacement and confirmed it could be done properly…read moremobile. Cleared calendar. Got a call from the tech day of saying it couldn't be done mobile. Had to schedule a full day in the shop. After repair noticed a white substance on the rain sensor. Had to go back to the shop to have it cleaned off. Showed up again. Went back again. They were using some kind of gel that they knew left a residue. after the third trip I realized they disconnected my dash camera and didn't say anything. Called the shop. Amanda (asst mgr) was unable to say anything except "it wasn't connected when it came in" (not true - nice thing about a dash cam is I have the video from when i pulled in) and "we aren't liable for third party devices." not sorry no request to bring it in to make it right. etc. avoid if possible and check their work if you have to go
