I had no idea because I don't check my messages often--only when I need information from a sender. When I finally did, I realized he had messaged me eight months ago. When I didn't respond and later blocked him, within just 25 hours, he went back and edited his reply on my review to be even more aggressive. This feels obsessive and unsettling. They should have just left my review--and me--alone. Honestly, I feel really uncomfortable and even scared. Businesses have addresses on file and with this much retaliation, I'm a little scared

I called Pro-Tint and they gave me an excellent quote on the job.They also followed-up with a text the week before the job was to be done as well as texted me the morning they came out. They were on time and very courteous, did a GREAT job cleaned up everything and put everything back in place. We can now leave the blinds open all day and it is wonderful to have the outside light without the heat coming in. Unique Kare Kar was suppose to wrap my Chevy emblems in black, the emblems were peeling off and bubbling up the day I got my car back. Two days later after it rained the back emblem looked like a mess. I couldn't be more disappointed, especially after I had seen and heard such good reviews. I had just bought my car. I also HAD car shield ( more like car shaft!) They are a joke!! They have a 10 million dollar lawsuit on them! I recommend never get car shield!! After I got took for 1,000 dollar. Browns Mill Auto told me I needed to bring almost 200.00 more... They never contacted me or anything, I never signed any paperwork. I got took for a total of 1,176.00 ( total from both Car shield and browns mill) All I can say is you better watch some of these garages they will take you too!! Upon arriving at the service center to have my Toyota Tacoma repaired per appointment, I waited 10…read moreminutes before I stopped an employee to wait on me but he said he was a mechanic and to wait for an advisor. One advisor stayed on the computer the whole time I waited and finally a second advisor came into the center and I approached him for service named %$#@**&^%. I explained to him that I had a left axle leaking oil and it was replaced in May and that it began leaking I thought after the repair. After a few months, I thought it would stop as it was leftover from the previous repair but recently noticed it still leaking so I brought it in thinking that it wasn't repair fully the first time and covered under warranty. He continued to give me I thought a hard time about why I didn't bring it in earlier. After about an hour or so he came to me and said it wasn't covered under warranty and I told him OK I would take that up with Toyota and he left and he said he was only the messenger and I told him I understand that. He left and I thought my truck was getting repaired as he explained nothing to me about what needed done and that it wouldn't be fixed. I NEVER DECLINED REPAIR!!! About half an hour or so later he told me my truck was ready and when we got to his desk he handed me an invoice that showed zero balance and I said why was my truck was not repaired. He immediately got angry and said because it wasn't under the warranty. I told him I wanted to see the service manager and he raised his voice and said GO! I immediately told him not to raise his voice to me and requested his name. He said in a mean loud tone it's on the paper and I again ask him to see the manager. He waved his arms and said GO! The second door on left. I spoke to the service manager and he was very nice and said he would talk to Mr.%%$#@&* about his behavior. The manager explained that the seal leaking had nothing to do with the previous repair and I said that I thought my truck was getting repaired and I would have had no problem paying for the repair if that was the case as I took him at his word. He said Mr. ^%$#@*& should have explained that and what needed repairing. I informed him I was never informed of any of that information, and that I would not be back! I did not appreciate the way I was treated and felt threatened by the advisor by his actions. As you can see my truck is a 2011 and I was planning to replace it with a New Toyota Tundra but if I decide to stay with Toyota it will not be purchased at States Toyota.
