I brought it back, not working at 7:30am the next morning, and they would not offer a credit and Chris would look at it later in the day. The next day they offered a 50% discount, I explained again it was not usable at all and I tried to fix it, I didn't cut one piece and shouldn't be charged anything, so then they said fine if I don't except the 50% off they will not credit me anything and going to charge you the full rate. Really? From what I can tell, their equipment is old and they don't care. I will never rent from Ruddy again. Worst experience ever and I rent a lot.
