Hands down the best in the business! I've had an amazing experience at Best Self Storage! Super friendly staff, great prices, and a top-notch facility. The units are easy to access. Nicole even helped me with a last-minute unit upgrade without any hassle. Don't bother looking anywhere else, this is the gold standard for storage! I absolutely recommend!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I wish I could give minus 5 stars If you do rent DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD, they will sign you up for auto pay even if you don't sign for them to or tell them no, because when you leave they will continue taking your money. You will be lucky if you can talk to someone who works there and still won't do any good because they won't give your money back. They say the same stuff all like I just took over the last person did all this and I'm here to straighten it out, they take turns robbing you of your money with no security on the units with homeless people walking all through there checking locks on the units. They are overly priced. I reported them to the justice department for embezzlement and fraud. Also my bank is looking into the charges for fraud there is way better storages around town don't let them steal your hard earned money!! read more

We were a month behind, but the owner was very understanding, and even helped us out a bit. He's a veteran who was lucky enough to have his animal partner retire with him, and I am well impressed with his service. read more

Beware of this place and shady business practices! There unethical in business. I have been here for years and never any problems until recently when a new manager came on board and raised my unit spot where I stored equipment from $5000 a year to $20000 a year! I've also noticed he lets people stay in the trailers inside yard. Went from a good business to a very shady and unetical business over last several months? The old manager was awesome and professional! You've been warned and do your due diligence! read more

I've used this storage company for years and always had an okay experience. It's located in town next to the freeway so it's convenient to go to. The storage spaces were always clean and modern. The place is secure with coded gate entry and there's an office attendant available during the day. I would have gave it four stars but like alot of storage places it's a little on the pricey side so I gave it three. I would recommend this place for long or short term storage. read more

Kelly is the operations manager and she goes over and beyond. For example, my dad and his friends had their motorcycles and parked them in one of the spaces and Kelly ended up taking them all to the Lake. They just upgraded the facility even more by adding outside covered storage and paved the entire property, so there is no dirt! I have had a storage space at Best Self Storage in Oroville for about two years. I continue to store my stuff there because the service is great as well as the prices.It is a very clean facility. Any time I need help or have a question, the people that work there have the answers I need and are extremely helpful, often going above and beyond my needs or order to give me good service. I look forward to going in the check my storage or pay my bill. There are always goodies such as yummy cookies which are offered to everyone who enters the facility. An employee by the name of Melissa is my favorite and she always has a smile on her face and and up beat attitude. That makes a big difference to me because it puts me at ease and makes me feel welcome. I love Best Self Storage. It is the best storage facility I have ever used and I have used many.
