We recently updated our bathtub surround using tile from Best Buy. I ordered extra tile to be sure I had enough and when the job was completed we had 2 unopened boxes of tile left over from the bathroom project and they would NOT let us return it! We hadn't had the tile long as it was only a 1 week project so it's not as though we were returning late. THEY JUST DO NOT TAKE RETURNS! Recently remolded my bathroom and wanted tile however I didn't know what I wanted. The sale rep spent two hours with me showing me different options. I probably would not go back to this store. I initially went in and asked about specific names of tile. The lady at the front desk didn't look anything up but said they didn't have it. There was another lady at the front with her that agreed they didn't have what I was looking for either. I then asked if they had anything similar and showed them a picture of the tile, again I was told they had nothing similar to it. I browsed the store looking for tile no one got up from the desk or left the front area. I browsed the entire store and had a question. That's when one of the ladies got up to help. Hopefully, this gives you an idea on how excited Best Tile is about new customers coming into their store. I won't be returning. Great tile store, friendly knowledgeable staff. Much higher quality than other discounted tile resellers. They specialize in tile for kitchens, bathrooms and offer an extremely wide range of products. we were impressed by the staff's willingness to help novices like ourselves. We chose tile for 3 bathrooms that were completely gutted and we are so happy with the results. They were great if we needed more or less boxes of tile and if they had to order products, they shipping was extremely fast. We will go back to Best Tile for our kitchen back splash. Mary Thurman offered her expert advice on the sometimes overwhelming process of selecting tile and grout. We found the overall experience, expertise, variety and quality of product at Best Tile much better than their neighbor, Floor Decor. They are closed Sunday. Very disappointed with the customer service today. I spent almost 1/2 hour in the store and not a single employee approached me to offer any can of assistance. They did not greet me nor did they acknowledge me in any way. I will not be back. read more

Terrific customer service! I walked in and some employees were helping customers so I started browsing. There was a woman at the desk who was working on something on the computer, but she seemed to have that sixth sense that I would like some help and came to my rescue. She show me around the store, spent about a half an hour explaining different tiles in detail. I will be back! read more

Great customer service. They go the extra mile for you. They will call the manufacturer if they have to. If they don't know the answer they will get your number, research it and call you back. I found the employees of Best Tile to always be courteous and helpful. However, they gave me the name of a contractor, Scott Bourne who turned out to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Stay away from Scott Bourne and his tile company! read more
