    I've been in the market for new tires for months now. I had the privilege of working with Alex the owner and he was absolutely amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable and honest. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted. It was such a pleasant experience, I will forever bring my business and referrals here.

I recently had a problem with my steps and the cabin batteries dying even when hooked to shore power. Nathan fixed the steps and told me the cabin batteries were holding a charge. I took the RV home and the next day the cabin batteries were dead. We charged them and hooked them to shore power and the next day they were dead. The internet told me to look for something I was not sure of so I called Trotters and asked them to have Nathan call me when he had time. I live 25 miles from their shop and if it was a quick fix that would be great. Today I got a call from Valerie who said Nathan said they weren't dying there. No offer to answer my question. No offer to take a look at it. Just nothing! If he didn't want to do the job or was incapable of doing the job, just say so, but they gave me nothing! Basically gave me the brush off with no explanation. I know a shop in California that will fix it but I find it sad I have to take the RV 300 miles to find a shop that cares about their customers and reputation.

"I've been trying to contact you since early summer to NO avail, to get the status of my "repairs" left undone or partially done; Mon is Dec 2, which is when I have the appointment with the RV tech. I have tried to,contact by text, phone call and even Facebook but NOTHING !" Several of the texts I have sent: "Including what was fixed on the washer/dryer; really I just need the status/info on all the things on my list PLEASE. Uh oh ! Something is missing ! Hopefully you still have it on your end, as I recall in addition to whatever I wrote, I also mentioned that I have an appointment to have some of the things fixed on the list on Dec 2, so I'll need the status and parts replaced ASAP ! Also due to a malfunction here in ND I've incurred numerous damage, thankfully the company will be paying for this, but since the rv will need to go into the shop, if possible I'd like them to replace the hydraulic line, so I need to be sure that the welder jerk will still PAY ! ! ! And what about the replacement done CORRECTLY battery box ? ? ? Will he pay for that, assuming I can find a reliable responsible welder here or on my way south ? ! ? ! Due to the inefficient AND sloppy way the batteries were installed they were bouncing ALL over the battery box, snapping off several of the posts and leaving live cables loose, causing me to purchase TWO more batteries, that I'd just purchased a couple months earlier ! and we were in danger of catching on fire, I sent MS Cordova a pic of the batteries, she expressed concern at the time, but now NOTHING. It seems she has also blocked me on Facebook, all I want is to get the info on the status of my repairs and NOT to have to make a wasted trip for my stuff if it is even there !     I brought my Freightliner in for a new transmission. They tell me its ready to pick up. I pay for…read moreit and then talk to the mechanic James who did the work. James lies to me saying he test drove it and its all good. From the moment I put it in drive. It was obviously no good. If shifting hard and slipping in and out of gear. Apparently there was an issue communicating with the transmission computer via the data port. Which they didn't fix intern not being able to program or reset the transmission computer. I bring it back and talk to the owner Joe. Joe tells me that I should have told them to fix the data port. I mean, are you fucking kidding me Joe??? The customer is supposed to tell the mechanic shop how to do the job??? I also made the mistake of asking them to diagnose my cooling system because my engine would run a little bit hot going up hills. They charged me $1700 for a diagnosis, replace the radiator stating it was 80% plugged, and the thermostat, a hose and a couple clamps. After taking the truck out for a drive, the engine got hotter than it did before I gave it to them to work on. When I brought the truck back, I let James the mechanic know what was happening and he looked at me like I had nine different heads. He wanted me to pay for a new thermostat and he would do the labor for free... after I just paid them $1700 to check things out plus parts and labor. One of these days these guys are going to screw somebody that doesn't mind burning their shop down.

He knew I was coming from Vegas & I was headed to the Grand Canyon. I had to cancel my trip to GC & make my way down to TX b4 the ice, cold weather & snow in the mountains. IF you have the time & $1000's of $$ to spend 10 days in a hotel & a rental car. $2500 & 10 days later. Take your RV there to get fixed. So far my RV runs good & it should with a new DEF cap on my DEF tank & a new glo plug for $704.00 & 10 days later. 9 1/2 days waiting & just the morning to fix it.
