My family and I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!! A couple of months ago my husband purchased a full set of tires for one of our vehicles. Fair price and good service. Today was a completely different story. I needed help checking/filling air in my dually tires. I did not anticipate the the person helping me to be so unprofessional and out of control. He lost his air chuck in my tire well and stated it took 30 minutes to check three of my six tires. After I helped him find the chuck, he came out from under the truck ANGRY and began yelling and screaming that his time was worth money and the "free air and water service" was going to cost $20. He then started screaming saying he had four other jobs to work on and for me to "JUST LEAVE"! He was hostile and threatening for absolutely no reason other than I was there as a patron to get air in my tires. read more

Initially I thought it was just low pressure, however I learned that a nail was stuck on my tire. Thank God that I stopped at this shop. They were super helpful, friendly and quick. Awesome guys! Get a second opinion- these guys will try to take advantage of travellers. We were stopped to get gas and an employee of the tire shop walked by our trailer and told us that we had better get new tires since they were "coning" . He warned that with the heat (78 degrees!) We were at risk for a blow out. Our trailer in only one year old so we found this hard to believe. Went on into Phoenix and stopped at a big-o just to be sure. I was heading home from vacation when my car started shaking so much that I could barely drive over 50 (not ideal considering I had 4 more hours of drive time at least). I found this place online OPEN ON A SUNDAY! They identified the problem with my tires almost immediately, educated me through the process, and helped me decide on the best tires to put on my car. Most places will always up sell or try to provide unnecessary services, I never got that vibe from them. Upon completion I felt confident in the safety of my car AND that I had gotten the best deal. Scam artist! Just like in the 2010 review, we were approached while gassing up at the Chevron. They pretended to work for the store and checked our oil. Asked us to pull over to the garage to add oil. To make a long story short, they had our tire off, threw in a handful of black shavings and pretended it was bad and dangerous. Total scammers. Brought my work vehicle at 8 am this morning for an oil change, air filter and spark plugs. I have bought four tires, several oil changes, and they have done my breaks in the past. So I know they have my cell number. I called them @ 3 pm. I was told that they were not able to do anything because of employee issues. Went to pick up my car and my wife asked them why they didn't call. They claimed they called me three times. Apparently, they had the wrong number. It's ridiculous because the lady who checked in my car that morning verified my number. This was the only day off I have and my vehicle was not worked on. They could've at least done the oil change. But they did nothing and lied about having a wrong number so they won't look like an idiot. Extremely unhappy. read more

I had a blowout on a heavy enclosed car trailer while on my way to texas. I put my spare on and made it into Kingman. I went to the TA truck stop and was told that they didn't sell tires and that all that did were closed on Sundays(especially on Father's Day. I googled tire sales near me and found Tire Pros of Kingman. I bought 4 -14 ply tires and had them install new wheel bearings(I had the bearings.)These guys were awesome! They jumped right on it. They had me back on the road in less than 2 hrs. Everyone was friendly and professional. I continued on my way to Texas with certainty that I would make it there with no problems. I would use these guys for all of my tire needs if I lived near them. Since I was leaving California forever and I am never going back I probably won't get to use them again. Fantastic job! Wish I could give less than a star......... We were driving an RV with a tow car through downtown Kingman about to enter the on ramp to Las Vegas when another motorist pulled abrubtly in front of me beeping his horn to stop me and told me a front tire on the car was "wobbling." He had a tire pressure gauge with him and said the pressure was 22 lbs and I should have it checked. I wanted to be cautious and he "graciously" offered to lead me to Best Tire Pros which was within 1/4 mile. I unhook the car from the coach when we get there and he introduces me to Tire Pros "expert" who puts the car on a lift and points out the wear is not normal on the front tires. He brings out a "top of the line Metric tire". When he told me a price he goes "$260 each for four tires". I said NO. He now brings me out to see the rear tires were worn and I told him they only had 15K miles. He pushes and I said no. Then he said he could not put on the Metric tires if the other tires were a different brand. I said give me an alternative. He presented the Hercules Tour 4.0 supposedly a 80K mile tire. He then said "we'll put them on for the same price". I said NO again. How can you charge me for the "Top of the Line" Tire. He went back and said "I will mark them up 29% from cost and it will now be $169 each. By this time, I was in a rush to continue our travel, so I agreed and reiterated his statement to me that he would only marked up the tires 29% from cost. After all was said and done and we got to our destination, I researched and discovered they were $84.93 on Amazon. By the way, I checked the pressure and they were not 22 lbs, but 32lbs, however they did have a wear on the outer edge, so thusly the cautious decision for two new front tires on a tow car. 1) Was I set up by the guy that initially stopped me? 2) I was put through a very aggressive (to the point of insulting) hard sell where others may have conceded for all four, "Top of the line" tires. We had to replace the tire; Ben was extremely patient and offered assistance with understanding our insurance policy as well as our payment options. Got raked over by this guy and his thugs on my way through Kingman Az..Had tire trouble on the road,they sent out 2 guys in a half ton Ford with the wrong wheel and tire. I got into their store and was charged nearly 700.00 for 2 load range d 15 inch trailer tiresand a service call.They DID NOT use another companys tow truck,IT WAS NOT 2.5 hours or 90 miles round trip,nor did they sell me load range E tires.189.00 each for these tires is double price even if they were load range E which they are not. read more

I stopped by to see if they had any 19.5 70R 245 tires for my car hauler. I'm an owner/operator, so I was asking for recaps or used! They had several used to choose from and offered me an excellent price of $200 for two tires, one of them mounted. These tires had 90% tread left on them. This was excellent, because the T/A down the street was going to charge me $600 for one new tire. They had room to drive my rig through and they did the work in a professional and timely fashion. I know lots of folks have had some bad experiences with this company, but I can't go along with them. They treated me fairly, and being an OTR driver, that just isn't always the case. I'd recommend at least giving them a look if you need a tire and are in the area. I'll stop by and use them again if I need tires again soon. read more
