All four of my wisdom teeth needed to come out, and though Delta Dental lists this as a covered provider online, ultimately it was not when the office ran the insurance info. They were able to work out a rate that still fit what I had budgeted & got me schedule with 3 weeks of the initial consultation. This one is a bit harder to access as it's on a very busy portion of the street & there's a divided highway, but just wait for the light up ahead to change & you'll catch a break. Parking is limited unfortunately, and the exterior is a bit dated. But inside is clean & the sedation rooms were fairly comfortable. My boyfriend had to wait for me while I was there, understandably, but he said the procedure went quite quickly, they kept him informed, and we were in and out in less than 2 hours. Due to the insurance issues, and the now lack of wisdom teeth (hopefully no other major dental issues pop up!), I probably won't be back as I try to find a dentist in network, but the care I received at the Tampa, NPR, and Dunedin locations were all great!

And they're no obligations to continue. As I started only the 1st 3 aligners fit after that the 4th didn't fit, I was asked to take specific picture and email them and then expect an impression box to measure for new aligners that fit, I did everything that was asked of me to do followed the instructions, guess what happened when I got my aligners they did 'not fit! I've attempted to email back from the emails that I was contacted by and I'd get responses that this email isn't valid. I've attempted to call on multiple occasions to resolve with you directly and 2 things would happen.. 1. The wait was so long the call would disconnect on its own. 2. Two automated system would prompt for a call back but no exact time given to expect the call. So I could be at work where I couldn't pick up the phone and miss the call. And when I call back I have to go through it all over again with no resolution! Now smile direct club sold the debt to a collection agency, what a great company! I hope they could make this right but reaching out to me resolving it with a letter that it's been resolved to send to the collection agency to remove off of my credit report!

Had an excellent cleaning done by Marta, and I actually enjoyed it... minimal pain, and lots of chatter and laughter going on. It's nice to be able to take my daughter to the same dentist that I go to. My daughter has had routine dental cleanings every 6 months and always gets a thumbs up on her oral hygiene. I've had some much needed dental work done and Dr Juliet is FABULOUS. She's meticulous and takes pride in doing a great job. I've had a deep periodontal cleaning, fillings, and she even saved a back molar from being pulled and capped it... or maybe it was a veneer. Dr Juliet treats her patients respectfully and is honest in giving the course of action before she starts any plan of action. He's a relatively new dentist. Turns out that's a great thing - combination of embracing new ideas and being extra focused on providing a great experience. Not to mention his way with patients is wise and so well beyond his years. First, it was super easy to make an appointment. The central appointment setting was friendly professional and efficient. I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule perfectly. The grading by the staff is warm and personal and most important to me they were on time. I do want to mention Doris the dental assistant. She was completely engaged and went out of her way to make sure my experience was painless, comfortable and pleasant. That says a lot because deep down I really don't like going to the dentist. Though I do go. Dr. Matt took the time to provide a thorough exam and make suggestions for areas to watch. I also got lucky in that he did the cleaning himself today, hygienist was out and me coming back might have been doubtful. I could not have asked for more and frankly I don't expect it to happen again but certainly would be grateful if it does. One important point all of their fees are very attractive.
