Pretty much every battery I buy here dies within a month or two. I didn't mind because it's so convenient and they were so cheap but I asked for help getting a higher quality one so I wouldn't have to stop by as much. They upsold me this, which ended up getting so hot that it melted itself and busted my cart a WEEK after I bought it. (No, I wasn't hitting it too much and no I didn't leave it in a hot car. - which they accused me of doing). It was clearly a manufacturing defect and they refused to let me return/replace it. So disappointed. visiting VA for a wedding and had a bunch of bags from the mall across the street. My phone was dead and I was stranded unable to call an Uber. I see the smoke shop and I think GREAT I can charge my phone and pick up some things I wanted to get. The young guy inside refused to lend me his charger and offered no help as he was on 2% and on the phone w a friend. Not only was that poor customer service but so un gentleman like. Running on an extremely tight schedule this morning I came to tobacco hut needing liquid. Store hours are listed as 9am opening. I had to be at work five minutes away at 9:15. I waited until 9:10 and nobody showed up to open the store. Don't go here in the mornings if you're in a rush. Not a punctual business at all. read more
