I called Pioneer Overhead Door out to repair my overhead garage door because I had them do a repair…read morea few years ago and they did an excellent job. I again had them come out a few weeks ago because I had one of my automatic door openers fail. While out here I had them do their 29 point safety inspection. I had them do the inspection, safety checks, lubricate the door and service the door. They did a very poor job. They lubricated the overhead door spring by standing 3 feet way and spraying their lubricant in the direction of the spring. it did not look affective and so I got a ladder and looked closely. There was a light spray on the wall, but I could not see or feel any lubricant on the spring. The technician also lubricated the door rollers by standing 2 to 3 feet away and giving it a little squirt. There was no noticeable lubricant on the rollers or the roller bearings. I asked if he could give the door a little more lubricant and he said no, that is all they do. I asked the technician if he would connect the door opener to the door button in my car and he said no, read the manual and do it yourself. I was very disappointed with the service and so I called the office and talked to the owner of the company. He said he would talk to the technician and call me back to address my concerns. It has been over 6 weeks and I have not heard anything. I went to Lowes and purchase a can of garage door lubricant and lubricated the door myself. The auto button in the car is still not connected. I will not use Pioneer Overhead Door in the future.

These guys are the worst!!! They were supposed to meet us at our house to give a bid. We called…read morethem and told them we would be 5 minutes late and to please wait in the drive. Well, my front door was unlocked because other authorized workers were carrying supplies in. The representative from Mike & Sterlings , without permission, let himself in my house. No one--not even another worker--gave him permission. No one should enter someone's house without permission. He opened the door and asked another person what the address is. So that's what they do open a door and ask what the address is. The other workers did not stop him because it's not their job, but told me someone was in my house. I yelled where are you, found him downstairs, having opened several doors and gone into my private storage with all my valuable. The guy was at my house to give me a bid to refinish my wood floors, and my wood floors are on the main floor where he entered, and where he took no measurements. I have had probably 100 workers meet me at my house over the years none crossed the line by illogically entering. I called the police and reported him, they came to my house interviewed the other workers and called the culprit. Here I am posting a picture of the guy who entered my home and his car. If you for some reason decide to work with these guys stay away from him. He did not appear to have stolen anything, but you dont find out this stuff till much later when you go through your belongings. I could never do business with a company like this and hope you don't. I currently do not know if anything is missing.

My 70+ year old mother hired them for a basement flood and they way overcharged her, tore everything out, then left without replacing the carpet padding that they tore out. they finished the wall and paint, but continue to refuse to replace the padding, saying it will be an extra coat. no. they tore it out in the first place, they should be grown up enough to fix what they did. if you need a disaster cleanup company, ran as fast and far away from this company as humanly possible.
