Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with a repair company. This company stole from me…read more I called them to fix my washer and was charged $150 for the visit -- fine, that's standard. But then the technician, Chris W., added another $150 for "labor" that I never agreed to. There was no invoice!-- he charged my card immediately and only later sent a receipt with the added fee with $300 for labor. $705 including parts. Again, no repair done. He said he ordered the part, then claimed Samsung sent the wrong one. After that, he no-showed three different times. When I called to ask where he was, he literally said, "Obviously I'm not there, so why would you wait around?" He even admitted he was at a baseball game. Over text, Chris acknowledged the terrible service and said he'd refund me everything. Of course, that never happened. Now I'm in a credit card dispute because they've refused to refund a single dollar -- not the labor, not the part, nothing. I called a different company who charged a reasonable fee to diagnose. I purchased part, spend 10 minutes swapping the part and I fixed the washer myself. Do yourself a favor -- go anywhere else. You'll save money, time, and a massive headache.
