My reservation showing how many days I actually stayed since he wants to lie in the email saying I stayed over a week.

I don't even know where to start with this review!! I'm having to write this review all over because the google review I left for this hotel was deleted by I'm assuming the manager that called me a liar Danny. I had booked my reservation for a week as I'm in town for work, I checked in on Tuesday and checked out after only 2 nights stay, but was charged for 3 nights cause I checked out after 11pm Friday. So let's start the very first day the rooms are nothing like the pictures show, they got those pictures from other best western websites, I know cause I moved to another Best Western and the pictures they have our exactly like our rooms now, they have no signs displayed to tell you what time the gym is opened/closed or anything else, they don't wear name tags cause they don't want you to call them out by name, We went to the gym the first night after 11pm didn't know they were closed again due to nothing displaying they closed at a certain time, then a worker fat African American man came and was very rude, kicked us out and was very ugly and rude about it. I'm working nights here first night one of my daughters called she is very itchy, ask why we didn't know what it was at first, but she had the swollen little red marks like she was being bitten we just couldn't figure out by what, 2nd night it got worse, and then another one of my daughters started itching and getting the same marks, my baby had something on her forehead we look we noticed it was a flea, so this whole time my children were eaten up by fleas, because they gave us a flea infested room #102. I got off work Friday morning at 6am went straight to the front as soon as I got there, talked to the fat white man with long hair they had and I don't care attitude, acted like he was doing something on the computer and then told me he didn't know how to give refunds so he couldn't check me out cause he just didn't know how to do refunds, he said I needed to come back after 8 I asked who I need to speak with at that time he stated he didn't know anyone's name. How do you work with people and don't know their name? I took my kids we got out of the room, and came back to check out, at the time it was a fat white lady, I explained everything to her as well as showed the pictures I had, she had the same I don't care attitude, just took a glance at the pictures and said I will have the bug person take a look. The pictures I am uploading you can see the fleas on every picture it is the black dot, except for on my baby it is just red where the flea was cause I hurried up and took it off, the email are what Danny had to say when he was calling me a liar, I have a picture of my reservation to prove I didn't stay the week he is the liar, also they charged my card a different amount then my reservation says. Also the WiFi sucks it is not high speed at all, the workout room is horrible 3 crappy machines that are about to break down.

I was in the handicap a assessable room on Dec 8th -11th 2023. The shower had a used bar of soap on the shower chair. The dust ruffle had a tear in it. I didn't see it and my foot got caught in it. I fell and hit my head on the bathroom door. I told the clerk when I check out. She was rude and didn't care.

    Bedbugs

The Best western in Tulsa Airport area has bed bugs and I just want everyone to be aware. I was laying on my bed and kept feeing like I was getting pricked. I saw this video on TikTok that said when you stay at a hotel you can take the iron and iron the corner of your mattress and it will bring the bed bugs to the surface. So I took out the iron and sure enough black little speckles started appearing on the sheets. The heat drew them up and killed them. I also have buddy of mine that has his own business getting rid of bed bugs professionally and he advised me that this method will bring them to the surface and then kill them. Anyways, I told best Western about the infestation and she stated that the supervisor would contact me. He never did. So I called Priceline And Priceline then called them and told me the l lady that works there wouldn't give her name but the supervisor told her to relay the message to Priceline that he checked the room and that there were no bugs. Which is incorrect and they are in denial. That's a shame which is why I am posting this in the first place. The lady employee didn't apologize nor did she care if they have bugs. I offered to show her the photos and she didn't even say anything besides that her supervisor would come in sometime later in the day and check the rooms and then contact me but like I said he never did. These sheets were completely white prior to adding the irons heat to the mattress. Then all these beg bugs started popping up and dying. This feeling was so disgusting and I had bites all over my arms and being there for the time I was . -- at Best Western - Airport.

    App Pet Policy

lol this is only my second review on Yelp! And my first negative one. Wish I would have read these reviews before staying, and I'm sure they do too. Coming into the room, we didn't see any bugs, but there was toilet paper floating in the toilet. The door to the room would not latch unless we slammed it. I'm sure this was annoying to the other guests but at least we weren't extremely late or early in our arrival / departure. The room needed to be updated. The heater was by the window - which is typical but the fan cycled on and off all night - and the constant function was broken so it prevented us from getting good sleep. Since retirement we have only been staying at Best Westerns when we travel. We travel with the dogs and need pet friendly hotels. In the past couple years, we have learned to call ahead to make sure there are pet friendly rooms available and to double check the hotel's pet policy. My husband was treated rudely from the start by the front desk and informed the hotel did not allow multiple dogs. She would allow us to stay and rudely reminded my husband to pick up after the dogs. When he told me this, I indicated that must be a mistake - as you can see from the photos from the website and the best western app, the posted hotel policy allows for multiple dogs. I went back to the front desk to show the pet policy to the desk but she was just angry. It ended with the desk asking us to leave and telling us we were no longer welcome in the hotel. I don't think our room was necessarily a "pet friendly" room. It was just normal room with carpet - usually we get some kind of laminate and there has even been a dog bed. The breakfast was a pretty standard complimentary breakfast and the man who tended to it was very pleasant. The most positive thing I can say about this hotel is the manager stands behind his employees.

Chair hit the wall before I got there and drywall was on the carpet... poor cleaning

Dated, dirty and not cleaned very well. Bugs and flies in the room. Staff was nice and check in and out was easy. 100deg. But pool was covered.

This one, though, missed the mark in a few spots. But first, the good... I'll start with the front desk staff, who were always friendly and greeted me upon each arrival and departure. They even mailed some postcards for me, which was really nice. The hotel is also really conveniently located. It was a short drive to almost everywhere I needed to be. In fact, if the weather hadn't been so chilly I could even have easily walked to most downtown places I visited. Now for the "meh"... My room, located on the 7th floor, had a lovely view. Other than that, it was run down and could have used a refresh. Also, housekeeping never showed up after my first night, even though I was gone most of the day. Not really sure what happened there. They did clean it the next day, though. But back to my room: from a lampshade that looked like it had been sat on to strange brown stains on the wall that had me thinking a lot about those true crime podcasts I used to listen to, not to mention the exposed wires in the wall thermostat, it gave 1-star dive hotel in many ways. The walls were pretty thin, too, and I could smell/hear the folks in the room next to me. Luckily, they put away the joints and the music pretty early in the evening, but it still detracted from the overall experience. Parking was also really weird here. The desk clerk had advised I park at the garage next store, which I did on the first night. Folks, this place was CREEPY with a capital CREEP. I especially advise against parking there if you're a solo female. And while my car was ultimately fine, navigating the enclosed stairwell and abandoned office building lobby with no visible exits just to get out of the place was not my vibe. After night one, I just used the outdoor lot next to the hotel. It was only slightly safer feeling, as it was occupied by some semi-shady characters, but at least there were various options to exit without feeling like I was trapped in an amusement park funhouse. On my last trip to Tulsa, I stayed at the nearby Tulsa Club hotel (also a Hilton property), and if/when I return I'll choose that spot again rather than the Hampton.

The receptionist again opened up the doors for me immediately. From there, you will go to the second floor, where the receptionist desk is to check in. Hotel staff is very friendly and offer recommendations if you ask. Complementary breakfast available. Eggs, sausage and/or bacon, waffles, English muffins, scones etc. My room was clean, had body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided. My room did not get completely dark, because my room backed up to the parking lot and restaurants behind the hotel, where there were some light poles. Though the curtains are blackout, the light still seeped in from the top of the curtains. I was still able to get sleep. I just would have preferred a darker room. My stay included Friday, the first Friday of the month is the art walk. There was some loud music playing, but it was not too bad and they did not go past 10 PM. Hotel is very convenient to restaurants, BOK, museums, etc. because the hotel is in Downtown, you can expect to see a few homeless people wandering around. You may get asked for money if you were out walking about. I was asked twice as I walked across the street to Sisserou's. During my stay, I also noticed the same homeless person hanging around in the garage. My stay was good. I would recommend the hotel.
