This is not your typical hotel lobby breakfast. It was clean, quiet, and most importantly, it was delicious. Laurie was our server (hi Laurie!) and she couldn't have been sweeter. Perfect service. I had the ham and eggs, simple, "clean", delicious. My only reservation is for the potatoes. They are definitely just French fries in cube form, but they were hot and not too terrible. Kids would love them. My daughter had the French toast, which came adorned with strawberries and whipped cream. Yum. Best part though, hands down, was the crispy bacon (which I forgot to take a picture of) Perfectly crispy! Please please please go eat here and keep this little hidden gem going!!! That is all.

Call before you book & make SURE the Satellite/TV works (if that's something that important to you). Room is clean & in a really good area of town. Chic-fil-a & Walmart just .2 miles away. They are so friendly and became like family. Penny the manager was so awesome she was so friendly and caring. I didn't have a way of transportation for the first 2 days so two staff members made me a copy of the bus transit schedule and gave me information of some attractions around the area. Bruce and Luis were there names. Also, one of the housekeeping ladies by the name of Yara was so sweet and always made sure our room was tidy and always made sure we had enough Towels and that our room was clean. Pamela was awesome as well she super friendly. The breakfast was always yummy and dinner as well. Hotel was always clean and again Staff was amazing. I understand that there are no guarantees for rooms to be ready but the parking lot was empty so I was surprised when I was told my room was not ready. While waiting in the lobby, I saw groups of hotel housekeeping staff loitering at the front desk and heading outside for a smoke. I've never seen that in a hotel lobby before. After 30 minutes and after seeing a few people check in and get rooms, I asked again about my room and was told it still wasn't ready so I asked if I could have a different room and got one. Why wasn't I offered that in the first place? Breakfast was awful and they should consider not offering it if it's going to be that bad. As bad as the food was, the worst part was that the housekeeping staff came through and got breakfast for themselves while guests were also trying to eat. They were loud and inappropriate. I travel quite a bit for work and have never seen anything like this before. I was very disappointed.

I believe it's a control/power trip thing that housekeeping has, maybe they don't realize without guest they wouldn't have a job. The breakfast area is extremely tiny with very limited variety so maybe go somewhere else or bring cash because the vending machine (which was almost never stocked) only takes cash.
