I didn't have a way of transportation for the first 2 days so two staff members made me a copy of the bus transit schedule and gave me information of some attractions around the area. Bruce and Luis were there names. Also, one of the housekeeping ladies by the name of Yara was so sweet and always made sure our room was tidy and always made sure we had enough Towels and that our room was clean. Pamela was awesome as well she super friendly. The breakfast was always yummy and dinner as well. Hotel was always clean and again Staff was amazing. I understand that there are no guarantees for rooms to be ready but the parking lot was empty so I was surprised when I was told my room was not ready. While waiting in the lobby, I saw groups of hotel housekeeping staff loitering at the front desk and heading outside for a smoke. I've never seen that in a hotel lobby before. After 30 minutes and after seeing a few people check in and get rooms, I asked again about my room and was told it still wasn't ready so I asked if I could have a different room and got one. Why wasn't I offered that in the first place? Breakfast was awful and they should consider not offering it if it's going to be that bad. As bad as the food was, the worst part was that the housekeeping staff came through and got breakfast for themselves while guests were also trying to eat. They were loud and inappropriate. I travel quite a bit for work and have never seen anything like this before. I was very disappointed.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a double bed. Each bedroom and the living room all have big screen tv's. Great front porch to sit and people watch. The back patio is wonderful and big. The neighbors thought we were the new owners and were stopping by and welcoming us to the area. I told Yelp several times that the place is not in my name, but they have not edited it as of yet. I was scheduled to stay there five days and I liked it so much, I asked to add the weekend as well, if they were open and they are! My two sons stayed with me the 7 days and my grandchildren stayed two nights. We all had a great time. I hated to leave. I most definitely will stay here from now on, when I visit my family. I highly recommend this place.
