We were not expecting much, as this is in a little farm town in Beaver, UT however, we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable. There were sweet details the staff/housekeeping did that made it special. There was a sweet note to welcome us, every towel was folded in a lovely or fun decorative way. When you check in you get a coupon to the restaurant, Crazy Cow Cafe that is across from the motel. You can get a free dessert if you eat there for dinner and you get a free breakfast in the morning. Came here after a long day of travel. Good price but it's very dated. It's basically a Motel 6 that got bought out. This property was out in the middle of no where. I thought that we were checking into a hotel, upon arrival we soon realized that we were staying in a motel. The room was spacious, the beds were up to standard. We were able to have a semi lengthy conversation with the staff who were wonderful. The breakfast was soom of the bed breakfast that we've experienced on our trip from California to Missiouri. All in all, I would stay at this place again given the opportunity. read more

Feels like a motel I would have stayed in 50 years ago. Room smelled like burnt coffee. "Free" breakfast at adjacent restaurant isn't--they charge for more than one beverage (juice & coffee) & their coffee is lukewarm. Called ahead to make sure it was safe to take a morning run from the motel--was assured it is, but it isn't. There aren't sidewalks or even shoulders alongside road. There's no elevator & room doors open directly to the outside, which doesn't feel safe. All of this wouldn't be so bad if the rates were reasonable, but they aren't--they're high. read more

Located just off the freeway and next door to the Crazy Cow Cafe It came out to $133 which was pricy for what you get and compared to the cute boutique hotels on our road trip west. They do give you a BOGO dinner deal and a free breakfast at the Crazy Cow. Room also comes with free WiFi and outdoor parking that was right in front of our room. It felt safe here to park. Very pleased with our stay! The staff were friendly and took good care of us. All guests of the hotel get a voucher for a free cheese curd appetizer or cheesecake and two free breakfast entrees at the Crazy Cow Cafe restaurant located in the same parking (a really great spot for dinner and breakfast so don't let these vouchers go to waste). Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The king size bed was also very comfortable. We loved the fact that the hotel was dog friendly! Even the dog walk area was clean and very well kept. Stayed here on my roadtrip to Denver, and was so happy with my stay experience that I booked a room for my return trip. The room was exceptionally clean, including the fridge and microwave. There is an enclosed pool. They allow pets and have grassy areas to take them to. There was no riffraff or sketchy people. I felt quite safe. Their Crazy Cow restaurant was convenient. Breakfast was complimentary and portions quite ample. You pay for dinner but can get a free piece of cheesecake or fried cheese curds. The complimentary fried cheese curds that came with dinner were great! The desk attendant was nice and professional. All in all, I think this is one of the best Best Westerns anywhere. The hotel was great. It was situated along the route from Salt Lake City to Bryce Canyon. The online check in was easy and arrival and receipt of key was very efficient. We stayed in the Family Suite which was spacious and clean. The toiletries were nice. We used the pool and ate dinner and breakfast at the Crazy Cow cafe. Although our waitress at dinner didn't bring us waters we requested everything else was great. Our breakfast server was friendly and efficient. the food generous portions. Ok, long story short - we were on our way to Salt Lake City to do some glamping, see family, and visit Lagoon. Our son came down with a nasty high fever 250 miles from our destination in Beaver, UT. We decided the best course of action was to turn toward home (Los Angeles), but we needed someplace to stay before that. Enter Best Western Paradise Inn. The customer service was outstanding. My husband told the staff the situation, and they upgraded us to a family suite at no extra charge. The hotel suite wasn't fancy, but was homey and comfortable. And so clean. So very, very clean. Immaculate. With lovely decoratively folded towels and toilet paper in points. We have stayed in everything from budget hotels to five star hotels, and the attention to detail at this one was outstanding. Better than some five star, expensive ones we've stayed in. This stay made a bad situation tolerable. Our son got some rest, his high fever broke, and while he wasn't all the way better when we left, he was on the mend. Classic, old-school Best Western that is clean, quiet, and has great beds, pillows, and free breakfast every morning at The Crazy Cow! This is Beaver, Utah. It is not fancy. It is a motel, but as a launch pad for daily shred missions to Eagle Point it is perfect, especially as it is at a much lower altitude than the slope side condos at 10,000 feet. Was great to be down in the valley each night. Plus, the pool looked nice as well. I would definitely stay here again. read more

I'll make this a quick read: I'd stay away from this place on your down the 15. The front desk guy only wears his mask when convenient, he's quick to share his political beliefs and his overall customer service is terrible. If you have any concerns (that are on them, not you) he's quick to tell you to speak with the manager. Well, they are family, so your complaint goes nowhere. The layout of no interior hallways was really great because if you were on the first floor you could park right in front of your door. This was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. As a preferred member of Best Western, we requested an upstairs room to avoid noise, this was not granted and thus started the bad experience. As we entered we found a pair of the previous occupant's underwear so clearly housekeeping did not vacuum. Then we discovered that the shower had NO shower curtain. We were unable to sleep as the upstairs occupant sounded like they were running laps until 11 pm, they continued to walk around almost hourly until we left at 5:45 unable to sleep. I wanted to tell the nice man that found our cat thank you so much! I've been meaning to send him a card and gift card but lost track of time. We were moving from Colorado back to California with our 3 toddlers, 2 cats and one dog. While I was getting something from the car, the dog opened the hotel room door and the cat escaped without my knowledge. The next day we packed everyone up but couldn't find one cat! We looked for hours and then the front desk called and said she can crying to their door in the middle of the night! I have to travel all the time--business. I travel as a senior, single woman with 2 medium sized dogs. So "pet friendly" is a must--and safety--and cleanliness. This hotel is FANTASTIC. It's as clean as they come. I arrive with a cleaning box and this place was spotless. They have a speedy check in and cookies at the desk. They have spacious rooms with coffee--not pods,a restaurant, a refrigerator in the room, and a microwave too. The bathrooms have been upgraded ad are large and modern and clean and welcoming. Made reservations! I am a platinum level rewards member which means we do a lot of business with best western ! That being said when I arrived the desk clerk asked me to put on a mask! I politely declined as I'm medically exempt from wearing a mask. So he refused to check me in, and was rude about it ! This location has lost my business and possibly best western in general! Yep. I'm giving 5 stars to a hotel (essentially a motel) next to the highway and a trucker stop. I'm doing so because of 6 main reasons: 1) the property is very well maintained--looks pretty new; 2) the office staff are super friendly and helpful--best service I've had on this week long vacation of staying in different hotels every night; 3) the pool and hot tub are in their own greenhouse-like building where the roof opens too--keeping the pool looking brand new; 4) includes complimentary breakfast at the cafe next door--so it's a real breakfast made to order; 5) the office staff gave me free appetizer coupons at a local restaurant; 6) the price is low. Arrived last 11 pm. Very nice gentleman at check in. When we got to our room it smelled like a smoker's marathon for a few days prior had just wrapped up in there. Absolutely unbearable smell of cigarettes! Went back to front desk and got assigned another room. This one didn't smell like smoke but had old room smell to it. Stopped for a night at this Best Western in Utah where friendly folks know no stranger. The staff go out of there way to leave joy for example I found an elephant on bed made from wash clothes a hand written note from housekeeper that was very welcoming. So for breakfast you go cross the way to the Crazy Cow Cafe where the servers go out of their way to serve. The special breakfast menu for the Best Western customers is really amazing! From Hot Oatmeal....Fresh Blueberries Pancakes with choices of sausage or bacon ...... and more. Before we left the waitress suggested coffee to take on our trip which was a wonderful gesture. I have traveled for years....stayed over at many hotels and eaten at tons restaurants ..... the food was good n healthy and prepared perfectly....service beyond the great fancy expensive places I've eaten or stayed in amazing hotels for the price this hotel and restaurant have six stars in my perception. Based on the reviews we expected a different experience. Hotel was sold out and crowded. When we opened our room we were hit with a musty urine smell. Based on photos others posted they must have some rooms that have newer furnishings. Ours was dated, super basic. Did not feel clean. The pool was full even with COVID. The star rating is based on "class of property ". We made reservations prior to arriving and the check in process was friendly and efficient. The rooms are clean and comfortable with nice quality bedding and towels. We had a TV, one queen bed, a small refrigerator, microwave and hair dryer in our room. The bathroom area has a sink and vanity mirror located outside of the toilet, bathtub /shower area. The soaps, shampoo and conditioner were average quality. This is a "pet friendly" motel with a large parking lot which will easily accommodate trailers, campers and oversized vehicles. This motel has a large indoor swimming pool. In lieu of serving breakfast on the premises, they provide a voucher for a nice breakfast and a dinner item at The Crazy Cow Cafe, located in the same parking lot. The motel is conveniently located off Interstate 15. The price for the room (which includes a very nice breakfast is very fair. I would definitely stay there again. read more
