I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of staying at a Best Western before, but I might be doing it more often. This hotel is crazy awesome! Check in was quick and easy and the staff are so nice! The room was beautiful! We paid extra for a view and it was amazing. There was a good sized balcony where you can sit out and enjoy the quiet and watch the sunset. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for all of our items. The bathroom was also a great size. The tv worked great and they even had HBO! The wifi was working and the a/c system was great. In the morning, breakfast was awesome! Probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I loved their system and the options were fantastic and there was plenty of food. Overall, this hotel is doing it right. From their customer service to the rooms, this stay is awesome!

Overall great stay here! The staff were so friendly and welcoming and super helpful! Turning into the parking lot is a little weird...it's a sharp turn and once you're in, it's hard to tell if it's supposed to be one-way traffic btwn the two entrances...but it all worked out ok lol. They've updated their breakfast procedures and now you get a menu to choose from of hot food finally yay! So much better than the cold grab-and-go Covid options ugh! We had eggs and potatoes and sausage and pancakes to take up to the room!! It was awesome! Our room was large and spotless and even had a wet bar sink area with the coffee maker so that was lovely! It had a fridge and microwave. The bathroom sink area had plenty of room for toiletries but the shower was lacking in surfaces for soaps and such. The patio had comfortable seating, was clean and had a killer view of the river and of Florence and the nice bridge! Was great at night too! Their pool was open with reservations but we were too tired to swim so I can't speak to the pool area. My only complaint is that our room was down some sets of stairs and there didn't seem to be any elevators? So that was weird. Otherwise, a great stay!

I don't stay at Best Westerns often, but this one all around impressed me compared to my brand expectations. The room was huge & comfortable, well maintained with nice finishes; the staff knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My status (obtained via match) was recognised and rewarded without me asking. Hotels have understandably modified breakfast options due to COVID, and it'd be easy to cut the hot options, but I appreciated that this one still offers decent egg sandwiches (along with a bag-o-carbs). The only downside is the cash prices seem slightly high compared to independent options in town.

We are Best Western regulars and are rarely disappointed. Maybe one out of ten properties turn out to be a "clinker" but typically our stays over the years have been fine. But every one out of ten times we'll check into a BW property that really surpasses expectations. This was such a property. Great staff. Check-in went without problems. We are Diamond Select customers. I don't think we got a complimentary room upgrade but the room they gave us was just fine. No complaints at all! Everything worked. Great view of the bridge and old town harbor. Great restaurant! See separate review on that. The breakfast was amazing! They had everything! Including the best oatmeal I have ever tasted. The usual scrambled eggs, sausage, baked good, bagels and so on. Very good coffee! And they have a fellow making omelettes. Not the typical omelettes that you occasionally find in hotels for breakfast... these omelettes were fantastic. I had a salmon and capers omelette that was really, really good. That alone assures that we will return again. The breakfast area which is apart from the bistro has the same great views. Most of the Yelp reviews for this location are 4-5 stars and well deserved based on our experience. As for the handful of poor reviews, I don't know what these reviewers are talking about. Do they have some other location confused with this one?

That they hire mostly young attractive women to do that. I mean that's totally obvious that this is true. The woman I wrote it to turned my letter into security, and even though I've lost tens of thousands of dollars at 3 rivers they kicked me out from going there for 2 years. I've apologized numerous times, that does no good. The security director doesn't care. Someone tell me I am wrong about what I said? Excluding me for saying this is ludicrous. I want to comeback, but these people are not forgiving at all! I was coming in 2 to 3 times a week for years of time. I also mentioned that the hostesses can get you free nights at the casino, and it's nice, but it causes you to lose more money for staying longer. How is that not true, and why should stating the obvious get me kicked out of the casino for 2 years? Now I go to 7 feathers casino where you have no chance to win ever! This is ridiculous I should be reinstated immediately! Read less Written February 28, 2026 This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It's also smaller than both of those I think, and I prefer the smaller ones as long as they have a substantial non-smoking section. Three Rivers is operated by the Confederated Tribes of of the Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians. Like other Indian gaming, Three Rivers is a way for these peoples to care for their members. This casino opened as a casino only, but they expanded and added a hotel within a few years. Makes sense, since plenty of folks visit the coast as a tourist attraction regardless of whether there's a casino here. I have stayed here once with my mom because she had the points to spend the night. The rooms are nice and comfortable. I only play slot machines since I don't know how to play any of the other casino games, and they have pennies, five cent, quarter, and so on--the ones you'll find in just about every casino nowadays. They also have a food court with a few different types of restaurants--a kind of coffee bar, a burger place, and a seafood option; they also have a more sit-down restaurant as well. I appreciate that they have a family bathroom, since that made it a bit easier for me to take care of the baby. Haven't won my fortune here yet, but I'll probably visit again to try.

I am on a 5 week road trip/camping trip with my kids and we have been camping all over the PNW and CA. This has been my favorite stop of the trip and had I known it was going to be this magical, I would've booked a week instead of 3 days. The check in process was amazing. They give you the code and you go to your Yurt which is away from everyone else at the campground. You have your own little dock, backyard, outdoor cooking area, sunroom with a shower, and the Yurt itself is like a home/suite-like hotel room but in a Yurt. After a long day of driving, being able to just go to your room and walk right in, especially with young kids in the car, is such an added bonus. I've literally felt like I've had the place to myself these last few days and it's heavenly. Being away from it all means my kids aren't bothering anyone when they're out playing at 6:00 in the morning, and we've been sleeping like logs by 9:00 because it's so quiet --aside from the relaxing sound of water and birds. I'm pretty sure this is my new favorite place. It's so much better than the website depicts and I am absolutely staying here again. I imagine this place books up rather quickly. I got lucky and booked it 7 months ago with no problems. You can kayak (included) to Siltcoos lake OR the ocean. The added gate to keep kids in and away from the dock is such a thoughtful touch and kept my anxiety at bay knowing my twins wouldn't wander off.

A few days before checking in, we stopped by and I was quoted 80.11 with taxes & fees after the aarp discount. Saturday am, I stopped in to reserve the room and asked if needed if I could leave my car in the parking. The front desk said it would be fine & could give me the keys right then. Saturday night...the shower curtain was gross. I called the front desk to bring a new one. Sunday morning, the complimentary breakfast left a lot to be desired. Eggs microwaved in a plastic bag, cold sausages, low quality OJ..I can say the waffles were good. A young man entered the dining room and announced he was going to be pulling food shortly. He then stood across the dining room, hands behind his back...(im sorry but it was like a short creepy lurch..the teen years vibe). Sunday night I needed to print something from the motel business center. The lady at the front desk gave me 2 non working passwords and did not know what else to do for this situation. I also had to ask her for towels. She said I could tells from by the hot tub. I was going to wait for her to bring the other items, but she said she had to lock up the lobby to do so. ( all the guest rooms are in a separate building). She told me to fill out the door card for the room to get serviced in the future..we filled out the card previously & it was ignored. I also had to ask her about the charges on my bill. Sunday am we extended 1 day. The message from my card company was $10 more than what I was told. She also told me she would not be able to talk to anyone who could address thos for 2 days. When she finally brought my towels she informed the 90.11 was the correct rate. We extended 2 more nights. Still had issues with the room being serviced and per my card I was being billed for 3 nights not 2. The same day my other half witnessed a drug deal in the hallway of the building where the guest rooms are. The ice machine the 1st night had black specks in te ice. The hot tub did appear clean. Although it says keep door closed, but it was propped open. Motel staff smokes cigarettes in very close proximity to the doors entering the building with guest rooms I went to the front desk again....to ask for towels, to sort out the bill & to notify they got a drug dealer working out of the motel. The lady did not seem to want to pass any info on about the drug deal, made it clear she cannot help with my bill, although the people who can are in from 7am-3pm. I work all day. So Thursday am I went to the lobby, asked about my bill. Had to explain again the amount being charge/held is for 7 days not 6. The bill also reads as if I owe $180. She said because it is in parenthesis, its a credit..Then I was i formed they are not going to agrees the discrepancies with the bill til I check out. Not once has housekeeping take out our trash ..I was also told by front desk staff, not to use the door cards, to call the front desk everyday to request the room be serviced.... I will not recomme d this motel to anyone. It i extremely likely I will Never stay here again. I am also going to be contacting choice motels. I have never stayed at a choice motel that was this low quality in all ways.
