I stayed for one (1) night at and in the Best Western Plus Bayside Hotel in Oakland, California, on July 26, 2025, because I was attending a party event in Oakland on the night of July 26, 2025. When I arrived at the hotel, if I recall correctly, I believe that I arrived early before the designated time to check into my hotel room. However, the woman at the front desk was nice enough to allow me to check in early into my hotel room. When I arrived at and in my hotel room, I liked my hotel room. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The hotel room had a microwave (which I did not use), but was a great amenity, nevertheless. The hotel room had a safe so that I can safely and securely store my valuables, which is something key that I look for when I stay at and in a hotel. When the safe was not functioning properly, I recall that I telephoned the front desk, and the woman that I answered the telephone promptly addressed the issue, and an employee from the hotel immediately arrived at and in my hotel room to repair the safe in my hotel room. The hotel is a relatively short walk from an eatery labeled "Brotzeit Lokal." This hotel did also serve complimentary breakfast, which was a huge plus. As a result, in general, and overall, I had a very positive experience at and in and regarding the Best Western Plus Bayside Hotel. read more

After spending two previous weeks in a Best Western, we came to this one so that we could catch our flight out the next morning. They actually had a room ready and let us check in one hour early. To keep this review brief, I decided to just give the pros and cons and add informative photos. Pros: comfy king bed, big closet, large safe, microwave, fridge, keurig, quiet room, open balcony, San Francisco Bay Trail below our balcony, large bath with separate shower, Exercise room with no free weights, Quench water machine, EV chargers, snack/drink machines, morning breakfast/coffee served (worth skipping). Cons: No USB ports in the room?! Hotel is fairly close to the sketchy side of town (homeless camp 200 ft from hotel). No cold bottled water for rewards members, no pool, no airport shuttle, carpeting instead of laminate flooring, paid parking, our thermostat was really glitchy and would not work. Added benefit: your hotel key gains you access to the Executive Inn and Suites next door. There you will find a small pool/hot tub. There's also a small bar that opens at 5pm (happy hour 5:30-7:30) and you can order food as well. A Monday night stay was $325 and they charge $17 a day to park in their lot next to Hwy 880, not in a garage. I've been having a staycation every month or so at their sister hotel next door and decided to give Best Western Plus Bayside Hotel another try as the last staycation I had here was 6 years ago and I've been waiting for a good hotel rate, so here I am! Everything was what I remembered it to be except that this visit was relaxing! I was on the 3rd floor right across from the elevator which was convenient and had a beautiful balcony to enjoy the relaxing view! The room was king bed with water view and there's everything you need to make your stay comfortable, refrigerator, safe, microwave, coffee maker, sofa, large desk, coffee table, drawers and a separate closet, separate bathtub and shower. I also had a mobile massage from my CMT and later that night, enjoyed a nice bubble bath in the tub! The only thing missing in my room was a usb outlet on the bedside table. The outlet was on the desk so you could plug in your cube or charger. Complimentary breakfast the next morning 6-9 am weekdays was good with scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereal, instant oatmeal, fruit, bagels, muffins, waffle you can make, coffee, tea and juices. Parking is $15 per day. Another tip is that you are able to use the pool and hot tub next door as they are sister hotels (Executive Inn and Suites). Next door as salmon/steak dinner most nights except Sundays and holidays and they also have a bar. I would recommend this hotel to any visitors coming to Oakland. read more

It's a stunning setting and the rooms are large, clean and well appointed. We felt welcomed. Virtually almost all rooms had balconies facing the estuary providing awesome sunsets. Our disappointments were that the breakfast area in the hotel was closed due to low occupancy. We had to go next door to the Executive Inn (a sister hotel) for breakfast. Whoever is working the desk Tuesday December 16th at 9:05 pm is very unprofessional I was trying to to book a room she said she had a guest at the desk I said I would hold she hung up on me then sent me to the recording when I called back the first time, the second time she sent me to silence this is unacceptable all I'm trying to do is book a room now I'm pissed, I don't want to deal with her so imma call back tomorrow if their sold out by tomorrow this is going to be a major problem if she can't handle the front desk alone she should bask for help but hanging up on a customer is NOT OK!!! read more

Other reviews have already mentioned the attributes, view of estuary and full breakfast (they also now have waffle machine) and large rooms with seperate toilet room from bathtub and a lounge in sister hotel next door with a happy hour from 5-7 PM where everything is 15@ off but want to correct some other reviews. First, the homeless tents (which were across a 6 lane highway so unlikely they would cross the st) have been removed and they may charge for parking but I have a friend who visits me and they never charge for him and whenever I have stayed there never pay more than $200 for lodging only, maybe someone who paid more had a larger suite. With the view and the grandness of the rooms, it is a very reasonable price and would cost $100 more elsewhere. The best part is the manager David Cheng, if you have a complaint no need to complain to corporate or write bad reviews, he takes great pride in running this hotel and makes sure you are satisfied. read more

I've stayed at many BW hotels and this one actually looks really nice with great views of the bay but the beds were like concrete hard and they don't disclose (at least very openly) that they charge $15 a night for parking as part of your "incidentals". Pros: the parking lot was actually surprisingly more secure than I expected as I didn't see any break ins or sketchy activity. Breakfast was decent, they had great packaged options like yogurts, fresh whole kiwi, pastries, and hot options but the potatoes were terrible! Straight up red potatoes from a microwave half way cooked and unseasoned. Other than that, breakfast was not bad. Bathrooms were nice! Rooms and hotel looks really pretty. Cons: the beds were really hard and uncomfortable and the furniture is definitely a bit dated and felt dirty. There was a lot of people smoking weed from the balconies so welcome to the Bay Area. The hotel is also split into two buildings with two lobbies so that was weird. Overall, not bad but wasn't my favorite BW read more

We stayed here at the last minute coming back from Universal Studios. It was literally less than a mile away. They had coffee,juice, complementary but you can also get snacks from the vending machine downstairs in the lobby. Rooms were clean, spacious, with access to AC, list of take out menu that you can DoorDash, it helped us since we were pretty tired at the end of the night. I will definitely come back since it's so close to the freeway and downtown. read more

We have stayed here several times in the past when we're in town for engagements and don't want to take the long drive home. I called the morning of New Year's Eve to discuss making a reservation. The lady who I spoke with was not very friendly or accommodating. She explained that their volume was up due to it being a holiday. Upon arrival for check-in on New Year's Eve we were lucky to get another employee that helped us with our reservation who was friendly and honored our request for the third floor. We wanted to watch the fireworks from the patio in S.F. The front desk employee, Kayla P. went the extra mile to assist us with our check-in and honored our request, we appreciated her. The following morning we had to walk next door to the Executive Inn for the complimentary breakfast, the front entrance was blocked off so we had to go around on the side to enter. This was an inconvenience, had we known we may have stayed over night there. It was freezing outside as we quickly walked. The rooms are huge with extra large bathrooms, the view is absolutely amazing, and we're going to give it another try in the future. CHECKIN Great checkin experience: fast, friendly, & informative. ROOM The room was clean, but had a heavy mildew odor. Opening the balcony door helped to circulate enough air to deal with the smell. The electrical is in need of maintenance due to how the lights flicker + long delay when turning on (it doesn't feel like a safe or quality experience as a guest, especially for a $200/night stay). The room lighting is also awkward & insufficient: there's an overhead light above a microwave & refrigerator (appliances which have their own lightbulbs & LEDs) and the remaining 300+ sqft is vast darkness. If your balcony view is unobstructed, then this shouldn't be a problem & you'll enjoy a flood of natural light. BED queen beds have a great firmness level with decent support. The bedding is also soft & the pillows are dense. BATH The bathroom is beautiful at first glance but the plumbing infrastructure isn't well maintained so the sink sprayed & leaked from underneath whenever we used it. WI-FI Unencrypted but very performant. Consistent 90 Mbps Download & Upload. FOOD & DRINK DoorDash/UberEats friendly. The breakfast is actually delicious (bacon, potatoes, & real eggs), so give that a try. NOISE it's by the freeway, so set expectations accordingly... No complaints with guests or housekeeping. Generally peaceful & quiet. VERDICT This place has a lot going for it: strong customer service, great location, & above average food. The maintenance/upkeep is where they drop the ball & need better management. We cut our stay short because it wasn't the price to air out another room or throw a bunch of towels at leaky pipes. YMMV but in the current state I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you get a really good 3rd party deal. read more

Biggest reason I can't give the place 5 stars is the fee for parking, no breakfast, and not feeling that safe in that location. The people do the best they can - I'm guessing they have security, however, the lack of fencing is a problem... the Executive Inn and Best Western should fence off their parking lot. Best Western is a place to stay bc of the Lifetime points that never expire. Rooms are basic but with a microwave. Views are nice too. We have experienced rest and cleanliness. On one of our stay in 2021...One of the night clerk charged us $15 for parking, when I have stayed there just months before and I did not experience additional charges for parking. I emailed the Manager, the manager corrected that and gave us the $15 credit. Which was a pleasant surprise. The manager, quickly resolved the issue. Because of that manager, Jay Consuelo quickly resolving the issue we continued to stay with Best Western. Yes...it's no "Palace Hotel" but the for the price, the rest that we get, proximity to work, cleanliness, and points never expire. It's worth going to. Worth keeping since...In a lifetime where "points never expire" does make a difference. We booked with 20,000 points for the night and we only paid $27 for the night. We attached the pic of our $27 room. I was pleasantly surprised. We were also greeted with two bottles of water and some snacks since we were "Gold members." We have never experienced a free sit in breakfast except the "go and grab brown bags" that was usually ready in the front desk. read more

I gave it four stars because the bed. Let me explain... Pros - the view was nice. No traffic noise. Separate toilet room (water closet) from the bathroom. Shower and tub. Actual breakfast. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant enough - checkout was friendlier than checkin. Parking was easy, and just $10 (should have been free if you ask me, there's no where else to park). Cons - that bed killed me. I'm 46, and I guess I am requiring a bit more support when I sleep because although my kid (19) did ok, I couldn't move when I got up. I slept horribly. Honestly, knowing the bed was so worn out grossed me out. So even tho there's so many pros, and I gave it a 4:5 review I may consider skipping it next time we need a place in Oakland. But if you like a soft bed, room 204 would be for you. read more

I am a Best Western Rewards member, and our stay at the Bayside Hotel in Oakland is one of the many reasons why. My brother drove my sister and I down from Eureka, CA, to catch our plane in Oakland; I booked a night at the Bayside as it was close to the airport and my sister and I were flying out early. Because my brother has a service dog, I asked for a first-floor room, near an exit door, so as not to inconvenience other guests (since they don't normally accept pets). WOW!! We ended up with a king-size bed, bay view, and a patio door that opened out directly to the greenspace just in back of the hotel!! It was a MARVELOUS room, very spacious and plenty of room for the three of us to spread out and relax before my sister and I had to go to the airport. My brother said the complimentary breakfast the next morning was yummy, and the wi-fi access (so necessary for his business) was fast and easy. He even used the in-house gym room! Many, MANY thanks to Jay and Faye at the front desk: Jay, for answering my questions about service animals, and for giving us tips on where to pick up a quick dinner before the airport; Faye, for checking us in and being so sweet about accommodating my brother's service dog. There are so many options for lodging on the road, and what keeps us coming back to Best Western are the quality of the rooms, the amenities offered, and--most of all, and most important--the FABULOUS people who staff the hotels. They definitely used a good photographer for advertising pictures because the hotel looks nothing like this. The hotel is ok but the price they charge is pretty outrageous considering so many things are closed due to Covid restrictions. The pool is closed, no restaurant (have to walk next door and they only serve food at set times). I mean at least have a vending machine for people. We walked in our room and it smelled stale. The beds were uncomfortable as well. The little coffee/mocha machine they have downstairs makes terrible coffee. Best to stay somewhere else with more food and amenities. read more

Disclaimer: As with the other various dwellers from around the world, whether good or bad, everyone's experiences will always vary from person to person when visiting any establishment. Lets begin shall we. Destination: Oakland, CA April 29th - May 1st, 2021 Oh Mylanta are you going to love this Best Western Plus. Its location is, at-least for me, in a semi-private, up and coming cool area. Not like the night life, club, bar hopping location but more of a cute date night lets take a walk down the pathway/walkway with very little noise and very few people type of area. The Best Western-Bayside sits on the edge of Oaklands Rancho San Antonio area at the very edge of Oaklands Brooklyn Basin. Across from the Brooklyn Basin you get see Coast Guard Island and slightly to the right San Francisco's high rise building skyline. This Best Western location is also conveniently located and divided by Oaklands 880 frwy so getting in and out is a breeze as well easy access into the city of Oakland, and if you decide to venture into Oakland, ca and sight see, daytime hours are highly encouraged. Access into San Francisco and Alameda and Alameda Island are just two other great reasons on why you should book a room here. So after checking in i was handed the key card to my room (364). A very spacious studio sized apartment of a room on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hallway, that has been set up so perfectly that you may never want to leave. Prior to entering your domicile you will notice that there is sticker affixed to your door and doors frame letting you know that your room has been covid cleaned enhanced. Also to make sure that you remain covid free, rooms are intentionally left empty 24hrs from the last guest that had stayed in that room. As with all hotel rooms upon entering i was met with the famous hotel room lived in smell, luckily i brought my bottle of Tide antibacterial spray to freshen up the place. Upon entering you will walk down a small hallway with a small half table stand which houses a decorative vase and a mirror on the wall above it. continue forward and at the end of the hallway you are greeted with a nice sized roundtable with two comfy chairs and plug in the center of the table to connect all your electronical needs. FYI you will need to lift the table slightly and pull out the cords for electricity. The nice and very comfy queen bed sit at angle that doesnt disrupt the flow of the room with a very nice headboard that looks more like a dresser and 3 mini lamps on top of it. On top of the clothing dresser sits a nice vizio flat screen that can swivel into any direction you need. Finishing out the room is a small end table, a nice plush chair and another small end-table with a lamp to light up your room. The balcony area is small and cozy and is perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery with two patio chairs and a patio table. The crown jewel of this room would be the bathroom, not only is the toilet in its own little private room with a door that closes for the ultimate privacy, but you also get both a deep soaking bath tub which i didnt get to try due to it being a bit loud as the water came through the faucet and even though i was at the very end of the hall i didnt feel like disturbing the neighbors with the sound, but the glass enclosed shower was pretty much all i needed. Along with a mini kitchenette that housed a coffee maker, mini fridge and a microwave, a vanity area complete with mirrored doors, a room safe inside a nice sized closet this was best Best Western i have stayed at so far. Parking is available for $15 a night which i didnt mind paying but if you forgo the parking fee there is plenty of street parking in front. along with the enhanced cleaning methods and overall cleanliness of the hotel itself With everything that The Best Western Bayside did to make my stay pleasant they will always be my first choice whenever i head back to the bay area. read more

The front desk staff were all cordial and professional on my check in, though no desk staff were there on check out at 7am? Nice property with patios or balconies on the water side very clean and maintained grounds. The room was nicely appointed with a small wet bar, coffee station, a large bathroom, fridge and such and then sadly the bed... A rock hard bed like sleeping on a plank of wood hard, it was the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever slept on at a best western I can remember and it was a very long nights non-rest and for a BW+ I was completely surprised and disappointed. 3 Stars - Not sure I would stay again unless I was just in the area. 00532 read more

We had a great view facing the water as well and had a nice deck to go out on. My 6 year old enjoyed the big bathtub. My only complaint would be the shower, the hot water seemed to be controlled and it didn't get very warm. I like my showers real warm. Besides that, no complaints. read more

I loved this hotel for a staycation. I came a few weeks ago for a change of scenery and to escape the bad air from the fires. The parking is easy and I found the staff at the desk to be both pleasant and knowledgeable. All of my questions were answered and the parking was explained thoroughly. We went on a weekend where there was a mix of those looking for a staycation, folks evacuating fires, and folks having parties. The noise level didn't bother me at all but but I did hear at least two different parties going on so those that are light sleepers or those looking for a quiet atmosphere this may not be for you on a weekend. When I was plugging my phone in I saw a condom behind the night stand but it was unopened so I ignored it. Overall I found the stay to be pleasant and the room to be pretty clean. I'd definitely come back to this place. read more

This is a great spot to stay while in Oakland - hands down maybe my favorite hotel of all I have stayed at in my travels this past year. Having stayed at this hotel for several nights about every 2 months this past year, it is my experience that the staff are usually on their A Game and the place is super clean. The complimentary breakfast typically has many options for you to choose from including eggs, bacon,sausage, bagels, toast, cereal, oatmeal, fruit and more. They also have various juices in bottles to drink along with water, milk, coffee and tea. The view is fantastic, right on the bay so you can watch the birds do their thing, see some sailboats or just enjoy the moonlight and stars shining off the water at night. Down the road from the hotel is a starbucks, subway and some other shopping locations as well as you are not far from the airport. As I said before, this spot is fantastic and is my first choice when in Oakland. read more

An awesome stay! The hotel boasts nice rooms, good internet, spacious amenities, nice gym, nice free breakfast in the morning (yes, decent), and great service and close to the freeway. Literally right off the freeway. Also...don't forget the bay/water views as well. There's a walking/running trail right outside the hotel. My only gripe was the parking situation at the BW. They do have a nice parking lot, but it's shared with another hotel. During the day, the parking is plenty, but if you come back in the evening/late night, there's literally NO parking spots left. You can't park on the street either. Other than the parking situation, everything else was awesome, you had me at 5-stars but minus 1 because of the parking. I had a tough time finding parking after returning from the Giants baseball games and touring the city. BTW...my double queen bed room was nice. Very roomy, a partial bay and freeway view (windows were thick enough to keep out the noise), the bathroom was nice (a shower, bathtub and enclosed toilet), fridge, microwave, cable TV, etc. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes from OAK Airport and 30-45 minutes (depending on the traffic), into downtown SF. read more

We checked in on Thursday June 25, 2020; checked out on Monday June 29, 2020. The hotel had a beautiful appearance; however the professionalism of the staff and housekeeping SUCKED!! Our bedding never got changed our whole stay, housekeeping came in on Friday and Saturday only and took trash and gave towels, Sunday ZERO HOUSEKEEPING!! Absolutely nothing was done....see pictures of what we came back to our room as on our stay that Sunday evening. We are in the middle of a pandemic (Covid19) cleanliness is A MUST!!! Clean and comfortable, and easy to access! Right off of 880 in Oakland, by the water. Friendly staff. Free breakfast - only downside is that you have to go to the next building over, at the Executive Inn & Suites. But for "FREE," this shouldn't be a problem. We had a room with a king bed - the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. And did I mention we had a balcony? You can step out and look at the water and Coast Guard island! It was quite relaxing! I would definitely recommend and will stay again in a heartbeat! read more

If you're looking to book one of their meeting rooms, look elsewhere. This is review is regarding my experience with their sales rep customer service. I called about 10 days ago requesting information on one of their meeting rooms for a birthday party to be held in January. I spoke to one of their sales rep and was given a price, an available time from 5pm-12am and was advised that it would be BYOB. I called back 2 days ago and left a voice mail stating I was ready to book, no response. I called today and spoke to the same woman, who stated that it would be impossible to have that meeting room since there are rooms above the space. She then said that it could only be booked from 8-9pm.....?? I then offered to book the rooms above that meeting space. She told me they have long term stays so those rooms aren't guaranteed....?? Didn't she know that when she gave me the info the first time I called??? Sounded like she didn't want to accommodate me or she just didn't want to rent the space to me all of a sudden. I'm paying $1300 for the meeting space AND the rooms above it... I thought that was a great deal for them. Oh well. I'll never book a room or a meeting space with Best Western or Executive Suites again. read more

This is a great hotel for its staff and it's property. The staff is super friendly whenever I walk by the front desk and when I called (a few times) before arrival. They generously drove us in a free shuttle to the BART station (and picked us up). The dining area looks out on a peaceful bay. You can go out and walk on the water (just make sure someone is there to let you back in! Still, I'm glad they keep it locked). The room was clean when we arrived, comfy and large enough for the 3 of us, my 2 teens (taller than me) and myself. Breakfast was better than most hotel free breakfasts and had lots of options. I would definitely stay here again for the next USC/Berkeley game. This was a super reasonable option within a reasonable uber trip from the game so it was super easy to get around. Also very easy to take the BART into the city (where we just walk or take trolleys to get around). Overall, it was a quiet few nights there. The only thing that bummed me out is that the pool wasn't on their property, but it was in the property right next door. Yes, I would consider this again. No, there was no free wifi for me. I was pretty upset with that but did not have time to throw a fit at the front desk. We were in room 392, a corner room, bay view and freeway view. It was quiet by my standards but you must know, I can sleep next to a railroad.. The bathroom was very clean and had an inviting shower. The room was very spacious and we heard no noise from the neighbors, the elevator, or the ice machine. Breakfast was free...the scrambled eggs were most likely powdered...not great. Hard boiled eggs...they were peeled, who peeled them? We arrived late, after a 6 hour drive after 8 hours work, a person does not want to fuss too much. for dinner we walked next door to the Executive suites where they offer 2 meals. Salmon or steak. They have a shuttle (did not use it) supposedly will pick you up at airport, take you to BART or the ferry to SF. be aware you need to reserve a seat. this seems to be a industrial area. It's part of the same conglomerate as the Executive Inn and Suites on the same lot. And this is the better of the two. The rooms are a lot bigger. With a bathtub, kitchen table and a sofa. That's in addition to the big screen tv and bed. The fitness center is more modern and up to date. However, the room is more expensive than Executive Inn and Suites. Pros: Bigger rooms Better fitness center No pool, but you can use the Executive Inn and Suites side. Bar located at EI&S. Free electric vehicle parking Security on site for both hotels Cons: You would still need to drive to restaurants and shops. Construction is ongoing. Seriously always ongoing! I stay here or EI&S once a month, every month now for almost 2 years and there is always some construction going on. But I guess that can also be a positive? read more

Love it here! Nice King size bed. The room is super spacious! The restroom has a shower and deep bath tub. Even in the middle of a pandemic I enjoyed myself. Not to forget the the patio facing the water! read more

We stayed here and it was very disappointing. The area is really nasty. If your room is not water view then your view is of the homeless camps across the freeway. When you walk in the front desk personnel was friendly somewhat. Interesting enough when we checked in we were told that there is a $15 a night charge for parking even thou on the website it said free parking. So they need to update the website or let Best Western that they are charging for parking. We had requested adjoining rooms. I went downstairs to ask about it and was told that those kind of rooms were only offered on the water view side. And all were booked. Interesting thou there was a door that connected to the room next door. I would suggest If that "door" does not connect the rooms then please seal them off. The family next door which share the connecting doors arrived later in the evening and I could hear the lady having a conversation about how tired she was. I could hear her kids yelling and her telling the person on the phone how she was tired of her kids. The kids were jumping off stuff. This went on for over an hour and a half. So the wall is thin. I also went downstairs to ask if the hotel front desk had any suggestions for restaurants or take out. She basically told me on the internet and I could get door dash or something delivered. No help. I have stayed at other restaurants and they are more than willing to offer some suggestions. Not here. This is a pretty bad area so driving around trying to find something to eat is not something I would suggest you do. So it is disappointing that the front desk would not offer any suggestions on take out or even some restaurant that deliver. I always try to ask the front desk about restaurants to visit because a lot of times they will suggest a couple of local restaurants. Here the suggestion was search the internet. That is very disappointing. If you want to take a bath expect a lot of noise when the water is running to fill the tub. I mean loud that I covered my ears for a while. Plus the faucet and water knobs were loose. While staying, I wanted to have housekeeping to clean our room. They did not. They only threw out the trash. Beds were not made. Plus the shampoo, conditioner and etc were gone. I had to call to request some and when I did I had to tell her each piece that I wanted. I don't know why they could just bring me the basically toiletries that they usually put in the bathroom. The good this was we're had breakfast. They offers to go bags which were horrible, it was literally a banana and a canola bar. They do offer that you could go next door to the Executive inn and suites and get better breakfast selection. There the breakfast attendant was wonderful. I don't eat meat so she went above and beyond and made me a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I appreciate that. I don't think I will stay again if I had to. read more

The woman at the reception named Tammy has a very bad, unprofessional attitude. I asked her some questions and she didn't give me an answer. I was about to leave but I came from San Diego with my childrens and I had to keep quiet because she told me that if I didn't like it how she treated me, that i could wait until the next shift so that they could take care of me. is not a person suitable to work providing customer service. I always use Best Western Plus to stay when I have jobs outside my town and I have never had an experience like this and it was very unpleasant that when I come with my wife and my children this happens to me. I hope a supervisor read this and do something about it. read more

Very nice,clean,and accommodating. Excellent breakfast. Would have been 5 stars,except that one linen towel had the appearance of someones makeup smeared on what otherwise would be assumed clean. And The cleaning lady knocks on the door at 9:30 AM wanting to come in, then again at 10:00 AM. Checkout is at 11:00. Nobody wants to feel rushed.
