We booked our reservation on the Best Western website for 3 nights. After the 2nd night we were called away with an emergency. When I asked for a refund for that night (since we were checking out on time and they had plenty of time to flip the room and book it before the weekend), I was told that the system wouldn't let them due to restrictions on the corporate side. So I called the corporate helpline. At which point I was told, the manager of the hotel refused to give me a refund and that was within his right due to fine print (we could only cancel a room 72hrs in advance, so prior to us even booking the first night ‍). I went back to the front desk and asked for compassion from the manager as it's 100% in his discretion, it's bad enough having to change flights and leave a city a day early due to family emergency, don't add insult to my injury. However, the manager (Rahul Sharma), didn't care and let us know Best Western Doesn't Give A S*** about my business or my problems. All that said, it wasn't a great stay to begin with, the room temp was inconsistent and it needed a deep cleaning. I recommend, if you're starting in the Euless area, try the La Quinta across the street. read more

Couldn't have asked for a better stay after a day full of delays and cancellations. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. I stayed in a suite and everything was well stocked and clean. Was happy with the variety of breakfast choices. They had hot breakfast bar as well as the usual cereal and fruit. Very glad I stayed here and will be returning. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my stay. I found roaches in the room and even woke up to two of them crawling on the bed sheets, which was completely unacceptable. I've stayed in rooms that weren't the cleanest, but I've never encountered old contact lenses stuck to the nightstand. Pretty hard to miss when even doing a superficial cleaning. There is absolutely no soundproofing. I could hear my neighbors casual conversation. When I called for the shuttle pick up at the airport, I had a really difficult time communicating with the front desk personnel. After a disappointing day with the airlines we also had a poor experience with this Best Western. Our flight had a 12 hour delay until finally getting into our connecting flight (Dallas) which required an overnight stay. American Airlines offered a hotel room for each of the people in my party (my partner and I). We declined the additional room and therefore were given a voucher for one room. We also were each given a food voucher which we used earlier in the day. Although our total time getting to our original destination was 23 hours, the airline would not give any other food voucher. When we checked in we noted the time of the breakfast and were told that our stay did not include free breakfast but the female attendant offered to take our meal vouchers for the breakfast (again, did not have any). It felt like Best Western was trying to take advantage of our circumstances. Also, the room was not clean. We found several toe nail clippings and the towels did not feel fresh. read more

The hotel/rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows were also nice and the location is just a short way from Att Stadium, Rangers, and Six Flags. Check in and check out was easy and they have free breakfast in the morning. The negative is is noise, paper thin walls. I could hear normal conversation and the tv from the room next door. I could also hear the footsteps in the room above us. The most disturbing was the room needs a deep cleaning. I dropped something behind the night stand and found trash back there, an old key card envelope under the bed with lots of dust and dirt. There was also crumbs in the sofa. read more

Horrible experience, microwave didn't when we tried to make sure if was plugged in noticed it was attached with electrical tape as my husband wiggled it it shocked him. Fridge didn't work, toilet ran all night. We reported to staff they said they would give us $20 off the next night which they ended up not honoring. We had a horrible time. Most Best Westerns are the middle of the pack and this one is no different. Not too far from the airport and they have a shuttle back and forth. You do need to reserve it so come pick you up or drop you off. Huge lobby/breakfast area. Nicely furnished too. Very nice and polite staff. They all a pool and hot tub, fitness room, laundry and a small meeting room. The rooms were clean and large. I had a couch and coffee table and desk as well. Microwave and a large refrigerator. There's a shared parking lot with the hotel nearby. The staff were all super friendly. read more

Short: Amazing. Was ASTOUNDED by the clean and modern rooms, the outstanding customer service, and the quiet and nice area. This place is a STEAL! We will return! Long: My husband and I had a couple of free nights with Hotels.com, and wanted to use them on a decent hotel outside of Dallas that wouldn't cause us to go over. We chose this one on a whim, and started our 7 hour drive hoping we made a good choice. We've been burned by many a shifty hotel, and so when we checked in (so easy by the way) and got to our room, we instantly inspected. To our delight? Everything was pristine. The room temperature was TRUE to its adjustment - if you wanted it cold, the room got COLD. The bedding so was comfortable and the blackout curtains caused us to miss breakfast / but I am NOT complaining. The rest in this room was THAT good!!! No shuttle driver available to be picked up from airport I paid for a room through park, sleep and fly for this hotel. My wife and I flew back to the airport with no shuttle service provided due to no driver available. This is something we paid for and was suppose to be provided. After several phone calls and waiting time, we took a cab to the hotel which cost us $32 and $5 for the driver's tip. The front desk was moody and unprofessional. Housekeeping never came in the 3 days we stayed. We had specific requests that were given when we made the reservation, easy things like the floor we would like to stay on, and they were completely ignored. This claims to be a 100% smoke free hotel but every hall reeks of smoke. It even came into my room and made everything smell awful! I tried to complain a couple of times to the front desk but no one answers the phone and when I went downstairs to speak to someone, no one was there. This is a very inexpensive option. Lifted the covers up to only find a bed FULL of pubic hair, dead skin, and scabs! The grossest thing I could have imagined, I was laying in. The girl at the front desk moved us rooms at 1am in the morning. We asked to speak to the manager in the morning and was told she would call him but the manager doesn't pick up when he's not at the hotel. For what it is ($85 Airport Hotel), BW Plus is as good as it gets. Everything I wanted in a standard hotel room was provided; a fridge, microwave, desk, and cold AC. Additionally, the manager on duty went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I won't list every reason, (there's many) but for example: My inquiry into the location of the nearest convenience store morphed into a complimentary shuttle trip. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel, and the staff. We were waiting on our home to close, so this became our home for 10 days. The staff treated us like family ( I know, cliche). But by that I mean, they were attentive to our needs, and knew us all by name. When we had concerns, they spoke to us like humans, and worked out anything we needed. The breakfast is great! My stay here was amazing. I looked at other hotels in same vacinity (along with customer reviews), some maybe $10 cheaper, but didn't want to sacrifice quality or safety, so I went with Best Western. I booked through booking.com which was a first. Unfortunately when I got here, my information wasn't in the system. But the front desk associate, Jai, was able to get everything straight in a timely manner, and did it with a smile. The room was clean, quiet, modern, and very roomy. Missed my flight and the airlines had me stay here. I have to admit that this hotel pleasantly surprised me. The carpet and furnishings are a little outdated but they are clean. The bed was awesome though. I had a very good nights sleep. Internet service was free and connectivity was great. I would definitely consider coming back here if I'm in the area. We had a problem with our flights coming into DFW and needed a place to stay. Because there were a lot of people with the same problem, rooms were scarce. We were lucky that they had one room left. We got there at 3 am and the desk agent was very nice. Great room and comfortable bed. We didn't get to use the pool but next time. Good breakfast. I was returning from a business trip to China and I had an overnight layover in Dallas and I got the Best Western for $72 off Hotwire. I didn't really expect too much because most of the Best Westerns I have stayed at have been average. The location was good, located next to a number of restaurants. It was also directly on Airport Freeway and close to DFW. The room was very clean and spacious. The living area had a nice sofa and coffee table and there was also an extra chair. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows and the sheets. The decor was modern and everything seemed new and fresh. The room also had a great HD flatscreen TV which was in perfect viewing position from the bed. The air conditioning unit was quiet and cooled the room down quickly. The door to the closeted a broken latch and wouldn't close. It wasn't a huge problem, but it was slightly uncomfortable when I was sleeping because the closet is in front of the bed. The Internet was fairly fast and easy to connect to. The breakfast is decent with a variety of hot and cold options including sausage, eggs, juices, breads, cereal, and waffles. Alma, the staff member in charge of the breakfast area was very nice and friendly. She also opened the breakfast area early so I could catch my flight. My only real complaint is about the shuttle bus. I had to wait 30 minutes before the shuttle arrived even though I was told it would take 8-10 minutes. It also only runs every hour which is really inconvenient if you have an early flight and also want to eat breakfast at the same time. I would recommend this Best Western If you are looking for a decent hotel near DFW. read more
