First you walk in and are hit by the overwhelming smell of food. Not appetizing food but like someone e is microwaving a bunch of cumin and garam masala over and over. Shower floor was stained/dirty. Threshold from tiled entryway in room to carpeted sleeping area, the carpet tacks poke your feet. Not much fun in the middle of the night. We requested a late checkout and they offered 30 minutes unless we wanted to pay more. Housekeeping staff is loud and obnoxious. Don't plan on sleeping past 8. Room was clean and decently up to date. Disappointed with non working internet connection in my room- they said due to storm. After I walked to dinner at the Westin which was delicious, thought I would watch TV. Dish network occasionally would show a network channel, but then switched to look for something else and ended up with black screens on all channels. read more

Very disappointing I don't advise anyone to stay here I paid a $50 deposit. They said that the towels was damaged and stolen pill now I'm catching a flight from North Carolina to this dump only thing I know how to damage towels if you cut them or burn them and why would I want to steal some used pillows when I can go to Walmart give me a brand new ones for $10 or cheaper and they never returned my $50 and I got stuck by a dirty needle up under the back of cabinet. Stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Family friendly in a good location, they offer very good breakfast and rooms are modern, clean with new amenities. The breakfast ends at 9 am, I was there literally few minutes before 9. Nice lady was helpful and let me finish plates for me and kids, she even brought yogurt from the back. That was very kind of her. I would stay again. The only thing, I did not appreciate that I was charged xtra $5 fee, something Priceline.com did not mention online. We booked this hotel for their park and fly offering. Hotel room was OK, clean but could use updating. We are very disappointed and to be honest frustrated at the service we received on the shuttle back once we returned. Followed all instructions we were given, the desk receptionist told us it should be about 10-15 min to the shuttle arrival. 40 minutes later I called and she apologized and said she would make a courtesy call. Did not hear back At the 1 hour mark I called back, she said she had called but the driver didnt answer.but didnt call us back to inform of the situation. At the 1:20 minute wait point I called back, to be informed the shuttle was in transit to us should be any minute. 15 min later called an uber, picked us up in 4 minutes, only to get tothe hotel for our vehicle and the shuttle was parked in front of the door. We didn't have any items like toothbrushes or toothpaste, luckily for us Adela was working and she hooked us up with a complimentary bag with, comb, toothbrush, toothpaste and deodorant. This place is run by a bunch of crooks and they are horribly rude and disrespectful. I booked our weekend stay here on Booking.com and on the morning of the day we were checking in, they charged my card for $50. I called and the girl at the front desk (who was very rude) told me that charge is for the deposit. I told her that I've stayed at many hotels and have never had one charge me the deposit before checking in. She then hung up on me. One minute later I got a call from the manager. He said that without the deposit they have to cancel my reservation. I told him I was driving and would call back. He told me I'd have one hour to call back or they'd cancel it even though they already charged me the deposit. A few minutes later I received a notification that they cancelled my booking and charged me $131. I don't even know how they came up with the $131 because that's more than the cancellation fee. I called my bank and told them I didn't authorize these charges. Thankfully my bank refunded me and blocked any future charges. Moral of the story, stay away from this place. If they have your credit card info, they'll try to charge you whatever they feel like. read more

While the two young ladies at the front desk were very helpful and sweet, and the location is great, unfortunately those are the only good things I have to say about our stay. When we got to the room there was barely any toilet paper on the roll in the bathroom and there was hair EVERYWHERE! All over the bathroom floor, in the shower, on the counter, the toilet, literally all over the bathroom. They initially offered to change rooms but then just sent housekeeping instead. The next morning is we needed more towels and the young man/woman (not sure how they identify) at the counter was very rude. We waited while they were on their personal phone only to be rudely asked what we needed. The entire interaction was as if we were interrupting someone who was NOT at work. This property is bad news. They don't clean your room unless you request it. There is nothing on their website and a small sign on the checkout counter. The desk receptionist said nothing at check in. The room was not stocked with creamer for the coffee maker, they are scrimping on shampoo and conditioner, offering tiny bottles good for one day. (And I stayed for two nights). I will be calling Wyndham and asking for a credit. I'm a business traveler and it was the worst stay in my career. Hopefully, they will get their communications straightened out. The staff was polite and helpful. read more

Absolutely terrible location. I had a reservation for Saturday October 1st. I called in around check in time to let them know I would be there late. We got to the hotel and tried to check in. DJ told us that we can't check into our reservation because they already ran the night audit. He told us we had to pay for a new reservation. This is an absolute scam. I called Expedia and they called the hotel. The hotel told Expedia I wouldn't be charged for the first reservation. I went back in the morning to confirm with the manager who told me I would still be charged for the original reservation. This place is a scam. read more

This hotel is newer and located off of hwy 121 in Euless. It shouldn't be confuse with the other La Quinta that Euless has. I at first called the wrong one and was told this. The entry is bright open and big. The front desk person was friendly. The room we stayed was very clean and nice. The hotel has a small pool outside in back, small fitness room, small area near check in that sells snacks & drinks (note that the refreshments were kinda over priced, like a Gatorade was $4), and a computer for business or work. There was suppose to be complimentary breakfast in the morning. But because of Covid-19, they had a muffin and bottled water in a sack, if requested at the front desk, for you to take back to your room. Also masks need to be worn upon entry inside and also any common areas in the hotel. Also this hotel has you use your room key to get into your room but also when you leave the hotel to grab a bite to eat and return. You have to swipe it to get in the front entryway just to get in the hotel. If you forget your room key, you have to buzz them from a box outside front entry and wait to be let in. Most of the time they see you approaching and buzz you in before you get your card out. read more

I'm never ever going to stay at a La Quinta hotel ever again. Our flight was changed so we were not needing to overnight in DFW after all, so I called to cancel our reservation before 6pm per their policy. I chose "option 4 Reservations" instead of "option 7 Front Desk". Unfortunately for me, Reservations isn't who I was supposed to call to cancel (how was I supposed to know that?!?). They did not notify the hotel, so I was billed for a no-show. They also did not send me the confirmation email of my cancelation, so I had no proof I called. I called the hotel the very next morning after I saw the pending transaction went through. After about a dozen calls over the next two days, speaking to the hotel manager and having him point the finger at Reservations, and Reservations pointing the finger at the Front Desk, I decided to dispute it with my credit card. The "proof" the hotel submitted was that I was a no-show, so my credit card denied the claim. I called the hotel and spoke to the manager who conveniently didn't remember our conversation. La Quinta will NEVER get my business ever again. read more

In short, 24 hours prior to reservation, we were assured by a front desk employee that we could check in early without any issues. When we were about an hour away, we called to simply ask to check in a few minutes earlier, only to have our plans derailed. The second front desk employee stated there was no way for her to determine if our room would be ready until we physically arrived at the hotel. Further we would incur an additional $35 fee. When I explained that the first person the day prior said it would be fine, she just repeated herself. Hence, we changed our plans, and those of everyone else we were meeting who had also driven from all over Texas, and checked in around 4pm with a third front desk employee who stated that, YES,we could have checked in early for no fee. This is very frustrating given how many people were effected. I have reached out to the manager multiple times by phone, and he is never "in"or has not returned my call. All emails have been returned with a mail error. (I intentionally did not name any employees in this review). 3 stars for cleanliness and two friendly front desk persons. read more

We checked into our rooms on 5/20/2022. We were assigned rooms 306 & 308. We unpacked our suitcases and left to go enjoy our vacation. While we were away, your front desk attendance mistakenly overbooked someone else into our room (306). When we came back late into the night, we discovered that someone else was currently sleeping in our room. All of your belongings were exposed and venerable to this person and/or anyone else she may have given access to our room (306). When we presented this issue to your front desk attendant, he was unsympathetic and less than helpful. He simply passed the blame into his co-worker that worked the shift before him. His solution was to reassign us to the adjacent room (305). He then suggested that we submit a formal complaint with corporate in the morning. He did not offer an upgraded room or any assurances of our safety. We were heavily inconvenienced by having to pack up our things and relocate out of our assigned room (306). We had all of personal and valuable information/items exposed in our room under the reasonable expectation that it was secured behind a locked door with restricted access. We left in such a hurry that we couldn't confirm if any of our belongings were tampered or stolen. Your hotel staff neglected to accompany us to prevent any further altercation between us and the woman currently residing room 306; while we gathered our belongings to relocate. Upon settling into the new room (305), we were very uncomfortable and disturbed due to the fear and paranoia of a stranger possibly having access to our room while we slept. I was not capable to resting for the fear of my young child's safety. This experience hindered my daily plans due to induced paranoia and lack of sleep. We are no longer capable of fully enjoying our vacation as a result of this problematic experience. I demand to be fully compensated. read more

If I honestly could give this place a 0 I would (I promise i'm not a Karen). My fiancé and I booked one night and he was successfully charged. Upon reviewing my statement there seemed to a different charge on my account (2 different banks, 2 different cards). We were advised there would be a $100 hold for accidental but my card was charged $86.97 (Nova advised it was for the room however, the room was already paid for resulting in a $102.91 charge). The room was left as it was found, we were only there for 6-8 hours. I contacted the appropriate parties however, La Quinta has FAILED to tell me WHY my card was charged when I have proof of the reservation and bank statements. The company which placed the reservation called La Quinta they failed to assist them with my inquiry. I called once more to where associate Nova advised her manager is not in. Leading me to ask when the manager would be in as they failed to assist me, I was advised "I really don't know when or if he will be in. He has 3 properties he takes care of and you'll just have to call in everyday to see if he is available." There was no outreach offered. How can a manager have 3 properties but fail to do what his title is? MANAGE. This customer service is unacceptable. Not only is the customer service TRASH, La Quinta has contradicting information and fails to take responsibility. Save your coins and go somewhere better. read more
