Lately Hilton hotels have dropped in quality. Hilton garden inn is now garbage. Because of that I've been frequenting the alofts or other Marriott properties. I decided to stay here due to proximity to food, and where I was working the next day. 8 minute drive was nice to the surgery center. So this hotel shares a lobby with another Hilton property. Was greeted promptly and was checked in even faster. They were sold out so I couldn't have a top floor room. But that's okay, I was on two. Where one of the most packed hotel gyms I've ever been to is. This thing is huge. They have a jump box, kettle bells, an amazing dumbbell collection and cables. Cardio equipment and even a pelaton. My room? Smaller than the alofts. But I like small rooms so that's okay. Had a rack, shower and toilet. All I could ever need. But what blew me away? The softness and quality of their sheets. I never in all my hotel reviews mention sheets. But these were so soft and cozy here I am talking about them. I could have laid in that bed all day from the sheets alone. Bravo there. It's safe to say this hotel has made me reconsider staying and trying more Tru's. read more

Our experience at Home2 Suites Euless DFW West left us extremely concerned about guest privacy and the way management handled a serious roomentry incident. While i was showering, a housekeeper unlocked and entered our room despite a Do Not Disturb sign being displayed on the door. This occurred before checkout while we were still occupying the room. The housekeeper did not knock and did not announce "Housekeeping" before entering. The bathroom door was open and is located immediately beside the entrance to the hotel room. Just me and my birthday suit in the shower when the employee entered. When I realized someone had come into the room, I yelled "Hello," but received no response. The employee simply left. What concerned us even more was management's explanation afterward. We were told during a phone call with hotel management that the housekeeper does not speak English and did not understand what the Do Not Disturb sign meant. We do not blame an employee for not speaking English. Our concern is with management and training. If an employee is entrusted with a key and given access to occupied guest rooms, the hotel should ensure that employee understands Do Not Disturb indicators and basic room-entry procedures in a language she understands. And not understanding the DND sign still does not explain the failure to knock and announce before entering. The property deposited 50,000 Hilton Honors points into our account after the incident. We appreciated the gesture, but compensation was never our primary concern. We wanted the seriousness of the privacy issue acknowledged and reassurance that the underlying training and procedural problem would be addressed. We ultimately escalated the matter to Hilton Executive Customer Relations. Hilton confirmed to us in writing that the room was entered in error and that established room-entry procedures were not followed as expected. Hilton also acknowledged our concerns regarding the failure to knock, announce housekeeping, and properly recognize the room's occupied status. Despite that acknowledgment, we have been unable to obtain confirmation that the underlying training and procedural issues at this property have actually been corrected. We have repeatedly been told that our concerns were documented and shared with hotel leadership for "review and consideration." For us, this isn't about getting additional points or compensation. It's about guest privacy. Everyone makes mistakes, and we understand that this housekeeper may have made an innocent one. But when an employee has a key that allows access to occupied guest rooms, management has a responsibility to make sure that employee understands the procedures designed to protect guests' privacy. Being unexpectedly walked in on while naked in the shower was upsetting enough. Learning afterward that, according to management during a phone call, the employee apparently didn't understand the Do Not Disturb sign was even more troubling. Unfortunately, the hotel's handling of the situation afterward has left us without confidence that the underlying issue has been adequately addressed. For that reason, we would not choose to stay at this property again. read more

MOUSE POOP! If you find any mouse poop please call the Euless Department of Health at 817-685-1621. I am a long time Hilton Honors member (2001) and I dont take to complaining lightly. This Home2Suites tried to tell me the mouse poop I found on the counter was coffee and later told the Euless Department of Health that they were black seeds. I am concerned that this Home2Suites isn't concerned enough about the health of the patrons who stay there! To blow this off like its nothing. If you find poop put some in a baggie and contact the health department immediately because this place did not take this seriously. read more

We generally stay in vacation rentals because we usually cook and this seemed like a comparable option cost-wise and including the free breakfast. Upon arriving, we realized the kitchenette is not all that useful. The only real way to prepare food is in the microwave. (Ewww.) Given that food prep isn't possible, the full sized fridge and dishwasher don't make a ton of sense. Housekeeping isn't done unless on request or your stay is longer than five days. This is becoming standard in hotels and good to keep in mind if you're comparing pros and cons of a hotel versus a vacation rental. The room was comfortable, clean and pretty spacious. The blackout shades are wonderful and allowed us to sleep in. However, the proximity to the highway made it generally pretty noisy especially at peak driving times. Ask for a room on the other side or bring ear plugs or a way to do white noise at night. The free breakfast is a nice perk but we only went once because it was just okay. There's a decent selection but nothing is terribly good or the right temperature (lukewarm is about the best you can expect). I didn't like the coffee but my husband did. Downtown Dallas was 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. Across the highway from the hotel is a Target for items you might have forgotten and many places to eat (all chain restaurants though). I would stay here again but I would choose the side of the hotel without the kitchenette. We barely used it. read more

This Home2 Suites is a place my husband stays in frequently when he's in Dallas given its location in proximity to the airport and the rooms. Speaking of the rooms, they are huge and they live up to the "suite" in the hotel's name. Complete with a full size refrigerator and microwave in the kitchenette, love seat, and desk, the room had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice option even during the pandemic and they switched up the main offerings from day to day. One day they had premade breakfast sandwiches and another day, they had a waffle station. They also had options for cereal, yogurt, juices, and oatmeal. This was a quick stay for us and it was very comfortable. read more

The location in relation to shopping and restaurants is pretty fantastic. There are 2 shopping centers on either side of Hwy 121 that are both loaded with shops and restaurants. This hotel is a bizarre set up to me in that once you enter the lobby on the left is the Tru side and on the right of the exact same lobby is the Home2 side. I find it kind of clever and kind of dumb, personally. We stayed on the Home2 Suites portion. Our room was nice and spacious. One stand out difference is that Home 2 Suites includes the full size refrigerator and microwave but not the stovetop. I would stay again choosing the Home2 Suites side. Just as a heads up when I looked at the itemized statement from my stay I was charged a "Parking Recovery Fee." The hotel has free parking and at no time during check out or check in did either desk clerk say a word about it so I'm not sure what it is. And how did they even know I was driving and parking and not using Uber or Lyft anyway? read more

For the most part, the stay was good- hotel is clean, and the pool and game rooms are nice. However, the ladies who work at the front desk are extremely rude. Every time we've needed something they have responded to us with a very sarcastic and rude attitude. They seem pretty miserable. We are staying here with little kids, and the TV in the breakfast room was showing the sci fi channel and showed an extremely gory scene before we could get the kids to look away. All of our kids were scared and upset by it, and when we asked the front desk to change the channel we were met with a rude look and total unresponsiveness from Karen (actual name) at the front desk. I didn't catch the name of the other woman who has been rude to us the rest of the time. Like I said, the rest of the stay has been nice! But if hospitality from the front desk is important to you, you might want to find somewhere else to stay. read more

Stayed one night mid-week for a work trip. I arrived at a time that the shuttle want going to be coming for a while, but they came to pick me up anyways, and the driver was so sweet even when I admitted to not having tip money, refusing PayPal or Venmo (I got cash and tipped her later). Check in was quick and the room was perfectly comfortable and clean. The fridge had a real freezer, unlike most mini-fridges, which was important for me to freeze breast milk before flying back out. My only complaint is that there's a gap between the bottom of the door and the floor, which let in a lot of light. read more

I had my flight canceled, and after being at the airport since midnight, and now it's 9pm I'm very tired and wary, however I get to the Hotel, and I'm immediately greeted with care and a smile, and this is before I'm checking in. Only four stars because not everything was open and limited breakfast available. A bagel and orange doesn't cut it. Covid seems to be the excuse for lack of offerings. It's getting old. I'd give them 5 stars but that would have to be after this pandemic is over. Almost everything that I didn't like is all thanks to Rona! As of June 2021 the breakfast is limited and stayover service is twice a week. All I wanted was my Texas shaped waffle. If everything was normal I'm sure this could be 5 stars. When did Euless start getting cool? Oh, that's right, when I moved nearby! But really, this hotel is more than I expected, it's huge, has a conference center, game area, nice fitness center and laundry room, nice spacious rooms, a pool, and is right near everything you need as far as food and shopping. We stayed here for temporary housing and this one is much nicer than the one in Bedford. I felt like I was on a business trip. If you know someone coming here for business recommend this hotel so they won't have to go to Dallas or Fort Worth but can still have some fun. Our room with 2 queens was super spacious! There's a curtain between the living and sleeping area, not quite enough to convince my toddler it's bedtime, but it's a nice separation. There's an efficiency sized fridge (think studio apt sized not dorm size), dishwasher, sink, microwave, and dishes. I was able to make breakfast cereals and sandwiches for lunch to save some money. The breakfast downstairs is available from 6:30-9:30 but it's not as much as I expected. Scrambled eggs, sausage, boiled eggs, bagels, oatmeal, milk, juice, and fruit. All I wanted was my Texas shaped waffle! But I guess most hotels are limiting what the guests can touch thanks to the virus. We had to stay for over a week, which is fine by me because this place is super nice, clean, convenient, and the staff is very friendly. I just wish we could have had our room cleaned maybe every other day. Also we ran out of toilet paper one night and the front desk didn't have any so we had to use tissue. That's not cool. read more

I parked my car here via cheapest airport parking dot com, and was pleasantly surprised at the value. However, on cheapest airport parking dot com, this establishment has it listed that they will provide a shuttle service to the airport and, upon my arrival, I was much chagrined to find this service discontinued due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please update the service on cheapest airport parking dot com to reflect the reality of the parking service. Once I landed, I decided to stay here for the convenience factor. Check-in was very quick and convenient, and the receptionist was kind and personable. The room was extremely clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in (and I really do mean that). My biggest qualm with this hotel is the bizarre behavior of the housekeeping service. The regular checkout time at this hotel is NOON, and further, I requested a late checkout so my specific checkout time was ONE PM!!! I got a loud knock on the door at NINE AM!!!!!! From "housekeeping" -- which was really just some random man wearing a SnapBack and holding a towel. I declined to respond to this knock and tried to get back to sleep, to no avail, because housekeeping was in the room across from mine making bizarre loud noises that did not sound like cleaning all morning. Again, at about 12:45, I received a knock from "housekeeping" -- I was preparing to leave so I answered the door and the man said something mostly unintelligible but seemed to be concerned about my departure. I gathered my things and quickly left after this. If I'm paying $119 for one night of rest in a hotel, I expect just that -- REST. Not randoms knocking on my door hours before checkout. read more

Stayed at this hotel for several nights and I was impressed by the quality and friendliness of the staff, Especially the woman who prepared and served breakfast. The hotel is decorated in a fun and upbeat modern vibe, has lots of comfortable hangout spots in the lobby, and the rooms are well done, with comfy beds! It was fairly close to the Gaylord convention center and DFW airport. Staying there was a lot less expensive and parking was free. There are a lot of places to shop and eat nearby. read more

I travel extensively for work and always stay at Home2 properties. THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION EVER. You may as well sleep on the Highway. Be prepared for constant traffic noise. I typically check in on line to avoid street side rooms. The online check in was not working. I'll never stay here again. read more

First and foremost, thank you so much to the girl that was working on Wednesday/Thursday 2am. My boyfriend and I had a terrible experience at another hotel which we left and found this hotel. We were speaking with the operator which got disconnected so I called the front desk and she answered (I regret not catching her name, I am sorry!) I asked if they had rooms available and she said yes, so we headed there. Once we arrived, she greeted us, got us the best price, and was so understanding of our situation. THANK YOU! The rooms were beautiful, the location is great! Breakfast was served with eggs, sausage, bagels, coffee, etc. We loved the place so much we ended up extending our stay for one more night. I stayed at this hotel for a work trip and it is absolutely amazing! The check-in process was seamless and the room was pristine. The room was of more than adequate size and had plenty of amenities for an extended stay. The black out curtains worked really well too. The downstairs lounge area has a very nice ambience with a pool table and plenty of chairs and tables (with outlets) where you can study or socialize. Additionally, the hotel provided our group with shuttles to get to/from our training events and even took us to local eateries for dinner. GRACE at the front desk is great! She took care of our group providing us with snacks while we studied in the lounge area and she made sure we were prepared for our training events. Her compassion for others is admirable. read more

We had a fantastic stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Euless. I have a LOT to say about our experience, specifically the customer service. We spent one night in a King Suite for a concert in the area. The room was clean, organized, and spacious. Our bed was SO comfortable, and everything was effortless. We checked in super quick and had keyless door entry if we chose to. The location was fantastic and was close to the airport for those traveling. **This is where the real review comes in** Once I got home and settled, which was about 4 hours away, I realized I had forgotten my stuffed bear that I have had since childhood in the room. I called the front desk and spoke with a nice woman who advised it was not in the lost and found, but that I could call back in the morning to speak to housekeeping. I called back the next morning and spoke to another nice receptionist. I told her about the situation, and she advised she would reach out to the housekeeping manager and call me back. I received a call shortly after and was told that the housekeepers had found my bear, but they had thrown it away. She apologized profusely and advised they would refund my stay. I was HEARTBROKEN and spent most of the morning crying. When I told my husband what happened he called back and asked if the trash for the hotel had been picked up yet...we were willing to drive back out and dumpster drive to find Mr. Bear. They stated the trash is picked up twice a day, but if by some chance it was still on the property, they would let us know. Two hours later I received a call from the hotel saying they had FOUND HIM! He was a little dirty and wet, but he had survived! My friend who lives in the area was able to pick him and get him cleaned up. I'm beyond thankful to the staff for everything they did to recover something so priceless to me. I will forever be a loyal customer to Home2 Suites and will never forget the lengths they went to recover Mr. Bear and to ensure my childhood companion returned home safely. read more

The girl at the over-night counter is seriously from another world ! We walk in and she does not greet us , and let's us wander off to look for elevators ( we had checked in earlier in the day ) . I eventually asked her where the elevators where and with a bad attitude she said , behind me !!!! We finally made our way to the room . I went back down to get some air and I ended up falling right in front of their door! Not once did she look or ask if I was ok. I banged my knee pretty bad and was bleeding ! I made my way back up to my room and we decided to call her to ask if she had a first aid kit ! She goes on to tell us that they did not have first aid anything available, not even a bandaid , and then offered to call the ambulance. I replied an ambulance was not necessary , just an alcohol pad with a bandaid would do. She again said sorry we can't help you! We decided to drive to Walgreens to pick up some stuff to clean my wound out. As we where walking out , she once again asked if I wanted an ambulance. I asked her was she going to pay my ambulance Bill, and of course she just stood there with the dumbest look on her face without saying a word , and so I walked off ! The next night she again was there , and as my wife left to work at 5 am , she decides to stop my wife to ask what nationality she is ?????? Wth ! I stayed during the dreaded COVID-19 pandemic but this is my favorite hotel I've stayed at in a very long time! The staff was professional, the room was AMAZING!! Huge tv's, electric curtain and shades, stocked kitchen, separate thermostat in living room and bedroom. The hotel was split with one desk in the entrance. To the right was Hilton's Home 2 Suites and the left was TRU by Hilton. TRU had more of a "new edge" feel with a game room area (pool table, etc) and the Home 2 had a more professional feel. You could spend fine on each side! I will definitely be back when the other amenities are open like restaurant, bar, pool, and gym. read more

I travel a lot with my job & my wifes doctor appointments. Unfortunately, thru all this covid stuff, it hasn't changed much. Depending on where I am, I either stay with Holiday Inn or a Hilton brand. I have to say...this stay at Tru was beyond the worst I have encountered with the Hilton name. The front desk girl when we came in was nice, but she did not like answering the phone. I had called on our way into town to let them know we were running late...called 5 times & never got an answer. When we arrived, I stood outside & called 2 times, went thru the prompts as before to get to the operator, only to watch her see the phone ring & NEVER answer! She was by herself at the front desk as well. We walk in & she greets. I asked her if her phone had rang because I was wanting to advise of a late check in & she said NO it hasn't, they must be out...I just said OK & went to my room. Horrible. Next morning...take my 8 yo son down for the grab & go breakfast...nobody to be found only paper bags on the counter. They had a bottle of water & a warm yogurt in it... do they not know thats unhealthy, serving warm yogurt, and seriously, THATS ALL? I tried calling multiple times & no answer (seeing if they would pick up somewhere else). I went out to get my son breakfast & when I returned, there was a counter person. I asked about cereal or other options for kids & he said, no sorry this is all we have. I asked him who thought it was a good idea to try & serve children yogurt & that this was the 1st time we had been traveling, that someone didn't have at a minimum, cereal for a kid to eat! He was very abrupt & rude about it...his demeanor toward people in general wasn't very nice as I listened with another encounter he had with someone else. We will not return to this location at all & I hope this reaches someone that can make some much needed adjustments! No sense in paying this rate & not getting at minimum something then warm yogurt, which is unsanitary!! You need to offer kids something to eat...to be a family oriented chain, covid or not, thats just an excuse. You're taking the cheap way out instead of at least trying to take care of your residents, while still collecting those funds!! read more
