He never shows up to do the repairs though. If he doesn't agree with you he will try to bully you and when that don't work he will physically threaten you. I have filed complaints with bbb and pa attorney general but that did'nt work either. He feels he doesn't have to answer to anyone. I have insulation board under the rubber roof he put on lifting up . Kurt has seen this promised to fix but never shows up. there is trim around a door that was installed using 27 exposed trim nails and wrong color that was supposed to be fixed but still not. This is just a couple of things that are wrong , there are many more but Kurt will not come back to fix. He was great when he was owed money but as soon as he was paid refuses to come back. I would not recommend this company and if you still want to hire him make sure you are completely satisfied before you pay him or he won't come back. You'll see what he's like if he responds to this review.

They constantly asked if we had any questions and if we were happy each step of the way. They took daily photographs of hard to see areas for us which was a great idea to document the repair process. Their suggestions were so appreciated and resulted in the newer look we wanted for our home. The crew were absolutely meticulous in caring for the surrounding landscaping prior to each day's work and in daily cleanup! They were especially mindful of stray nails and staples that could get into our dog's paws. We really appreciated that effort and we know our pups are too! After they left, instead of a crater filled with shake I had a crater filled with asphalt. We tried to resolve with them. They said the estimate called for a certain amount of pavement and that is what they used. If they'd come when they were supposed to, I would've been home and able to approve a change. Wouldn't it be better to talk to the homeowner and inform them That more pavement is needed rather than do it halfway?? We tried to resolve it with them. They said they'd have to dig it all out and start over (not my problem), and they'd do it at a discounted rate. No thank you. I'll hire someone who will do it right.
