Not only did he and his partner fulfill the contract, but they also took the extra time to seal additional areas of the house that weren't originally discussed--just because it needed to be done. On top of sealing the house, they thoughtfully added bait traps to address the existing mouse population, a step that wasn't required but showed how much they care about doing a thorough job.
