Am so glad I found Bestway RV. Christi in the office is professional and friendly... just real down-home. Just had my 5th wheel AC maintenance done again and Hosea was efficient, friendly and gave me tips and related information that will come in handy, since I don't have anyone right close to call on. The service fee was very reasonable. I called around a few years ago when I got to this area so I have a frame of reference about competitor's charges. Can't say enough good things about these folks! read more

They came out very promptly when we needed a faucet repaired before an extended trip. Not only did Taylor do a great timely and professional job, he picked up the parts we needed so I didn't have to go to the hardware store and wander around until I found the correct part. These folks are the best!!! I've been trying to have my Dometic water heater diagnosed/fixed for over a month. I tried several places in Canton and even Camping World in Tyler with no success, but I called Bestway RV this week and I have hot water again! Honest , Integrity, and service, Helped diagnose a problem with a failed electrical System and fixed it, left no stone unturned until problem was solved. Charged Minimal , and did a lot !!!! On a 5th wheel Mobile Suite 2015, which is a high Tech Machine! read more

I had a major floor problem in the kitchen and slide area due to rain leakage. I contacted Bestway RV and Rick was out within two days. The damage was bad enough that the RV needed to be carry to their shop. However, I was unable to move it. Rick was nice enough to do the job on site. His crew did a great job rebuilding the floor and putting the new linolium flooring down. They also put Rubber Roof Coating and Seam Seal Dicor on the roof. Absolutely phenomenal bunch of folks! I'd been having troublemaker with my Splendide and Taylor got someone over the next day. Brandon and Robert were amazing!
